06/04/2024: Long wait for a bottle of wine (25min) only to receive a different bottle than the one ordered. We ordered a platter of Norcia crudo which were thick cut, like steaks. With just one fork when we were more people. Furthermore, the aperitif rule should be changed, because if I take a bottle something should arrive (without looking at the time, which is then half an hour plus half an hour less). Practically non-existent service, I had to ask the same thing several times from multiple waiters. Mine is a constructive criticism.

17/03/2024: Unacceptable service, rude staff We had to wait to order and after almost 2 hours the order still hadn't arrived. I've never had a situation like this happen to me. I don't recommend it.

27/03/2024: GIANT Pizza! Thin, well cooked and well stuffed. Precise and friendly service, honest price. To try again with other dishes!

21/03/2024: We took the pizza... personally I didn't like it very much, plus the vegetarian one they put 4 thin slices of courgettes and 1 slice of aubergine and that's it...

04/04/2024: Too bad the service was a little slow, but excellent dishes and pizzas! Prices a little high but considering that you are in Orta I would say they are balanced in the place.

21/02/2024: Crushed piadina seems to have been thrown in, without raw ingredients, two potatoes cut into 4, crunchy onion, a teaspoon added if all goes well, courgette 1 slice cut into small parts, dough cold and almost raw 11.88 and after that I I brought the piadina back in person, they didn't even give me a refund. I asked for a voucher and at times they didn't even want to do that to me, they took my name and that was it and the girl said that they will let me know then, but anyway I will come back every day because I want my 11.88 cent for cent back (it's not the first time I have problems with orders in this piadina shop) I continue to give him other possibilities because it can happen, I'm in the business and I understand but every time I don't.

12/05/2024: Great address, but the staff is disorganized and disastrous. We call them, they say they are coming, but prefer to chat among themselves... After 20 minutes of waiting for 2 mini beers, we go to pay the bill, they charge us for 1 of the 2... we go back and ask the owner and the waiter tells us that the beer is ready... anyway... 30 minutes after it was made... hot and without gas....
