03/07/2026: The food was excellent and the waitresses were friendly, but unfortunately our experience was poor. We waited over half an hour before we could order (because, as the waitress said, they forgot about us), and we had to hurry to get our food after waiting another 40 minutes and watching people who arrived much later get served (again, they forgot about us; the order wasn't sent to the kitchen). After more than an hour of waiting, the first dish began to arrive, followed several minutes later by the second, then, after another pause, the third... The dishes came out one at a time (incidentally, four out of six dishes were the same): basically, by the time the sixth dish came out, the first one had already finished a while ago. The food was really good, and that completely saved the situation. We didn't even get a small discount given the long wait. It's a shame because it's a nice place, but unfortunately everything has its limits...

12/03/2026: We booked on Friday for a group of ten, one of whom had serious food allergies. They were immediately available to accommodate the guests and offer them the same menu as the other diners. Excellent food, good service, more than fair prices, and a small, elegant atmosphere: highly recommended. We'll be back!

18/02/2026: For a long time, this has been my go-to place for pizza. Aside from the deliciousness of the ingredients, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Furthermore, during a Halloween trick-or-treating trip with my son and his friends (about ten of them), this place became his favorite and has been the go-to place ever since, strictly speaking, for pizza. That Halloween, they were kind enough to seat the crowd of children who had come in looking for candy so they could offer them pizzas and cans: a gesture greatly appreciated by both the kids and us parents. Congratulations!

26/07/2026: A warm, family-run hotel situated by a lovely river where you can swim right from the hotel. The region is beautiful and not yet overly touristy. It offers wonderful hiking opportunities, but other outdoor activities such as rafting are also possible. A visit to the town of Varallo is well worth it! We were glad we chose half-board because the food is delicious, prepared by a real Italian chef. Locals also come in for a drink or a meal, which creates a nice vibe. All the staff are equally friendly and helpful, always with a smile! The rooms are basic, but very clean. We felt at home from minute 1, and would love to come back again!

17/07/2026: Second meeting with biker friends Enchanting structure and location This is the second year we've come here to spend a relaxing Sunday, swimming in the adjacent river (accessible from the structure via a staircase), enjoying an aperitif, lunch, and afternoon relaxation.

27/05/2026: The best restaurant in Valsesia: We arrived very hungry, a group of five, lured in by the good prices and mouthwatering photos. We were warmly greeted by a very typical Italian gentleman who expertly slid his homemade pizzas into a real oven. Since we don't speak Italian, an English-speaking employee quickly came to help us read the menu and was very accommodating with our special requests. The very large selection of classic and unusual pizzas is worth mentioning. I ordered a 4 formaggi with extra buffalo mozzarella, as the buffalo mozzarella on the appetizer was incredibly good. On a Tuesday evening, the food arrived super fast, the house wine tasted better with every glass, and we all had a second pizza. That still wasn't enough, so we ordered another 4 cheese pizza with extra mozzarella, as well as two pizzas to go for the next day. Then we ordered a 4 cheese pizza with extra mozzarella, as well as two pizzas to go for the next day. ... To top it all off, the very courteous, English-speaking gentleman didn't even want us to pay the full price, which is truly unbelievable. He also refused to accept the full tip. It was a truly royal end to the day, and we'll be back at the first opportunity. It's an absolute 5/5.

I've been there for lunch and dinner for 5 days...👍 Excellent quality/price. Excellent pizza. Very kind staff. The owner, Mrs. Filippa, is very kind, professional, and passionate about her work....she's quite busy because this place is quite busy.... 25/04/2026: Granted, I'm not in the habit of writing negative reviews because anyone can have a bad night, but there's a limit to everything! I booked a table for dinner at 8:30 PM for three people—my partner, my son, and I. They asked me if the veranda was okay, and I said yes. But when I arrived, the veranda actually turned out to be a porch with mosquito nets, which, at 18 degrees, wasn't exactly comfortable for eating. Everyone was wearing jackets... I arrived promptly at 8:30 PM, as is my habit. At 8:45 PM, we ordered a chef's seafood appetizer and two pizzas, as well as still water, a quart of white wine, and a Coke for my son. The seafood appetizer was served at 9:15 PM, and my son and I didn't get any pizza. We waited in the cold until 10 PM, at which point I decided to leave. Tired of waiting, my son and I, both cold and hungry, decide to leave. I go to the register to pay. I tell the cashier to forget about the pizzas because I've decided to leave. The cashier tells me he's sorry and that the bill, minus the pizzas, is €27, which I pay. But to top off a wonderful evening, he doesn't even give me a receipt. And just to be clear, I wasn't alone at the register when I paid... PS. The biggest annoyance, besides the cold, was seeing tables of pizza served before us!
