I probably wouldn't keep the appetizer chips out in plain sight on the counter where anyone could cough on them, though, since there are always people leaning against the counter talking. 30/07/2026: The outdoor seating for Max Angioni's show was terrible and ill-conceived. More importantly, it didn't even begin to match the layout we used to purchase tickets: almost €50 per person to sit on a staircase, with no cushion or backrest.

27/07/2026: I attended Legend the Show with Orchestra on Saturday, July 25, 2026. While the performance was artistically very good, the overall experience was unfortunately compromised by several organizational issues. Lack of communication: The absence of Jennifer Batten, the show's announced guest and Michael Jackson's legendary and renowned guitarist, was mishandled. The organizers provided no warning or apology to the audience. Inadequate seating: Having paid €35 ​​for what the map advertised as "front row" and finding yourself sitting on a low marble wall with no backrest for over two hours is unacceptable. Added to this was the discomfort of being repeatedly bumped into by people sitting behind (who were provided with chairs). Management of outdoor spaces: The venue proved problematic both due to the heavy presence of mosquitoes and the lack of restrictions or separate areas for smokers, which forced other spectators to inhale secondhand smoke throughout the evening. Insufficient parking: The available parking proved inadequate to handle the volume of cars compared to the venue's capacity and the number of attendees. It's a real shame that these issues affected the show. I hope the Maggiore takes this negative feedback into account to improve the comfort and future audience experience.

08/08/2026: Good pizza and kebabs too, especially the metre and mezzometro. The service is very professional, everyone is kind and helpful. I would go back and bring friends and family, too. They also have a dining room where you can eat comfortably. I highly recommend going there; they're fast and friendly.

07/07/2026: My husband and I have been going to this place for pizza from 2024 onwards, and it gets better and better! Taste, flavours, variety and service are fantastic! My favourite is pizza Amsterdam with zola ❤️ Recently they also added seating area which is convenient on a rainy night. Highly recommended!

03/05/2026: First, the positives: The breathtaking view of the lake in a lush, peaceful setting, and the friendly service! Unfortunately, this doesn't make up for the quality of the food served, which was on par with school cafeteria fare, when one would expect local produce. And the room itself was outdated, lacking heating and with very little hot water. All this for a price we found excessive (80 euros per night without meals).

08/08/2026: A terrible experience, in every way. Probably one of the worst restaurants in Verbania. The food was truly poor quality: the fritto misto was forgettable and the scialatelli alle vongole was practically inedible. The prices were insane for what was served. The staff was also rude and unprofessional. Chaos reigned in the dining room, with waiters constantly rushing back and forth, creating confusion and conveying an annoying sense of urgency, almost as if they had to vacate the table as quickly as possible. When you pay those prices, you expect quality, service, and a modicum of attention. We found none of this here. A dinner to forget. Terrible food, terrible service, and completely out of line prices.

10/08/2026: Exorbitant prices for the place it is, €20 for 2 spritzes, tables on the street side, no receipt but a slip for internal use and when I asked for it they told me I had to ask for it immediately! They don't see me anymore

26/06/2026: I find the prices decidedly exaggerated. €2.50 for a cappuccino (not even on the Ligurian seafront does it cost that much). Breakfast for two is practically €10. Perhaps we should remember that we're in Intra, in a small square. Also, the service was slow because the girl was alone, and the cappuccino definitely needs a rethink.

19/08/2026: I'm writing this review from a few years ago, because I haven't been back since. But walking past these days, I've noticed that some things haven't changed. The pizza and ingredients are of good quality, but the owners are completely arrogant; there's no such thing as a "good morning" or "good evening." And they treat the staff badly in front of customers. This says a lot about a place. In my opinion, you work because your pizza is cheap, and certainly not because of your manners. And I advise the employees: run away, there's plenty of work out there. Response: Your arrogance in your response confirms everything I've seen and said. Yes, I walked past and saw the same behavior as a few years ago. And I've decided not to buy from you. If you want better reviews, you could try to be more humane and polite towards customers and employees. Best regards.
