28/12/2023: Pur essendo a vocazione turistica merita un giro anche se non lo si è. Proprietario gentilissimo nel mettere a suo agio l'ospite, servizio buono e panorama eccellente, forse il nome suggerisce anche di passarci una serata, mi sa che vale. Piatti che spaziano dalla pizzeria al ristorante, nessuno da Michelin ma tutti di buona qualità.

07/04/2024: Located near the center, it is a simple and pleasant place. The dishes are very tasty, tasty and the raw materials are good. The choice for most of the dishes is very nice, being able to choose the small or smaller portion, which allows you to taste multiple courses without overeating. If you compare the portions in some places in Milan the small portions are not that small. Fair price. Recommended for eating meat.

I ate with friends very well.
Delicious sparkling wine rice as well as the veal with tuna sauce, plus it had a fabulous second course.
If you're in the area, give it a try.

09/10/2023: A unique location in Arona with a veranda overlooking the lake, very romantic at sunset. The cooktails are good and tasty, as are the accompaniments, maybe a few more snacks. Fair prices for the area.
01/09/2023: Honestly, at 8 euros for a cocktail, I find it shameful that we have to go and order at the bar! The minimum would be for them to come and ask!

06/04/2024: Top location, top staff, top food (especially the meat). It's always a pleasure to come here. The restaurant is modern but very welcoming, the choice on the menu is wide and with refined and particular dishes in addition to the great classics. The staff is always friendly and the service very attentive. The dessert list is always pretty long with special desserts... but in the end the tarte tatin with cream and ice cream always wins!

Kind, friendly and super professional waiters
24/03/2024: After having eaten the excellent pizza several times we wanted to treat ourselves to a fish dinner.
Unfortunately the cuisine was not up to the level of the pizzeria.
Five of us had two grilled dishes, two fried dishes and a spaghetti "Alla Ciccio", the dishes did not arrive together but above all the grilled dishes had some decidedly cold elements as well as being quite poor. It didn't go any better for those who had spaghetti, essentially a rock on which mussels etc. they were also added to the dish cold.
With the desserts things didn't go any better, the babà was dry and the bunet not fresh, but the pastiera was very good.
We will be back but only for the pizza.

09/11/2023: I discovered the place thanks to an evening organized with Tablo. Large aperitif with different types of beers and cocktails, for dinner I tried the octopus (very soft and tasty), the other 6 at the table enjoyed pizza and sliced meat.
After dinner, live music, perhaps the volume was deliberately high to make people dance, the audience didn't understand and struggled to talk at the tables...
The evening was a success, pleasant and fun with the knowledgeable and friendly staff! Definitely coming back!

30/03/2024: A little uncomfortable in the lower part, tables very close together but it is like that in many parts of Italy, the food is good, very good, the food arrives quickly, the service is very friendly, and the prices are incredible for being in the historic center of the city. 100% recommended

Despite a very varied menu, the service was terrible. Dommage. Happy to have found a vegan menu, they served me a bruschetta with aubergine sauce, too bad the bread tasted like fish. I was forced to have the dish redone. Glass not clean, bread arrived after several requests, plates missing due to fish shells.
The place was full but that doesn't take away from the fact that the service should be perfect.
That said, as far as the food goes, good but nothing exceptional.
Finally, a few smiles and more kindness are missing, even at the checkout!

24/03/2024: We ordered a mixed cold cuts and cheese platter with fried gnocco. A platter arrives with mixed low quality cured meats and 3 pieces of poor quality parmesan and we had to request the fried gnocco because only the bread had been brought. Superficial service. Definitely high price for the service and quality of the products..
It's a shame because it would also have good potential as a location.

Good in general... worth trying...

31/03/2024: Very poor quality of the dishes: sliced chicken (not fresh and a small quantity) frozen with two and I mean two tomatoes with three rocket leaves; as a side dish 20g of spinach and ribs that tasted like plastic; there wasn't even any bread on the table. All obviously pre-packaged and vacuum-packed. Never again
