From his most classic signature dishes (veal with tuna sauce/legendary agnolotti and braised beef) to the fish, a true new gem for a local restaurant. Go, but leave me a seat! Well done everyone! Hats off!

26/11/2025: Good, but... there's potential, but I also think there's plenty of room for improvement. We tried several dishes: ShuiJiao beef and curry, XiaoMai with Chianina beef, RC chicken and coconut, black bao, but of the ones I tried, I'd only recommend the duck ravioli and the pork and ginger ones. Personally, I'm more into classic flavors, which unfortunately they didn't have. Mochi with ice cream was okay, and the azuki pastry dessert was dry. The basic menu is black and white, a bit sparse, perhaps graphically. The service is okay.

20/11/2025: A great place for those who love dumplings and bao. The menu isn't extensive, but each dish is carefully prepared and truly delicious. During my last visit, I found the same quality as always: the pork and cabbage bao were soft and flavorful, the three-flavor shuijiao were perfectly balanced, and the Vietnamese rolls were just the right amount of crispy. The place is small and often crowded, making it difficult to navigate the tables, but the quiet atmosphere and friendly staff make the experience pleasant. Ultimately, a simple but reliable place, which I continue to happily recommend. 🥢✨

24/11/2025: This gem of a restaurant is hidden just outside Canelli. Regional cuisine executed to perfection, attentive and very courteous service, an encyclopedic wine list with reasonable markups, and an excellent quality-price ratio.

I especially recommend the truffle dish, truly delicious and well-balanced in flavor. A recommended restaurant for a casual evening, but with great attention to detail.

06/12/2025: A traditional restaurant in the heart of Canelli, located on the slope leading to Via degli Innamorati, offering a wonderful view of the city. The restaurant is meticulously maintained, with a welcoming and refined atmosphere. The service was excellent: the waitress was attentive and friendly, making us feel truly at home. The dishes are meticulously prepared, tasty, and carefully presented. A must-try if you're in the area: highly recommended!

22/11/2025: Exquisite dinner, homey atmosphere, and wonderful service. The ladies in the dining room welcome you with a heart-warming smile, and if the food is also fantastic, then the evening can only be wonderful. We ordered: carne crudo with fresh artichoke flakes (SUPER L A T I V E) and veal with tuna sauce. Followed by tortellini del plin and pancetta-wrapped guinea fowl with truffle (truly incredible). For dessert: tarte tatin and hazelnut cake. Sonia recommended wines with professionalism. The food is truly excellent and fresh, and there are also many off-menu options; I opted for traditional fare because I'd never been to this area, but there's truly something for everyone. It's a shame I live so far from Canelli, otherwise it would be my go-to! Congratulations to all the staff!

10/11/2025: For the past 10 years, we've happily returned to this osteria whenever we travel to Piedmont for truffle hunting. We appreciate Mauro's recommendations and the excellent food, as well as the very fair prices for the white truffles. The wine suggestions from his son, who represents local winemakers, are always a delight. A warm, authentic establishment run with great passion – we're already looking forward to our next visit in 2026!

01/11/2025: Today we went to this very nice osteria. What can I say, it was well worth the visit! We arrived early, so parking wasn't a problem. Once inside, we had our pick of tables and chose one right in front of the beautiful wine bottles at the back of the room. The wine list is mostly regional and extensive, and best of all: the prices are very reasonable! All the dishes were very good, perhaps with the slight exception of the steak, which was a bit uneven. The vitello tonnato was really good. The best part, of course, was the fresh truffle grated over the pasta. Delicious! The pictures show what we drank. We'll definitely be back.

The food was absolutely delicious — exactly what you’d expect from a restaurant in this wonderful region — and the service matched it perfectly. Our waitress was amazing: so friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the evening. We both really enjoyed the entire experience and will definitely make sure to visit again

23/11/2025: A warm welcome awaits you at this trattoria, where the atmosphere is as authentic as the air of the beautiful hills surrounding it. Courtesy and professionalism complement the good food and wine. EXCELLENT Piedmontese fritto misto. Excellent service. The flower-filled entrance is beautiful and romantic. The atmosphere is a bit noisy, but it's worth turning a deaf ear to!
