13/06/2025: we started going to this place sporadically, nothing to complain about: average prices, beautiful location without a doubt, good service. We are creatures of habit; two quick spritzes and off we go to the same table. We make the mistake of showing up on a Friday night... it was quite early and the place was deserted. We head to "our" table but as a couple we are diverted elsewhere to make room for a so-called "crowd". No problem we adapt, of course. we order our simple spritzes... as usual. we consume (in the meantime people have arrived, but it certainly wasn't full) and I head to the cashier to pay the bill. Three days after our last visit the bill has gone from 14 to 17 euros. I didn't bat an eyelid and paid but the criticism slipped out of me by default. the answer left me perplexed: these are the high season prices. (Three days ago it wasn't? Or was it our beach dress code that annoyed the management.) Never again!

09/06/2025: Being local I have been to this place several times and I am sad to note a general deterioration in the service and food. Introduction: I went with a group of friends on a Sunday for lunch, but the place wasn't full, in fact I would say there were quite a few free tables. The waitress brings us the menu telling us that they don't do pizza for lunch. Ok. We open the menu which only consists of appetizers and meat/fish dishes. NO FIRST COURSE. Being pregnant the only two dishes I could choose from were a frisella and an octopus. I ask for the frisella without burrata, and after a whopping 20 minutes of waiting I get the frisella with salad on top, something absolutely not specified in the menu, I ask if they can make me another one since I am pregnant and all raw vegetables must be washed with bicarbonate or similar. They bring me back the same dish from which they had only removed the salad...let's leave it at that. But the most heated thing is that there were THREE CHERRY TOMATOES cut in half… 3 of them for a whopping €15 of frisella. The waitress forgets a frisella for a friend of ours, we are told (very kindly) that if we want it, there is another 15 minute wait. For a frisella?! Let's forget it. ONE HOUR passes and there is no sign of the second course, the waitress tells us that the kitchen is in a bit of a crisis and that we had to wait a bit longer… besides us there were about 6 other tables. The course finally arrives: the octopus. Salad not requested and not specified was always present, but ok I'll ignore it. The octopus was the beauty of 1 tentacle, let's forget it. The requested chips arrive, 1 portion out of 3 was raw. In short, the lunch (the portions!!!) and the service were a disaster. The place is beautiful, but because it is in itself. The waitresses were kind but inexperienced. Would I recommend it? Not for the food, maybe a drink.

31/07/2024: Super quiet place. Competent manager and capable of making you try really good beers. Too bad we don't have some air conditioning. Definitely worth trying again, the two IPAs I tried were amazing. Thanks for the advice.

12/01/2025: Very familiar environment, where on Sunday lunch (but in reality always..) it is a pleasure to go with your family and where the customer is pampered all the time. The most complicated thing is deciding what to eat, because every dish is cooked to perfection... from pizza (in a wood oven) to fish starters (ohhh the peppered mussels is divine), to second courses both meat and fish... I recommend the fried calamari or the calamari steak... the best thing is the final treat with their liqueurs (licorice, banana, pistachio, melon...)

01/04/2025: Very bad. Sunday 30 March I go there to have breakfast. It was early in the morning and there was almost no one there. I order a simple coffee with a pistachio croissant. The coffee arrives stained and the croissant old and dried up. Out of MY EDUCATION, I didn't say anything. They are happy to recycle the old croissants like this.

22/12/2024: I can ignore the food without infamy or praise, the horrible tiramisu, the house wine watered down beyond belief... but the free hair on the cold cuts platters and over €1,000 without a receipt (at the table for more than 30 people) really no . Never again.

15/04/2025: I came across this restaurant during my lunch break. The waitress listed the first dishes of the day and consequently I decided to have the "carbonara". The dish I was served was raw ham with cream/eggs. I understand that in a midday menu I shouldn't expect anything sensational but calling a similar dish "carbonara" in 2025 is shameful. Please let's call things by the correct name "cream and raw ham"

13/02/2025: Compliments! I celebrated my little one's first birthday and baptism here, what can I say, a beautiful party with a setup with great attention to every detail, helpful and friendly staff and the very kind Mrs. Tiziana satisfied me with every request. Highly recommended!

30/05/2025: I start by saying that the owner is available and open to fulfilling your requests, very kind and also very nice and this already puts you at ease and reassures you when you are especially like us very far out of the area for a few days and with a child with food intolerances. Good and average food, old-fashioned place but with that touch of quiet atmosphere and also a little homely as if you were with family. Certainly a positive experience and if we are passing through again we will return.

15/05/2025: Good pizza, very good with a lot of choice. I don't know about the rest because we didn't try it. The girl who served us was very nice and very good. Fast service and honest price.
