13/11/2025: On Saturday evening, I called at 7:50 PM to order eight pizzas, and was given 8:50 PM as the pickup time. At 8:45 PM, I showed up, paid, and waited until 9:20 PM to pick up my order, but it's Saturday, and I realized... When I got home, I noticed three pizzas were completely charred underneath, and one prosciutto pizza was missing the ham. I'd already reported the charred state of the product, and was promptly compensated with another batch and numerous apologies. However, it seems to me that the care and punctuality have gradually disappeared. Now, I understand the large turnout on Saturdays, but that can't be an excuse for a 30-minute delay or for a product that ends up in the organic bin, especially given the price. If you can't keep to the time/quality requirements, I think it's definitely more professional to avoid taking overorders. I strongly recommend carefully rereading the guidelines.

22/10/2025: Bad experience, today work break, I ordered a pizza and waited about 40 minutes but what left me most perplexed was the additional cost of one euro when requesting the invoice and justified as an appetizer.

31/12/2025: We had an aperitivo at this really cute place, with excellent service and plentiful food. We expected the usual chips and peanuts served with appetizers, but instead we were treated to a truly generous platter, with cheeses, pickles, breadsticks, and some lovely slices of Bologna. In short, by the end, we were full and satisfied.

19/12/2025: Pan & Vino is a regular stop when I pass through Orta, where there's certainly no shortage of options, but they're often "touristy" or traditional. I've always enjoyed eating and drinking here; the quality is evident. Today's panzanella, in particular, was truly superb. Filippo, the dachshund, also thanks me for the breadsticks...

19/12/2025: We booked a table. Four of us arrived and were seated at 12:15. Other customers arrived after us, including older couples and workers. After about 15 minutes, they came to take our orders, which we then took from the dishes offered to us. The wait time was acceptable given the number of customers. Another 40 minutes passed after we ordered, and we noticed that everyone was at their table, and everyone, even those who arrived long after us, had been served and moved on to their main courses. I pointed out that others had also placed the same order for the same dishes, which the waitress had brought to their table. We pointed out that we had still been waiting for over 40 minutes. The waitress who took our orders replied that this was because we had ordered the daily menu and not the à la carte one. Later, we were also told that the workers who had requested the menu over the phone had been served first (for the first and second courses) (absurdity I've never heard of). I remember that there were older people in the restaurant, not just workers. All served very quickly by three people. Finally, they tell us our dishes will be ready, but it will take another 5 minutes. We patiently wait, but time passes and our patience is exhausted. Having paid for the water we were served, we leave the restaurant at 1:15 PM. I've been to many restaurants in my life, including abroad, but I've never had a similar experience as a customer. How do they know if an unknown customer who arrives is a worker or not? Is the menu price different? My son is self-employed, but he's never declared it in any restaurant where he was served on time. We leave, confident in the knowledge that we'll never go back to that restaurant.

08/02/2026: A classic, simple neighborhood bar without too many frills, very small with limited seating. Good cleanliness and friendly staff. We ordered an aperitif with a platter. The food was excellent, plentiful, and varied. Definitely worth considering if you're passing through or live nearby.

16/03/2026: We walked in and the friendliness and warmth could have been cut with a chainsaw; the pork shank cooked in beer was divine, and the Austrian Red Wine served in a mug was no less so. Gianni has a thousand stories to tell and never turns down a good opportunity to share them. Artisans of life!

14/03/2026: An old-school brewery where you'll find delicious food made by the owners themselves. The service is fantastic—salt, bread, grated cheese, everything is on the table without you having to ask! Highly recommended.

07/12/2025: The appetizer was excellent, then everything went downhill. Good dish ideas, but the execution needs some rethinking. From the flavor of the dishes to the ingredients used. The purple semifreddo (with berries, perhaps?) with a melted chocolate-like texture on top was indescribable.

09/11/2025: First experience at this restaurant, a fairytale location immersed in the Novara countryside. Excellent food and top-notch service. We'll definitely be back.
