26/10/2024: Ci siamo sposati l’8 Settembre 2024 e fin dal primo incontro Renzo, il titolare della tenuta, si è dimostrato super professionale, disponibile e competente. Nonostante la giornata di pioggia che ci ha impedito di eseguire il rito civile lungo lago, è stata allestita una bellissima location interna. Il cibo è stato abbondante e di ottimo livello così come il servizio dei camerieri e la torta più tutto l’allestimento della giornata organizzato da Patrizia. Noi sposi siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti e tutti i nostri invitati ci hanno fatto i complimenti. Davvero consigliato.

21/03/2025: I'll start by saying that I'm not a big regular at this place, but I happen to use it as a meeting point for gatherings with other Vespa riders like me, given its strategic position it is very suitable for the purpose, it is always open, even as a tobacconist, there is a bit of everything (autogrill style) in fact it is very popular with truck drivers and various workers, the furniture is rather dated, but modernity is certainly not its distinguishing feature.... if you pass by there and want a coffee or something else it is the right place 👍

02/03/2025: Amazing restaurant with amazing food and service! We were a group of 11 people, without a reservation, they managed to fit us in at short notice for 3 courses. The chef and son was very friendly, spoke great English and provided great service. The food was really good, especially the homemade deserts.
03/02/2025: We returned after two years, having a great memory of the cuisine, and this time we decided to stay for one night. The experience was more than positive: the quality of the food remained excellent, the rooms are small but very well-kept and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing stay.
We also used the spa, which we found very nice and well-kept. The staff is very kind and makes you feel really at home, with warm and authentic hospitality. Breakfast was also excellent, with fresh and tasty products.
A truly pleasant stay, we will definitely be back!

22/02/2025: An hour of waiting between the time we ordered and the time our three plates (soup, pasta and risotto) arrived. Fortunately we didn't wait for our cutlery to be brought to us and we went and helped ourselves. Perhaps the team was particularly small that day.

01/03/2025: Locale prestigioso in cui si respira l’autentica atmosfera Vecchio Piemonte. Classe e storia . Stile ed eleganza. Dehors fantastico. Servizio attento e sollecito. Musica di sottofondo sfumata ed ottimamente selezionata. Da vecchio milanese esigente per me il Caffè Roma é “ il Caffè “ di Varallo Sesia. Astenersi turisti chiassosi e perditempo.

23/03/2025: Nice place, quick on the pizza, EXCELLENT!...... shame about the €2.50 cover charge, it seems exaggerated to me for anyone who eats a pizza given that bread and breadsticks are not given!
06/03/2025: Sono stato al Cesar's Airport, all'interno del campo di aviazione per una pizza in compagnia e in famiglia ma è stata veramente una delusione.
Il locale inizialmente si presenta curato, accogliente, ben illuminato e ben decorato, ci si sente a proprio agio fino a quando non cominciano ad affluire i clienti, a quel punto ci si trova in mezzo a un caos veramente fastidioso tra chiacchericci, comande dei camerieri, rumori di piatti, tutto che rimbomba nella sala con troppi tavoli e troppi coperti rispetto allo spazio disponibile. Mangiare nel rumore di fondo e con camerieri e commensali che strisciano contro le sedie non è il massimo, senza contare i 2 gatti che si muovono liberi nel locale a rischio inciampo. Capisco essere amanti degli animali, ma lasciarne due gironzolare in una pizzeria non è nè igienico e nemmeno consono alla situazione già caotica di suo.
Capitolo pizze: impasto ottimo, morbide e che non diventano gommose nemmeno quando si freddano, peccato che gli ingredienti utilizzati siano senza infamia e senza lode, usati anche con "troppa parsimonia" rispetto al prezzo, quindi non ci siamo.
il servizio è molto rapido, sono tutti molto gentili e sorridenti, peccato che tendano ad essere troppo presenti, oltre ad essere sempre di fretta e sollecitare le ordinazioni (per poi dimenticarsi un'acqua o una porzione di patatine fritte, o il parmigiano..).
Insomma, ci sarebbero anche le potenzialità perchè il locale è ben fatto e molto carino, peccato che ci siano diversi difetti non trascurabili.
