01/04/2026: Had dinner with my wife on March 30: the fish was nothing special, and the prices are high for a restaurant/pizzeria (water €4, vegetables €7).
I wouldn't recommend it.

25/02/2026: Look at this attached receipt and you'll understand why I got a 1☆ rating.....€2 for a SIMPLE 0.50L BOTTLE of natural mineral water, of an unknown brand, for 20 cents at the supermarket....€5 for a simple HOT CHOCOLATE, with sufficient flavor and density.....€2.80 for a ginseng coffee in a large cup, watered down....but we're only in the SUNA-VB square, which although beautiful... ....is NOT Piazza S. Marco in Venice!!.....I don't recommend it....

23/02/2026: We ate there on Sunday, February 22nd. It took a very long time before anyone had time to take our order. We ordered lasagna (which was unfortunately cold and therefore didn't taste good) and tagliatelle al ragu (which was tasteless).
The price was unjustifiable for both the service and the food!

23/12/2025: Took advantage of the MC drive, very fast
10/12/2025: Nice and clean, excellent breakfast at super affordable prices. The only two drawbacks: the bathroom (always missing something) and the parking. Since there's a pastry shop nearby, a lot of sneaky people come to park at the MC and then go to the pastry shop, stealing parking from the MC's customers. After countless complaints, seeing that the signs they'd put up were having no effect, they decided to hire someone to make sure only cars going to the MC actually enter. Hopefully this will solve the situation.

27/02/2026: Crazy prices, rudeness from the young girl, and especially from the older one! They didn't say hello either at the entrance or at the exit! Four croissants left out at 9:00 in the morning... I don't recommend them at all... go elsewhere, Pallanza is full of bars/pastries with polite and respectful staff. P.S.: I'm editing my review based on your response...
I'll add that I was the only one in the bar and one other person at the counter. So the rudeness regarding greetings is definitely a part of the staff, since they heard me say hello both at the entrance and at the exit without receiving any "goodbye and thank you."
27/01/2026: Good even if the wait times to order are always long... It almost feels like being left there like an ornament. Update, it may be a coincidence but even the breakfast went badly, the cream brioche I had was filled with just a teaspoon of cream, I asked the barista if it could be refilled, she kindly apologized and fixed it, but the cream was full of lumps, with a floury consistency and almost no sugar.

15/02/2026: Terrible place, too small and chaotic for the number of customers. I immediately regretted paying because I then had to wait with a crowd of people all crowded in front of the balcony, waiting for their number to be shouted out. Not at all organized.
06/02/2026: Unfortunately, things have gotten worse over the years.
Without managers, the staff are left to manage customers and aren't capable...at all...
And unfortunately, even around your business premises, let's see what you're giving to this city.

We stopped by last night and it was closed even though it said open online.
13/11/2025: We had three excellent pizzas, well-cooked, with quality ingredients.
The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful.
Cute place, I'd say it was a great experience.

24/09/2025: Unfortunately, you don't feel welcome at all as a guest here. Not even a smile—that has nothing to do with a vacation. It's a shame, because with good staff, we could have tripled the sales. And certainly more tips too 😉
We ended up buying our drinks at the supermarket. Not to save money, but because the men at the checkout were always super friendly.
18/09/2025: The staff isn't really into it. With three bar staff, they could also provide excellent table service.
