10/07/2024: During a recent walk around the city, I noticed the Caffè Sempione restaurant. While I was enjoying the ride, a man, presumably the owner, stopped me with a decidedly arrogant attitude. He wore a jacket and tie and invited me to have dinner at his restaurant, adding that if I did, I wouldn't need medicine the next day. This statement, devoid of professionalism, immediately left me perplexed. I responded with a forced smile and continued on my way, certain that I hadn't missed anything significant. However, my curiosity led me to read the online reviews of Caffè Sempione, where I discovered that the owner has no problem calling a customer a "beggar". Behavior that confirmed my first negative impressions. It is unacceptable for a public establishment to behave in this way. Managing a restaurant is not limited to the quality of the food, but also requires respect and courtesy towards customers. Serving the public is a privilege that must be accompanied by humility and gratitude.

28/07/2024: Really terrible pizzeria ordered the pizza at 7.30pm with a baby pizza for my daughter the staff told me the delivery was between 8.30pm and 9.00pm but unfortunately it was 9.30pm and they didn't deliver the pizza. I've been trying to call since 9.05pm to find out about the pizza for my daughter but no one answers the phone anymore. Terrible pizzeria for my taste and without education given the order for a little girl kept on purpose without eating until 9pm for the pizza and they didn't deliver. SHAME.

28/07/2024: I order 6 pizzas for delivery, they arrive 40 minutes late, cold and rubbery, not cut, with low quality ingredients, I give 3 stars for the environment because the delivery boy was good and kind

01/10/2024: Pranzato a mezzogiorno con mia moglie,l esterno devo dire che non è di prim'ordine, ma l apparenza inganna,entro ed è come entrare in una pizzeria di Napoli situata nel centro storico,spartana e datata come piace a me,ordiniamo una fritturina del Re Ferdinando come antipasto ,una roba mai vista e sentita,a dir poco FAVOLOSA!,indimenticabile! proseguiamo con 2 pizze bufaline,mia moglie con rucola, e che dire,pizza morbida e caldissima come piace a me piegabile a portafoglio con cornicione alto,proprio come a Napoli ,se a qualcuno piace la pizza croccante e senza cornicione prego astenersi dal provarla,personale giovane e gentile,secondo me la vera pizza napoletana, poi per carità degustibus,prezzi nella media,ah dimenticavo, Pastiera super,sono di Novara,ma prometto di ritornarci ,per me piacevolissima sorpresa.

Luckily we only ordered bruschetta. The waitress let us order with mozzarella on it. We thought this was the standard offering. The price for bruschetta with mozzarella was €20 (€12+2x4€)?!? It didn't taste good, luckily we didn't order more. Even though they harassed us the whole time. The staff were very aggressive and kept asking us to order more. Make suggestions, bring menu even though we clearly stated that we did not want to have a large meal. Luckily we only ordered bruschetta. The waitress made us order with mozzarella on it.
