Let's start with a bang 💥 now I'll tell you: it's a rainy day, a shame because the outdoor tables are certainly a plus for the Osteria dell'Asilo, by heaven's will we had lunch inside, in a formal but at the same time informal, certainly the girl who welcomed us with her manner convinced us, ok guys we are in the right place. 🏠 But how do you eat it? Few dishes but great indecision about which to savor, we are a large table and we choose the very simple but tasty tasting menu, accompanied by a rich choice of wines. 01/04/2024: Easter Monday lunch 2024 If there had been the possibility of giving more stars I would have given them more than willingly. Let me start by saying that I almost never post reviews, and when I post them it is for the simple reason that the restaurant deserves it! And I would say that you more than deserved them. From the welcome, to the kindness and attention of the waiters. Super veal with tuna starter, lean cannelloni, and hamburger with egg and baked potatoes! I haven't even gotten to dessert because I already have full faith in this place. Wine of their own production possibility to purchase their products, What can I say, I would recommend it to everyone. They were all very kind and all very prepared. 02/03/2024: Prenotato per una serata tra amici. Locale pieno e non siamo stati accolti. Seduti al tavolo, aspettiamo 15 Min. abbondanti prima che vengano per le ordinazioni, e ancora il menu non era stato portato al tavolo. Preciso che le cameriere, seppur spicce, sono state cordiali e pronte ad essere sorridenti (non troppo dovuta la fretta). - Ordiniamo cucina. E aspettiamo 45 Min prima che portino i piatti. Nessuno stuzzichino servito nell'attesa. Sbagliano i piatti che stremati accettiamo (doveva essere una padellata di pesce con la pasta, ne hanno fatte per 6 porzioni senza pasta). Avevamo persino chiesto per sicurezza se ci fosse. - Le pizze non sono pizze, sono secche e poco gustose. Mozzarella insapore (assaggiate, anche gli amici confermano) - La cucina invece è più buona. Non straordinaria. Non super fresca, ma buona. Chiediamo più volte ripristino del pane. - Conto salatissimo data la location ed il servizio pessimo. Nonostante i sorrisi dei camerieri non siamo stati bene. Abbiamo pagato come fossimo a Milano

02/04/2024: Easter evening for dinner in this splendid restaurant. Elegant environment with light and soft music. Traditional Piedmontese menu and innovative, researched menu. We ate very well supported by the owner who, in a delicate, friendly, professional manner, told us about the dishes and recommended an excellent wine, to say the least, a pleasure to listen to. You eat and drink well, there is quality and research. We will definitely be back!

23/03/2024: Excellent pizzeria in the center of Asti, the pizzas are prepared with care, the dough is well leavened, light and crunchy, they are seasoned with quality ingredients that make them delicious and special. The pizzas offered every month are special. Excellent desserts are offered, also in this case there is a dessert of the month on the menu. The place is very nice, the service is fast, the staff are friendly and very helpful.

30/01/2024: Welcoming environment, very nice, clean both internally and externally. We came here to celebrate our baby's baptism. We opted for the menu which included a generous aperitif in the garden and then the first course, chosen by us, was served at the table. The aperitif was truly plentiful. The food was very good and cared for in its appearance too. Helpful and friendly staff.

04/02/2024: Siamo andati a cena e abbiamo mangiato uno strepitoso fritto misto piemontese. Oltretutto l'abbiamo digerito benissimo, pure mia moglie che ha la gastrite, segno che le materie prime sono di buona qualità, compreso l' olio di cottura

30/12/2023: Ottimo ristorante, servizio ineccepibile. Qualità dei prodotti eccellente. Da tornare per assaggiare altre specialità. Molto bella la sala dove abbiamo cenato, al primo piano, tavoli ben distanziati, elegantemente apparecchiati. Molto belli i vetri in stile liberty, credo siano ancora gli originali. Abbiamo anche soggiornato una notte, in un appartamentino appena fuori il ristorante e sempre della proprietà. Luminoso, doppio affaccio, ma con un letto matrimoniale a scomparsa, con un materasso sottilissimo, per niene comodo. Peccato, avevo visto delle belle stanze, ben arredate, saremo più fortunati un'altra volta! Colazione scarna.
