26/11/2025: The rudest cashiers I've ever met: they probably pay them a pittance. If you go to the traditional checkout, they throw products at you; if you go to the self-service checkout, the alarm often goes off and you're treated rudely and sneeringly. Finally, there's no point in going to customer service to complain: their attitude is designed to cover up the incident. Luckily there are cameras; otherwise it would be the Wild West. I even gave up my membership card.
21/11/2025: I once lost my phone in the mall, and a very good security employee helped me look for it. Eventually, my phone was taken to the information desk: someone had found it and handed it over there.
I thank those who found my phone.
The mall has very helpful employees, and some are a little less helpful: it depends on how you treat them.
I say they deserve the respect they deserve.

27/10/2025: Nice place, service a bit slow and lacking, perhaps because it was a very busy evening.
The tajarin with white truffles falls short of expectations. The portion is very small. It's good, but not the explosion of flavor I was expecting, perhaps because of the lack of truffle...
The wine selection by the glass is basic, a bit expensive.
The selection of local cheeses is good but a bit monotonous.
Overall, good, but prices are above average.

16/10/2025: I think that were just unlucky this evening, since it seemed like an overall off-night. There might have been more interesting guests consuming wine. Food was okay, but overall underwhelming. Based on the food and service I cannot understand the overall ratings nor the price. We had been at dell'Arco and Petricore the same weekend and this was not even close. But then again, we all have an off-night and we might just have been unlucky. YMMV. 🤷🏻♂️
30/09/2025: Our visit to Ventuno in Alba was a truly wonderful experience. The food was outstanding: fresh, creative, and beautifully prepared, the dishes finely balanced and lovingly presented. The wines complemented the dishes perfectly.
The hospitality wasn't the main focus, but it was still pleasant enough to round out the visit. Ventuno impresses above all with its excellent cuisine and modern, stylish atmosphere—a place that every food lover should definitely visit.

13/10/2025: Delicious pizzas, thanks in part to the quality ingredients, top-quality cuisine (the hand-chopped raw beef is recommended), friendly and professional service, and last but not least, fair pricing despite being in the center of Alba.

15/10/2025: Famous for its "Bramardini" and all its exquisite desserts and cakes, but... also excellent for aperitifs!
The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming.
The interior is beautiful, and the outside is pleasant, where you can sip your coffee or enjoy a delicious aperitif among the window displays in the shelter of the gallery.
12/09/2025: A coffee in this pastry shop is a must for anyone passing through Alba. Combined with high quality chocolate with a refined flavour, accompanied by the courtesy of the staff.
Spacious and with plenty of seating.

17/11/2025: It's not my first time dining here, but this evening the owner was fantastic! As usual, I always forget something: this time, after ordering pizza, I realized I hadn't taken my lactose-lowering tablets. Even though the pizza was already ready, they immediately made another. Thank you so much, you were truly fantastic!
26/10/2025: Modern, beautiful, and spacious: seven of us came in on a Saturday evening (with a reservation). The pizzas were good, average; obviously, there was a wait due to the Saturday and the truffle festival. But they were kind and friendly, and served us promptly, as were the prices.

06/09/2025: Anyone who lives in Alba already knows all about this pizzeria, a must-try in Alba.
Many pizza varieties, including gluten-free options, are available, with many flour options.
In addition to pizza, there's a huge selection of first and second courses, both meat and seafood.
The restaurant is elegantly furnished, and the outdoor terrace is beautifully landscaped, perfect even for the colder months.
