The owner or the personnel manager rudely treated the employees in front of me, telling them they'd better get busy even though the place was almost empty. Whether he was right or not, this is something I absolutely cannot tolerate. These things should be handled privately. I was here about a year ago and the same thing happened to me. The place is very nice and welcoming, but the food is poor quality.

Exceptional tuna tartare, uniquely plated. Delicious on the palate and visually beautiful. The staff were friendly, despite the somewhat tight closing time, but they didn't rush us.

This is a busy local restaurant with a diverse menu and a range of draft and bottled beers. The food was good, and great value. Table service was good, with some staff speaking English. They also had a separate English language menu. ... If we are in the area we would eat here again! 😀

We found this restaurant after our first choice was sold out. Thank goodness! Excellent food, impeccable service, and a lovely, welcoming place. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Novara. I'd love to go back.

The restaurant offers plenty of seating, including dedicated rooms. The number of waiters is adequate and the service is always courteous. Overall, the experience was very positive. We had 250/150g burgers, with potatoes and various sauces. Everything was very tasty and sufficient. Important note: we showed up without a reservation, and the reception had no problem giving us a comfortable seat at 7:30 PM. Highly recommended.

02/07/2026: A nice, slightly dated place that could really use a makeover because, unfortunately, it's not very appealing from the outside. But the kindness and hospitality of the staff make you feel at home. Generous portions, a wide variety of pizza, and all at a fair price (a Margherita is under €6!) will make you want to come back.

16/08/2025: A green setting with an Olympic-sized pool and fairly well-maintained surrounding area. The welcome and service were poor. Little attention to customers, and the staff who greeted us and then served us at the bar were brusque and often rude. Exactly the opposite of what anyone who runs a venue open to the public should do. The bathrooms need updating and cleaning. Toilet paper is available on request. Luckily, I was in good company and, above all, I didn't choose the location myself. There's work to be done...
