13/04/2026: Me and my partner were looking for a chill place that would also have gluten free options, this restaurant seemed great. Came by the food was so tasty and the atmosphere was very local. They have the best tiramisu I had in Italy… Everything was perfect! GRAZIE😘

09/05/2026: Excellent restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent pizza and excellent food, definitely worth trying. It's been 7 years and I have to make a point... The pizzas are still good, but for the price, they don't have the right toppings... I'll post a photo where you can see 5 pieces of scamorza and non-existent pancetta. €9.50... too much, not to mention the dessert, €6.50 too much.

09/05/2026: We've been here several times. Always satisfied. Great pizzas. Although there are a lot of tourists now, it's still authentically Italian. Small outdoor play area for children.

07/05/2026: On April 25th, we went with family to celebrate my sister's boyfriend's birthday. We knew this beautiful, historic place well, being local, and we wanted to try the new management. A disaster. In 40 years of my life, I've never had anything like this happen to me with any business, much less a restaurant. We booked at 1 PM and arrived on time. The four of us ordered: 1 pizza, 1 fried dish, 1 portion of French fries, 2 appetizers, including a salad and a seafood appetizer (classic cold octopus), followed by two first courses, a plate of ravioli and a plate of linguine with squid ink, water, and white wine (which I would have enjoyed with the linguine). Given that the restaurant seats 200, and that it was a beautiful day and was busy, this should never be passed on to the customer, under any circumstances. At 1:45 PM, the fries and appetizers arrived. After a 45-minute wait, the wine in the glass was already warm. At 2:00 PM, the mixed fried dish and the pizza arrived after an hour of waiting. At 2:20 PM, the two first courses arrived after a full hour and 20 minutes of waiting, and my first course was wrong. I waited 1.20 hours for the wrong dish. moreover. I politely tell the waitress, and she embarrassedly tells me she'll let the kitchen know. Meanwhile, more time passes and it's almost 2:40 PM, so I decide, since we've been there for almost two hours with only one salad eaten, to leave. We call the waiter and tell him, given the time, to close the bill and forget about these linguine after two hours. The problem isn't that it's Saturday, April 25th; I've happened to sit at the table on days like this in my life, but I'm eating. And here's the shocking scene we experienced and that everyone witnessed: The chef (also the restaurant owner, I think) comes out, agitated, with this plate of linguine. I kindly explain to him that two hours have passed, they made a mistake in the dish they brought out after an hour and a half, we've waited two hours for a plate of pasta, and I asked the waiter to close the bill and leave. Normally, given the reason, you apologize, offer something bitter, yes. He puts a stop to it. The chef starts yelling at us in front of all the other diners and tables, screaming at high speed that he's making a fool of himself, which came out 5 minutes later. What was he supposed to do with this linguine, etc.? Not only was he completely wrong, he was making a scene in front of everyone IN HIS RESTAURANT. We very calmly explained to him that he was making a fool of himself by yelling. In short, I've never experienced a situation like this, and I've never seen it in my life. Birthday ruined. An honorable mention goes to the service and the waiters, who are very fast, but evidently the problem is the kitchen or a bad day can happen. The review isn't so much for the extreme slowness of everything, but precisely for what happened. You have 200 seats, it's April 25th, it's a Saturday, it's the restaurateur's job to organize, the customer can't be affected, and then you always have to maintain a certain amount of restraint. Such scenes are unacceptable.

04/04/2026: Our pizza was delicious, they have a menu different from most other restaurants. But unfortunately there was so much tomato sauce that the dough was all soaked and soft…

06/04/2026: Excellent restaurant for the best pizza in Verbania. The staff is incredibly friendly; you feel very welcome even as a tourist, unlike at other restaurants in town. The portions are generous. We'll definitely go back to this restaurant next time we're in Verbania!

10/05/2026: This new management has radically changed my opinion! Every product is the result of careful research, and the result is excellent! The staff is extremely kind and attentive to customers, and the bathrooms are spotlessly clean and hygienic (a significant detail). I've been eating out every day for almost 45 years: the first sign of quality is digestion... I've already been back several times (and, obviously, not just for digestion 😉)

09/05/2026: The pizza is very good. Unfortunately one was quite burned. We didn’t receive a coffee that we ordered, but after saying it we got it for free. All in all we would go again.
