16/03/2026: We were passing through Verbania by chance. We found this place online. It was raining and snowing. From the outside, it looked like a dive bar, but inside, it was very nice. American, country style! Fast service, friendly staff, excellent food, good portions, excellent house wine, fair prices. We had a great time!! Thank you.

05/03/2026: The food is okay, BUT the service from the people who serve the food (not the waiters) is AWFUL. The young woman very rudely told me she didn't understand my "good morning" and that I should say it in Italian 🙄 It's a TOURIST PLACE, for God's sake! I just greeted her in my language.

Fin dal primo momento, il locale ha trasmesso una sensazione di cura e accoglienza: ordine e pulizia impeccabili, un ambiente davvero piacevole e ben tenuto. Ogni piatto servito è stato una piacevole scoperta: la presentazione curata nei minimi dettagli, capace di valorizzare al meglio le portate, e il gusto... semplicemente eccellente. Si percepisce chiaramente la scelta di materie prime di alta qualità e un’attenzione particolare nella preparazione. Il servizio è stato all’altezza delle aspettative: personale cordiale, attento e professionale, sempre disponibile e con il sorriso. Ottimq esperienza gastronomica che ha superato ogni aspettativa, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
