27/04/2026: My partner and I ate here on a Saturday evening. It actually started off quite well; we were greeted and quickly got a table, even though the place was busy. After our order was taken, only my partner's wine arrived, followed by his food. He had ordered an appetizer and a pizza; both were brought at the same time, so the pizza got cold. We had to point out to the waiters that my drink was also missing. The young waiter apologized but then brought a Coke, even though I had ordered a Coke Zero… (But he was the only waiter who apologized for the delay/forgetting). After asking again, my food finally arrived, but the waitress practically threw it onto the table without a word (after an hour, and unfortunately, it didn't taste good either, completely swimming in oil). The owner came to all the tables (all local Italians) and asked if everything was alright, made small talk, and asked about dessert – at every table except ours. This gave the impression that tourists were not necessarily welcome as guests.

13/06/2026: I've been to both the Marina di Ravenna and Faenza locations, and both were excellent. It's truly difficult to find a gluten-free restaurant-pizzeria of such high quality: everything is delicious, prepared with great care and attention, and the pizza is among the best I've ever eaten. But it's not just pizza: the menu also offers many truly spectacular gluten-free Neapolitan specialties, such as frittatine, montanare, crocché, and arancini, all perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. It's rare to find a place that offers such a wide and high-quality selection for those who eat gluten-free. A huge compliment goes to all the staff, always super professional, attentive, kind, and helpful. You can sense their passion for their work and their attention to each customer. Quality, safety, and courtesy are constants at both locations. Highly recommended for those looking for a true reference point for gluten-free options, without having to give up the authentic flavors of Neapolitan tradition. I'll definitely be back! ❤️🍕✨

07/06/2026: We decided to have lunch at this restaurant, located near Lake Carezza, and found the food excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. The pizzas looked inviting, but we opted for the pasta with herdsman's sauce and a generous cabbage salad with speck. We finished with a portion of cream ice cream with warm raspberries for two and a coffee, for a mid-range final bill.

21/05/2026: A small, charming trattoria/pizzeria in the center of Udine. The food was very good! Only the "roast beef al inghilterra" was surprisingly cold (as a second course, I had expected something warm!). The meat was very good, just a bit dry, as it was served only with arugula and Grana Padano. Perhaps a rémoulade sauce would have helped! Otherwise, good value for money. We each had an antipasto, a second course, and a dessert (very good!), along with a glass of sparkling wine in a carafe (also very good – no headache the next day!). At the end, we were treated to a glass of limoncello, a very nice gesture from the restaurant! Very nice courtyard! And a large, impressive selection of dry-aged beef in a large refrigerator.

17/05/2026: A lovely place in the center of Udine. Excellent pizza, light and easy to digest. Lactose-free options are available (soft mozzarella and even dessert, which I was pleasantly surprised by, given how difficult it is to find a restaurant with soft desserts). Extremely friendly and welcoming staff; special mention goes to Donatella's kindness and lovely smile. Highly recommended.

01/06/2026: Even though we've been customers for a few years, the welcoming atmosphere and excellent food never cease to amaze me. Another plus is the excellent gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegan options! The gluten-free pizza dough is impeccable, delicious, and super digestible. The owner and staff are always kind, helpful, and attentive. Definitely one of the best pizzerias I've tried with these options in the last two years!

29/05/2026: We went to Charlie tonight for the third time and it was just as amazing as we remembered it. The Risotto is a must have dish, every bite is a taste of heaven. Also had a fantastic pizza Diavola. When is Orvieto, be sure to stop here and enjoy great food, great servant great atmosphere! Reservations are recommended just to be sure you are able to get a table!
