02/04/2024: The Grill Inn Restaurant in Castelletto was an extraordinary discovery for me and my family during lunch. We started with two appetizers, the mixed and the fried gnocco, both delicious and plentiful. Subsequently, we delighted in two portions of elephant ears, a dish that conquered our palate with its goodness. I can't fail to mention the pizza, served pinza style, which was a real surprise: tasty and carefully prepared. The restaurant environment is spacious and welcoming, perfect for family gatherings or lunches with friends. Furthermore, the promotions offered for lunch are really advantageous, allowing you to enjoy a delicious meal at an affordable price. The waiters were impeccable, always courteous and attentive to our needs. Overall, it is a place I highly recommend to anyone who wants good food, a pleasant environment and excellent service.

30/03/2024: My experience at McDonald's in Castelletto Ticino, on the usual route to Sesto Calende, was disappointing. Finding access to the drive was difficult, due to the lack of clear signage and space to navigate safely. This situation caused frustration and delays in service, compromising the overall experience. Although the food and service at the counter were up to McDonald's standards, access to the drive-thru was a major challenge. I hope the company can improve the signage and layout to make access easier and safer in the future.

31/03/2024: Easter lunch. A table for 11 people. After 2 hours of waiting, some dishes arrived, except a risotto and when I asked why I was told that it was ready but that they had given it to another table. Mediocre burgers with raw bacon, not bad cuts and average risotto. Too bad about the wait.

25/03/2024: Beautiful place... terrible service!! Food if you can eat, I repeat if, it's not bad. Went yesterday March 24th to celebrate my birthday with my family, it took us almost 3 hours to eat. And we were lucky that at least we managed to eat. Many tables left without being able to receive the dishes ordered and at a certain point the umbrellas flew, in the true sense of the word and the waiters had disappeared so the various customers tried to close them and place them on the ground. Absurd. Even the answers given by the owner were not at all polite. What a pity.

24/03/2024: Sunday 24 March, to forget! 1 hour for a starter and then another 1 hour for the first course. Something must have happened in the kitchen, or lack of staff, or maybe poor organization, definitely not the weather because I had lunch inside immediately. I don't know, but it remains a bad memory and the lack of excuses with a coffee or a bitter to resolve the embarrassment. Ps: bread dry as stone, asked for a change, never arrived.

19/03/2024: If you like sandwiches, chips or salads this is the right place for you.... only flaw... is that if you are in Borgomanero or Paris the product doesn't change so it's really just a franchise.... Oops... perhaps this is precisely its strength.

The order of dishes is made with the tablet (one per table) and there is a relatively short wait between ordering and service. Tried the prawns and skewers, the sushi with Venus rice were truly delicious. The dessert is good. I was fully satisfied. I will definitely be back for an encore😋
