18/05/2025: Scoperto un po’ per caso. Abbiamo deciso di ascoltare lo chef e abbiamo mangiato un ottimo mix di antipasti. Pancia decisamente piena per potere proseguire il pranzo con un primo o secondo proposti nel menu (sembravano tutti ottimi). Abbiamo quindi terminato con un fantastico dolce. Ottima la scelta di coinvolgere i bambini e proporre fogli e matite per passare il tempo! Lo chef (e proprietario) è un personaggio interessante, simpatico e piacevole! Torneremo sicuramente!

09/03/2025: Avevo insistito molto (anche contro il volere di mia moglie) per provare questo ristorante attratto dalle recensioni e da quando visto nella puntata di 4 ristoranti. Le aspettative sono state completamente disattese. Alidilà dell’estro del proprietario il cui giudizio è del tutto personale, mi limito a commentare il resto. Servizio: purtroppo una sola persona in sala è insufficiente per il numero di tavoli e consiglio vivamente a Paolino di darle una mano piuttosto che dare spettacolo. Abbiamo atteso molto (troppo per i bimbi affamati). Ci siamo seduti alle 8 e 15 e gli arrosticini di nostro figlio sono arrivati alle 9:45. Riguardo al cibo: tartare di carne nella norma (non è difficile trovare buona carne in valle), Riso alla barbabietola (proposto in alternativa a quello del menu) poco cotto e davvero duro. Pasta e fagioli dislegata. Mia moglie (allergica ai molluschi) scopre che la decorazione nel piatto è fatta con nero di seppia e viene proposto un rimpiattamento invece che rifare il piatto. Trovo inoltre davvero poco igienico che ci sia un pappagallo che gira per i tavoli. Per finire il conto , fatto sul totale senza fornire il dettaglio. Torniamo a casa amareggiati e senza voglia di tornarci

07/06/2025: Ottima pizzeria in centro a Vercelli, personale cortese e disponibile, locale pulito e ben tenuto ottima qualità delle pizze servizio veloce e tempestivo, volevo fare una menzione particolare per il cameriere Aldo super gentilissimo velocissimo ed educato sempre disponibile a verificare se tutto procedeva per il verso giusto consigliato

09/05/2025: "Originale gestione del conto" Ordino un menù fisso a 13€, probabilmente non ci capiamo e mi portano solo il secondo (cose che capitano, ci mancherebbe), MA in cassa, dopo essersi scusati per l'errore, mi addebitano 12€ per il solo secondo + 2€ di coperto; scopro in seguito che i colleghi che hanno preso menù fisso avevano il coperto incluso. Quindi 13€ menù completo contro 14€ solo secondo. Essendo di fretta (il servizio è stato piuttosto lento nonostante il locale semi-vuoto) non ho fatto storie ma è una cosa senza senso.

22/06/2025: We stayed at the old mill estate for a relaxing weekend! Large and clean room! Very kind owner and all the staff, to whom we would like to compliment for their commitment and dedication. Very nice to have breakfast with a view of the farm animals. Recommended.

03/05/2025: Very friendly and kind, legendary spring rolls, for the second courses although good in my opinion they put too much pineapple, it is almost everywhere in the various subjects and sometimes it makes the dish too sweet. Good hosomaki, kept in the fridge for up to 3 days. Good experience it's worth it

06/01/2025: They only do takeaway food. The dishes are excellent but the wait is endless, the time is never respected. It's always been like this, in fact it's even gotten worse lately. In my opinion they are poorly organised, by only doing takeaway they should be faster. Lately they've also added sushi which has probably slowed them down further.

07/05/2025: Professionalism, kindness and hospitality. These are the first three terms that come to mind when thinking about this place. In addition to being a really beautiful and well-organized place, it has become a meeting point where you can spend some good time. The food is really good and fresh... and Ginseng.... which I always take, I think it's the best in all of Vercelli, without taking anything away from anyone. I congratulate the two guys and all the girls who work there, for their professionalism, but above all for the nice atmosphere that you feel as soon as you enter the place, something that is no longer taken for granted. Well done, well done and well done.

05/05/2025: La Torteria is a special place in the heart of the city, not only because of its very central position which makes it easily reachable by everyone, but above all because over time it has become a real meeting point for many young people. People come here not only to enjoy excellent desserts and drink something good (pay attention to the prices though), but also to study together, get to know each other, form a community. Personally, as a young citizen, I found in this place a safe and welcoming environment, where feeling at home is natural. A heartfelt thank you goes to Verena, Adam and Nicolò: attentive, thoughtful people, always available and with that friendly look that makes the difference. Their care and kindness are an enormous, fundamental value, and make La Torteria a unique place. Those who frequent this place know that here you can not only find a good coffee or a cake made to perfection, but also real human relationships and a positive and genuine atmosphere that is good for anyone who passes by. As a City Councillor, I am sincerely happy to see that there is a place in Vercelli that brings young people together and encourages them to stay, live and make our city grow, making it more alive and more beautiful every day.

07/03/2025: We've only been here for lunch, and every time we've been we've always had bad service (poor, slow and rude), including the owner.

07/03/2025: I was in Alpe di Mera for skiing and I had the opportunity to try the Rifugio Camparient. The rooms are clean and tidy. The service was excellent, the staff very friendly and nice. The owner was very rude, during the period in which I was in this hotel there was also a school on a trip, the kids were very polite and the owner insulted them and continued to complain about them without them doing anything. The location of the Hotel is convenient for the slopes. Also, some snowshoes were lost by the staff. I would recommend a little more attention
