This is a very atmospheric and authentic place, and the work of the staff is highly respected 👏 However, the dishes themselves, although quite hearty, are fresh and indistinct 😐 Such fried patties with a choice of filling 🥟

Small, historic, easy-going place. One of the few places that remained authentic without following the social trail of other places, I really appreciated this aspect. Obviously very good fried pizza!

Small place with long tradition, going back to the original inventor of pizza fritta. The menu is simple, as they serve only fried pizza of different kinds, which are delicious. One can get then both in or take away. A must try if you are in Naples!

We tried the classic fried pizza complete with ricotta, provola, tomato, cicoli, salami, pepper and basil. The pizza was really good and fried the right way, it wasn't greasy at all. You can see and feel that the ingredients are of excellent quality. The prices are really excellent. The quality they offer is very high. One of the best fried pizzas in Naples. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Di passaggio per Forcella ci siamo imbattuti in questa antica pizzeria che è molto famosa per le sue pizze fritte che non conoscevamo. Effettivamente sono da provare, ben fritte, condite in vario modo, molto digeribili per la buona pasta. Bisogna tornare

Ristorante U Campagnuolo

15/10/2023: Great food and service at excellent prices. House wine made by the owners father in vineyard next door was exception. We visited twice during our stay and was not disappointed on either occasion.
13/10/2023: We were there 2 days in a row. Ferdinando, the boss, is a great cook and an even nicer person. The food was very tasty, whether pizza or pasta. The antipasti were also incredibly good. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right.
