28/04/2026: Excellent experience, family atmosphere, few dishes, but all zero-mile, homemade and freshly made by them. Local cured meats and cheeses... asparagus, their signature dish, is truly delicious. Definitely worth returning.

4 tomato slices topped with basil sauce and a knob of cheese, two small pieces of trout (3cm each), two salmon strips with a knob of butter, 12 slices of coppa.
+ water + first course of the day €40.
I wasn't satisfied.

28/07/2026: If you're looking for a place to eat really well without spending a fortune, L'Armistizio in Salasco is a must. The value for money is simply exceptional: generous portions, fresh ingredients, and dishes prepared with great care.
The real star was the fried food, something truly indescribable: incredibly light, dry, perfectly crispy, and not at all greasy. One of the best I've ever eaten. The appetizers were also excellent, from salmon and seafood to the tartare and veal with tuna sauce, all beautifully presented and rich in flavor.
Friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a relaxed atmosphere. It's one of those restaurants where you leave wanting to return. Kudos to the entire staff! Highly recommended.

The only downside is a few too many insects, as is typical in places like these, surrounded by greenery (obviously not penalized for this parameter 😅)

27/05/2026: An excellent restaurant in the municipality of Buronzo, a business dinner with colleagues. From the moment you enter, you find yourself in a welcoming environment. As soon as you walk through the door, you're greeted by Mrs. Annamaria's smile, which immediately makes you feel at home. The food is very good, all top-quality ingredients expertly prepared by the chef and his very polite and professional waiting staff. We will definitely be back.

06/12/2025: A small, pleasant restaurant; reservations are recommended as there are only a few tables. Excellent food and generous portions. Good value and excellent service. We'll be back! I recommend the walnut and gorgonzola agnolotti and the mixed antipasti platter.

Every dish is a delight, so much so that it's impossible to choose a favorite: everything is simply exquisite. The atmosphere is intimate and warm, with an authentic feel reminiscent of old trattorias, where you immediately feel part of the family.
Perfect even for those just passing through: an absolutely worthwhile stop. Highly recommended!

25/07/2026: Everything was perfect, except for the rude old man at the cash register. When I said I wanted to pay by card, he made a face, I paid, and said: "You have to give me €2 because you paid by card"... 😂😂 I didn't feel like arguing and I gave this old man a tip... I went out, the message from the bank arrived, he credited me €45 instead of €35... I can't tell you how angry I was, I told him within 15 minutes because he couldn't find the receipt and he said, oh well, nothing, you're welcome and gave me €10 back as if I had stolen. But... I'll never come back, and I reported you to the finance police, so you can learn, my dear old man, for the rest I give 10.
20/07/2026: Seven of us went to dinner at a seafood restaurant, a favorite among some of us for many years. We shared a seafood appetizer for four, a salad, a scallop, a plate of mussels, a mixed fried fish dish, two seafood risottos and seafood scialatielli, three bottles of water and one of unspecified white wine, two lemon sorbets, and two tiramisu. The food was decent quality, and we each had one glass. When it came time to check, the owner gave us a figure, then said, "I made a mistake." The result: €70 per person, which, considering all this, seems genuinely disproportionate.
