23/02/2025: I've been going here to eat Kebab since 2020... unfortunately a lot of things have changed. The old owner seems to no longer be there and today I had a really bad surprise. I arrived at 2.30pm and the grill was off with some meat already cut and a little meat on the skewer. I ordered a piadina and the guy tried to light the grill but the two lighters didn't seem to work, so he went out to ask two people who were eating on the street for lighters. He turned on the grill and without washing his hands or wearing a glove he proceeded to take the piadina and heat it against the grill, then took the already cut meat which was obviously cold and therefore contaminated, as was the piadina. The same person took the ten euros and gave me the change. I warned him that he did not respect the hygiene rules for handling food at all, I had my money returned by informing the boy that I did not intend to eat that food in the laboratory and I left the Istanbul King Kebab forever which should have undergone hygiene control. It's a shame that a place that served such good Kebab is now run by people totally unaware of the most basic rules of hygiene and food handling. Eat at your own risk.

01/03/2025: A nice pastry bar in the center of Oleggio. Opened for 60 years (March 1965) by the legendary Mr Pio, it is a place where professionalism, kindness and quality are at home. Really good!

17/03/2025: ENDLESS WAITING (asking if it was possible to eat since I was returning to work) WRONG ORDER (if I had been vegetarian the meatballs instead of potato croquettes would have been inedible, they didn't even notice) UNCOMMUNICATIVE STAFF NOT AT ALL COMPETENT (taking an order cannot merely be a mechanical job) Do we want to say something about the moka coffee solution? NO. (as far as I understand amortization of the cost of the service) WHEN YOU EAT BADLY, I SAY IT!

25/03/2025: I decided to celebrate my birthday in this pizza restaurant (Saturday evening) The dishes from the kitchen are really excellent. But the pizza is really super. Thin and very easy to digest with great ingredients. Even though there were a lot of people, we were served quickly. Friendly and welcoming staff

01/02/2025: Piatti ottimi e abbondanti e accoglienza piacevole. Pur non essendo vegani, abbiamo apprezzato molto il doppio menu classico/vegano e abbiamo scelto da entrambi. Plus del tagliere vegano: le verdure in pastella, leggere e gustose. Plus del tagliere classico: i formaggi. Ottime anche le tagliatelle con le lenticchie. La prossima volta proveremo anche la pinsa!

14/02/2025: I put one star because it wasn't possible to put 0.. As a fish lover I was very curious to try the place, I had read the good reviews but I had to change my mind, the fish wasn't fresh, it was just well plated (aesthetically beautiful to look at) but the taste wasn't.. even though I had asked the waiter.. the carbonara which wasn't carbonara, it was just sourdough.. The only decent thing was the water! Highly not recommended!!!

07/02/2025: Stop before Antonio Ornano's show 300 meters away from the theatre. Very good sandwiches, prices too. The 2 guys who served us were kind and quick. It was Thursday evening and there was a room set up with tables for a burraco tournament, really nice and quiet.

The menu was delicious. We particularly appreciated the menu proposed to us. The organization of the party was impeccable, everything went smoothly without any hitches. The staff knew how to manage every detail, from preparing the surprise cake to setting up the table, making the evening even more special. Excellent value for money, especially considering the high quality of the food, service and atmosphere of the place. I highly recommend Rosy Café to anyone who wants to throw an unforgettable birthday party. Thank you to all the staff for making my party so special!

09/02/2025: Good quality business lunch, fixed menu 13 euros without coffee. (€1.30, the coffee is a little expensive). The first course was spaghetti with mussels and the second course was breaded hake with chips and green beans......... good and fast service. Excellent pizzas...convenient parking.

08/02/2025: Nice place for lunch with friends! Service not bad, shame about the almost non-existent vegetarian / vegan options. I would add a little something because the quality is there!

22/01/2025: Overall good but the orecchiette with broccoli involves broccoli, not a hint of broccoli, otherwise the pasta tastes like nothing. Furthermore, the earrings were a bit glued to each other. My colleague's schnitzel and chips that I tried were good. The waitress should avoid taking the diner's plate away while he is still chewing.

08/03/2025: I wanted 4 takeaway pizzas, I tried to call but no one answered the phone. I went to the restaurant where I placed the order in person, but it was lost and found again after half an hour. After a further wait and no apologies from the staff, the pizzas were also mediocre. I won't be returning.
