This is a busy local restaurant with a diverse menu and a range of draft and bottled beers. The food was good, and great value. Table service was good, with some staff speaking English. They also had a separate English language menu. ... If we are in the area we would eat here again! 😀

We found this restaurant after our first choice was sold out. Thank goodness! Excellent food, impeccable service, and a lovely, welcoming place. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Novara. I'd love to go back.

The restaurant offers plenty of seating, including dedicated rooms. The number of waiters is adequate and the service is always courteous. Overall, the experience was very positive. We had 250/150g burgers, with potatoes and various sauces. Everything was very tasty and sufficient. Important note: we showed up without a reservation, and the reception had no problem giving us a comfortable seat at 7:30 PM. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect, I'd say! It's a very comfortable place and very beautiful. The main waitress who served us, Mariana, was not only extremely kind and attentive, but also super friendly! The overall vibe was great. Thanks, Byron!

I dine there often and you're always guaranteed a good meal. Varied menu, nice atmosphere, TV to watch the games. The staff is mixed: some are very friendly and helpful, others don't even say hello when you come in or out. The waiters are a bit too present. The customer service approach needs to improve, and then we can easily get to 5 stars. Ciao!
