19/01/2025: Su hopes it's an exception to the rule, but we started with a wait (the place was already booked) for half an hour, when we got to the tables we decided what to eat, personally I had a margherita pizza. The aforementioned dish arrived after a further half hour, the quality of the cooking was average, while the mozzarella didn't seem like that.... It was distributed as if they were flakes of an industrial cheese, certainly there are better pizzas, but for 5 euros could also have been acceptable, strange enough that we even had to pay for a cover charge and bread since we hadn't even been set up a table with the aforementioned cutlery (bread/grissini totally absent)

09/02/2025: Bad experience at the Hotel Cristallo in Alagna Valsesia. Hotel not up to par, entrance invaded by a malodorous odor for all days of the stay...breakfast and dinner to forget...first courses prepared with approximation, second courses of badly cooked meat, raw chicken. Really embarrassing. Terrible food quality. To be avoided

09/01/2025: We had dinner and were less than satisfied. The dishes were cold. The menu included a first course with chestnut gnocchi but instead they were mixed. Slow service with unfriendly staff. I wouldn't go back, given the medium-high cost and suitable service.

18/03/2025: Excellent and fresh food. Quiet, homely atmosphere, allows you to talk without being disturbed by music and television. Place for a romantic dinner without pretensions. To return

07/09/2024: We come from Turin, and unlike the village festival (Crescentino) where it took about 45 minutes of queuing to order and with the certainty of having the car opened by the "characters" slumped on the walls, we ended up in this place. Spectacular owner, truly excellent cold cuts, pizza and cuisine. I often frequent the area and in terms of quality and friendliness it deserves 5 stars.

11/04/2025: Overall a good lunch, good fried food and pizza. Only one flaw in the fried food: the prawns needed to be peeled but above all they had intestines and needed to be cleaned.

12/03/2025: Historic bar in the town, which has not lost its identity in the transition to current management. Lisa and Ping are wonderful, the kindness and courtesy that distinguishes them make this place ideal for an evening with friends.

09/02/2025: Town bar & tobacconist run by friendly and "homely" Chinese, wide choice of wines, sprizzes and the famous "house aperitif" as well as ice creams both packaged or in trays with cones. Superenalotto games and similar games. Difficulty in accessing disabled people with wheelchairs because there are 3 steps to enter. Externally there are chairs and tables to accommodate approximately 10/12 people. Nearby there is a square with the church which is worth a visit and the historic "pass" on the Livenza river.

24/03/2025: Locale ben arredato e le pizze sono molto buone. Il servizio è invece da migliorare. Personale poco cordiale. Mezz'ora prima della chiusura del locale ci hanno portato il conto senza che l'avevamo richiesto. Sembrava che volevano mandarci via.

16/03/2025: We were in Alagna for five days, I didn't see many pizza restaurants except this one. The pizza is ok, but not a highlight. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the gnocchi, they weren't really seasoned well. Location is nice, I would recommend reservation.
