02/04/2024: The Grill Inn Restaurant in Castelletto was an extraordinary discovery for me and my family during lunch.
We started with two appetizers, the mixed and the fried gnocco, both delicious and plentiful. Subsequently, we delighted in two portions of elephant ears, a dish that conquered our palate with its goodness. I can't fail to mention the pizza, served pinza style, which was a real surprise: tasty and carefully prepared.
The restaurant environment is spacious and welcoming, perfect for family gatherings or lunches with friends.
Furthermore, the promotions offered for lunch are really advantageous, allowing you to enjoy a delicious meal at an affordable price.
The waiters were impeccable, always courteous and attentive to our needs.
Overall, it is a place I highly recommend to anyone who wants good food, a pleasant environment and excellent service.
29/03/2024: Very attentive and helpful staff, shame about the poor quality of the food, raw fish still frozen, in 25 years of eating sliced meat, I have never seen a slice drowned in porcini mushrooms. Then, rather than a cut, it was a fatty steak to be grilled, cold porcini mushrooms, the piece of meat was marked 300g, but at service 100g was presented

30/03/2024: My experience at McDonald's in Castelletto Ticino, on the usual route to Sesto Calende, was disappointing. Finding access to the drive was difficult, due to the lack of clear signage and space to navigate safely. This situation caused frustration and delays in service, compromising the overall experience. Although the food and service at the counter were up to McDonald's standards, access to the drive-thru was a major challenge. I hope the company can improve the signage and layout to make access easier and safer in the future.

12/02/2024: Sporcizia e cibo di scarsa qualità. In più di un'ora non ho visto pulire un solo tavolo dal personale. Ho chiesto ad un addetto se mi davano uno straccio x pulire il tavolo che era indecente. Mi è stato risposto che ci avrebbero pensato loro. Mai visti. A mai più!
18/01/2024: The speck and asiago hamburger sandwiches were good inside but the bread was cold and soggy. The place wasn't very clean, waste paper on the floor, leftovers on the tables. There were very few people and the staff were definitely not too busy. And it's not cheap.

21/02/2024: Crushed piadina seems to have been thrown in, without raw ingredients, two potatoes cut into 4, crunchy onion, a teaspoon added if all goes well, courgette 1 slice cut into small parts, dough cold and almost raw 11.88 and after that I I brought the piadina back in person, they didn't even give me a refund. I asked for a voucher and at times they didn't even want to do that to me, they took my name and that was it and the girl said that they will let me know then, but anyway I will come back every day because I want my 11.88 cent for cent back (it's not the first time I have problems with orders in this piadina shop) I continue to give him other possibilities because it can happen, I'm in the business and I understand but every time I don't.

2 hours of waiting, a noisy place and the food: they don’t care!!!
We're going to end up at the McDonald's across the street...
24/03/2024: I went back with friends because when I was a kid (we're talking about 15 years ago more or less) I spent many fun Saturday evenings but I was disappointed by how the place has changed, leaving out the medieval style which you may or may not like but for eating It's not normal to wait 55 minutes for a pizza!!! Good pizza but too thin that it doesn't fill you up and with burnt crust in places.
We order dessert and again 20 minutes of waiting and what's more it wasn't good.
As for the bill, it's honest.
I'm really sorry but I don't think I'll go back, the idea that after a certain time it becomes a sort of disco is excellent.

01/04/2024: We were there for our colleague's birthday for the first time and I would say that we were very satisfied with both the staff and the very elegant place. The reserved table near the DJ was the best.
There are 3 rooms with different styles of music which we enjoyed so much. We greet the very kind Pasquale for the welcome in his restaurant. We will definitely be back and we will do our best as always!!!

07/04/2024: I discovered this pizzeria because I attended a dinner, I didn't know it, I will definitely go back because I enjoyed both the environment and the pizza!! They spoke very well to me about the meat and fish dishes!!! Highly recommended, I will return. The only flaw is the parking being located in the center of Castelletto Ticino, there is the possibility of finding parking a little far away!!! It's worth the two steps to get there

25/02/2024: Locale che dall' esterno resta poco visibile anche perché il fronte strada è rientrato dalla strada e l' ingresso è sul retro dove c'è a che un buon posteggio.
Bello l'arredamento con l'ingresso che passa a fianco della cucina e del forno delle pizze; la sala é unica ed i tavoli arredati in stile minimale senza tovaglia.
Il menù è cartaceo, fanno ristorante e pizzeria; le pizze sono in parte quelle classiche ma anche alcune a gourmet.
I prezzi sono un poco sopra la media ma i prodotti utilizzati sono di qualità e rinomati.
Nel mio caso ho preso due pizze, una piccantina e una macchina; entrambe erano sottili e con il cornicione basso, l' impasto era morbido, sembrava quasi umido ed il gusto era ottimo; in generale ho preferito la maccagna con uno stupendo prosciutto di culatello Guffanti dal gusto pieno e inteso.
Il dolce era una crema con fichi a pezzetti gustosa
A fine serata sono stati più che gentili e ci hanno offerto anche un sorbetto al mandarino, molto cremoso e gustoso, buonissimo.
L'attesa all' ingresso è stata minima e il servizio molto celere con il personale sempre presente per ogni richiesta.
Unica nota avrei preferito almeno il tovagliolo di stoffa visto che il coperto era di due euro.
Il sabato fanno doppio turno con inizio del secondo alle 21.00
18/02/2024: Pizza siciliana -mozzarella e -bufala mi sarei aspettato unaa diminuzione nel prezzo, 14 € per una pizza con pomodoro olive capperi e origano forse troppo.....
