23/05/2025: Very friendly and kind, huge and legendary spring rolls, for the second courses even if good in my opinion they put too much pineapple, there is almost everywhere in the various dishes and sometimes it makes the dish too sweet, I would recommend less pineapple and not in the majority of the dishes. Steamed ravioli a delicacy, made like once. Hosomaki good, kept in the fridge even for 3 days. Good experience, definitely worth it.

I highly recommend Oriana; she offers excellent service.

Please find a way to reduce the noise pollution from those machines. Poor Oriana has to scream to interact with customers.

04/08/2025: The restaurant is strategically located, just steps from schools, offices, and the historic center.
Small but well-organized, I've eaten all the dishes several times. The selection is extensive! The girls behind the counter are super friendly and always smiling, something that's been lacking in other places lately.
I can only recommend it, and the view of Piazza Cavour makes everything even more special!

06/07/2025: Terrible pizza, I think you don't see pizzas like this in the city. Mozzarella that seems rubber, hard dough that as soon as the pizza cools the crust is practically inedible. Service with waiting and size of the pizza equal to that of a baby pizza, paid as a normal pizza. Never again, I do not recommend the pizzeria 100% the products are poor.
13/05/2025: Questo locale si trova fuori dal centro di Vercelli, l'ambiente è quello anni 70 e il menù è vasto, in quanto si può scegliere tra diversi primi piatti, secondi e pizze. La qualità del cibo è paragonata al prezzo, quindi nella media.
Il personale è gentile e cordiale.

every 15 days we go to taste panissa in various restaurants.
This, to our taste, was not up to par and we are sorry.
We found the bill a little expensive. But it's there.

La signora serve i piatti della sua tradizione familiare con la passione e la dedizione di chi ama il suo locale e spera che gli ospiti apprezzino. Noi abbiamo apprezzato molto. Torneremo sicuramente. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto favorevole.

21/07/2025: Non so se riesco a scrivere 100 caratteri come chiede TripAdvisor, per dire che non è un locale da tornarci specialmente per il proprietario e il cameriere, servizio pessimo prezzi esagerati.
29/06/2025: Siamo stati in settimana a cena in questa trattoria. Siamo stati accolti con cortesia dal personale che ci ha accompagnati nella sala. L'ambiente appare rustico, ha il suo fascino da trattoria. La qualità del cibo è indiscutibile, in quanto le materie prime sono buone. La nota dolente arriva al momento del conto: il prezzo è eccessivo per il tipo di locale.

27/07/2025: Dopo aver scoperto per caso questo locale, abbiamo deciso di fermarci a pranzo perché conquistati dall'atmosfera rustica.
Cibo ottimo e piatti della cucina tradizionale molto curati: avremmo voluto dare una valutazione a 5 stelle se non fosse stato per il servizio deludente e disordinato, un vero peccato visto il tipo di location

24/06/2025: Sera, quasi nessuno si tavoli, serviti dopo aver cercato una delle bariste che stava controllando whatsapp con la collega che poi scopa in mano levava le ragnatele dal soffitto, un mojito annacquato ed una caipiroska insapore, totale 14 euro. Attraversate la piazza e vi troverete sicuramente meglio. PS. Date una scopata per terra. Peccato....

02/07/2025: Siamo passati da Vercelli per vedere un cliente proprio vicino alla trattoria.
Abbiamo chiesto se potessimo avere il menù fisso e la risposta è stata: “è riservato a chi ha la partita iva e de operaio, ma io ho precisato se siamo dei lavoratori commercianti?” Risposta: “penso di sì devo chiedere….”
Abbiamo preso un primo e un secondo con un contorno, ovviamente alla cassa non siamo risultati operai ma lavoratori di un’altra categoria, abbiamo pagato a parte anche il contorno, e richiesta la fattura. Per avere il menù fisso non basta essere lavoratori con partita iva ma bisogna avere un abbigliamento da muratore così da avere accesso a un menù fisso. O forse meglio che cambiano lavoro in questa trattoria!

24/07/2025: Don't even come in...
After seeing the filth in the bathroom, I had to run away... the toilet was worse than any public restroom in a Calcutta station.
Then came the lipstick-stained water glass, a long white dog or cat hair on one of the pizzas, the stained tablecloth, and we were the first customers. The ham on the prosciutto pizza wasn't sliced, as it usually is, but in tufts that looked already chewed. An experience to forget.
20/07/2025: We had a pretty good time. The outside table we were given was a little too small for four people and a bit in the middle of the street, but despite that, the pizzas were very good and the service was quick. The prices were reasonable.
