15/06/2025: Essen war okay aber der Service katastrophal. Sowas unfreundliches. Man merkt einfach als Familie ist man hier nicht willkommen man möchte eher nur die reichen haben. Mein Mann ist Italiener was die Kellnerin nicht wusste und als sie an Tisch zu uns kam Fluch sie auf italienisch über uns, da sie dachte wir verstehen sie nicht und sind nur deutsche. Also als deutscher würde ich da definitiv nicht mehr zum essen gehen. Die behandeln einen wie der letzte Müll und dann noch mit Kindern, dann ist es vorbei.

31/05/2025: The view of the lake is beautiful! But the food isn't the best in Arona. The service is mediocre. We ordered lasagna, but they forgot, and they weren't embarrassed to tell us we hadn't ordered it.

15/06/2025: The staff at this OWW was more than friendly, present without being intrusive. A pleasant evening eating the typical dishes of this place. Definitely recommended to those who like Tex-Mex cuisine. Personally I'm crazy about their nachos...

08/06/2025: We were in the area for a holiday and we opted for this chain because we know it because we went to the city where we live (Turin). Fast service, kind and very welcoming staff, excellent value for money. Excellent food.

16/06/2025: Fantastic atmosphere, nothing to say, for a video game lover like me… Good service, polite and helpful staff. A different story about the food, the place was highly recommended to me and is quite well known, I only went there once, so with this I don't want to assume it's always like this, but the sandwich I ate was anything but good, dry and dry meat, zero flavor, not even the sauces and other ingredients managed to save it, really bad, stringy and difficult to swallow. A bad day can still happen, I don't want to make anyone think that the quality is low, it was that day at least on my sandwich, there should have been polenta that day, but they had problems and it was no longer made, I think it's also for this, it probably was a bad day (August 15th 2024), so no problem, if there is an opportunity I will still come back to visit you, the reviews speak clearly, the important thing is to understand that it happens to everyone, I don't like those who always try to defend themselves at any cost, the reviews are almost all excellent, it means that you work well, it can happen and inevitably it happens and happens again to make mistakes or have bad days, just as you accept positive feedback, you also accept negative feedback, because professionalism is also being aware of being able to make mistakes, no one makes 0 mistakes, I'm sure that mine was a fairly rare experience, nothing to say about the account, just for the period and the day, I will come back hoping that things will go better next time! 06/06/2025: Aside from the delay in delivery that they updated every 5 minutes, until it arrived from 11:40 to 12:10 and then changed to arrive until 12:35, I called and wanted to cancel the order but it told me that it had already been started etc. but in the end I had it delivered even though it was quite late. But the (beautiful) thing is that I received very small oysters, never seen or eaten like that and they didn't taste like much. Better those from the supermarket. Never again, you can't fool yourself like that from all points of view.

15/06/2025: Realmente una de las mejores comidas que he comido. Croquetas de Bakala para empezar, ligero, fresco y hermoso sabor. Los ravioles de ternera estofada en una reducción de médula ósea. ¡Solo guau! Sencillo pero rico y complejo en sabor. Simplemente devine. El postre llevado en la aventura del sabor con el bonete de chocolate y amaretto era precioso con su dulzura contrarrestada por la miga salada. Para colmo había una carta de vinos bastante excelente. No pretencioso, no snooty, solo cuidadosamente pensado y atendiendo a la mayoría de los gustos, y algunos vinos inusuales para arrancar. Optamos por un Riesling Chardonnay, no demasiado caro pero muy bueno. Uno esperaría que este tipo de experiencia gastronómica, con un servicio tan genial, y una vista impresionante del lago Maggiore, fuera cara, pero teníamos 3 cursos para 3 personas con bebidas por menos de 130 €. Bravo, Café de la Sera

27/06/2025: Tasty pizza, although there is not much choice here, fast service is a plus ;) Minus - we waited 15 minutes for the bill, asking for it twice, and it turned out that card payment is inside the premises To sum up - if you are in this area it is worth dropping in for a pizza, but I would not rate it as outstanding, just OK ;) Since we were there just after 7 pm, we did not have to wait for a table :)

02/06/2025: Excellent service, the staff is friendly and helpful. The quality of the dishes in my opinion is very high. Internal parking is available. Reservations recommended. Recommended dishes: tagliolini with truffles, risotto champagne and mushrooms and their beef tartare.

30/05/2025: We organized our wedding lunch at Pinin. The guests have already appreciated the aperitif and appetizers served as a buffet, the risotto with porcini mushrooms was excellent, as were the cacio e pepe ravioli with lobster. As a second course we opted for the cheek with polenta. The meat was very soft... it melted in your mouth... we were all happy
