02/06/2025: Two exceptional risottos, very tasty gorgonzola and barbera, also good with asparagus. Two second courses of tender meat, an excellent choice for lunch, pleasant atmosphere and staff. A stop to mark for trips in the area. I recommend and compliment the owner and cook and her daughter. An atmosphere that makes you feel at home but with a quality, cleanliness and friendliness 5 stars

02/05/2025: Da anni un posto che non ha avuto cedimenti, ma anzi una costante ricerca in cucina, sala curata e cortesia nel servizio. Prezzi piu che corretti per una ristorazione che lascia soddisfatti sempre. Ogni piatto ha un suo perche' e pochi ingredienti nel giusto abbinamento significano un percorso dello chef intelligente non improvvisato. Gia pane e grissini fatti da loro sono un buon inizio. Ravioli plin a regola arte con una sfoglia sottilissima. Piccione arrostito perfetto e gustoso con mirtilli e carote. Pesce san pietro presentazione ad effetto ed eccezionale al palato. Selezione formaggi accurata. Cantina abbastanza assortita.

03/06/2025: A truly interesting location with a wide selection of wines, also serving as decor. The tartare was very good, seasoned as proposed. The only flaw: being alone, tell me beforehand that the menu has many choices for 2 people and there is no possibility of making a single portion (I don't understand what the difficulty is, since it is not about cooked dishes but about cold cuts and bruschetta)

A place that makes people talk about it so well that it becomes a place that finds space in the reviews of the best influencers on the Internet! The food is good, but be careful!!! When choosing the second courses, I recommend using a recorder!!! The list is so long that you need several GB of memory to remember it all!!!. The price... a surprise!

04/06/2025: An unexpected discovery in the greenery of Grignasco During a business trip, I stopped by chance at Trattoria Dal Salmet, immersed in the tranquility of the Piedmont countryside. The location, surrounded by greenery, offers a relaxing and authentic atmosphere, ideal for a regenerating break. The menu of the day offered a variety of inviting dishes. I opted for gnocchi with wild boar sauce, followed by arrosticini accompanied by a grilled tomino and a parsley potato salad. All the dishes were prepared with quality ingredients and served in generous portions. The staff was courteous and attentive, helping to create a familiar and welcoming environment. 31/05/2025: Auf der Suche nach einem traditionellen Restaurant , fernab vom See und Trubel, sind wir aufgrund der Bewertungen hier her . Und nicht enttäuscht worden. Sehr freundlicher Service und sehr gute italienische Gerichte. Es empfiehlt sich manche Gerichte zu teilen um mehreres probieren zu können. Wir waren rechtzeitig im Ort und haben erst den phantastischen Blick auf den See genossen. Auch wir empfehlen nicht mit großem Auto in die engen Gassen zu fahren. Parkt am Besten am Piazzq Sant‘ Agata. Restaurant ist nur 200 m zu Fuß .

10/06/2025: I had my son's baptism at the Borgo San Giovanni restaurant, about 35 people. Fully satisfied. Very courteous, professional and present staff. Fantastic atmosphere eating in the garden next to the stream. Fixed fish menu was good and complete.

10/05/2025: Warm welcome upon arrival at the restaurant. Easy parking behind the restaurant. The setting is very charming with the terrace near the river. We ate inside because it was still cool in the evening, especially near the river. The brunette lady was very charming and smiling. Very pleasant. The dishes are very good and in sufficient quantity, as is the choice of wines. Correct prices. We recommend this good establishment 👍🏻 Thanks again for the service 😉

18/05/2025: Siamo stati in famiglia e abbiamo mangiato nulla di speciale, tutto nella norma, ma con tempi di attesa molto alti e prezzi over-priced. Inoltre la gentilezza e servizio non sono il loro forte.
