14/05/2026: -Drive-through- I ordered two menus and a portion of Onion Rings to use with the app coupon. I got to the cash register and the girls were busy taking pictures of the rainbow I could see from the window (nothing to complain about unless you're distracted by the food I'm paying for and want to eat). They told me the price, forgetting the coupon, which I quickly remembered. I scanned the QR code, but the price didn't change, and they told me they couldn't give me a receipt because the cash register had a bug. Moral of the story: I went home without a receipt, my portion of Onion Rings was missing from the bag, and I no longer had the coupon, which was scanned and marked as spent.

My three-year-old niece at kindergarten was taught that lines are respected...

19/12/2025: We booked a table. Four of us arrived and were seated at 12:15. Other customers arrived after us, including older couples and workers. After about 15 minutes, they came to take our orders, which we then took from the dishes offered to us. The wait time was acceptable given the number of customers. Another 40 minutes passed after we ordered, and we noticed that everyone was at their table, and everyone, even those who arrived long after us, had been served and moved on to their main courses. I pointed out that others had also placed the same order for the same dishes, which the waitress had brought to their table. We pointed out that we had still been waiting for over 40 minutes. The waitress who took our orders replied that this was because we had ordered the daily menu and not the à la carte one. Later, we were also told that the workers who had requested the menu over the phone had been served first (for the first and second courses) (absurdity I've never heard of). I remember that there were older people in the restaurant, not just workers. All served very quickly by three people. Finally, they tell us our dishes will be ready, but it will take another 5 minutes. We patiently wait, but time passes and our patience is exhausted. Having paid for the water we were served, we leave the restaurant at 1:15 PM. I've been to many restaurants in my life, including abroad, but I've never had a similar experience as a customer. How do they know if an unknown customer who arrives is a worker or not? Is the menu price different? My son is self-employed, but he's never declared it in any restaurant where he was served on time. We leave, confident in the knowledge that we'll never go back to that restaurant.

23/05/2026: This is a busy local restaurant with a diverse menu and a range of draft and bottled beers. The food was good, and great value. Table service was good, with some staff speaking English. They also had a separate English language menu. ... If we are in the area we would eat here again! 😀

01/05/2026: To order three coffees and one cappuccino, we waited 20 minutes at the table. When no one arrived, we went to the counter and were told they would come over. Then the coffees arrived. One of the coffees was spiked with sambuca without even asking. They didn't even apologize.

02/05/2026: I had the pleasure of visiting L’Angolo delle Delizie bakery and pastry shop in Novara, at Via Battistini 19, and I was truly satisfied. The owner, Giovanni, is an extremely kind person who makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere is warm and familiar, and you can sense the passion he puts into his work. He was very attentive, letting us taste various products: from cheeses to desserts, such as the treccia and ricotta ravioli, all truly delicious. A special thanks also to his wife, always smiling and friendly behind the counter, welcoming every customer with great kindness. I will definitely return, not only for the quality of the products, but also for the wonderful hospitality that makes this place truly special.

28/03/2026: Truly fantastic, everything was good. The staff were very welcoming, the proletariat was very kind and competent. The only flaw was that the prices could be lowered a bit. Otherwise, everything was fantastic.

23/10/2025: Delicious pizza and kebab, excellent service, always kind and smiling, even after long hours of work in the middle of summer, when it's 40 degrees outside and 50 degrees near the oven. Quiet, well-maintained atmosphere, food can be eaten in or taken away... My favorite pizza? Gorgonzola and spicy salami 😋😋
