Ho scelto la entrecote di fassona con patate e carote al forno, cotta alla perfezione e molto saporita. Poi un brownie con gelato alla vaniglia gustoso e con sapori molto ben accostati. Il tutto accompagnato da una splendida bottiglia di Ruché. Il prezzo non eccessivo e sicuramente adeguato per la qualità della cena.

31/05/2025: A ten with a star, service as service should be in the basic. Don't expect a modern setting, but you shouldn't want that either in our opinion. Ruchè to enjoy!

09/03/2025: The La Braja Restaurant offers classic cuisine, with an elegant mise en place in a cozy and pleasant environment. The dishes are very good, however the strong point of the restaurant is not the famous cheese trolley but Mr Antonio, the restaurant's owner. A gentleman from times gone by whose courtesy and kindness you can't help but admire. A flaw? Perhaps the price is slightly expensive but you pay for the quality.

23/07/2025: The waitress was courteous and helpful. The wait was short. They offered us a very good appetizer. We ate well, and the place is quite intimate, although being on the street means you can get some cars passing by. When we went, however, there wasn't much traffic.

22/07/2025: We visited Ristorante Centrale in Moncalvo during the height of white truffle season, and it was a memorable experience. The restaurant is welcoming, elegant but not overly so, perfectly nestled in the Piedmont hills. We ordered several white truffle dishes and were impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the absolute respect for the star of the season: each course showcased the truffle without overpowering its aroma, allowing its aromas and flavors to shine through. The service was professional, attentive but never intrusive, with staff knowledgeable about the dishes and ingredients. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to indulge in a high-quality lunch or dinner during truffle season. It's a local favorite.

However, the photos on Google Maps are misleading, you see a beautifully decorated ice cream cup with biscuits and other things, but then there is no one to prepare them for you. They only serve cones and cups at the counter, in the deor there is no one to serve you, there are no menus for ice creams or other products. I was there on the afternoon of a holiday

02/06/2025: Gelateria in a strategic position facing the street. The line guarantees the goodness and the excellent quality-price ratio of the gelato. Options of various flavors and other types of products such as granitas. Delicious gelato and definitely worth returning to.

15/07/2025: We were there a few days ago with friends....at a table of seven, we all had a medium lager beer to drink. Unfortunately, it arrived completely flat and warm. We mentioned this to the waitress, who asked if we wanted to exchange it for bottled beer, but to avoid wasting seven beers, we left them as is. Unfortunately, they didn't take this into account when we got the bill, and they didn't even give us a slight discount. The pizza was good, but nothing exceptional. Given the lack of customer service, I wouldn't go back. The terrace is very nice and well-kept. All the dishes are revisited in a modern and sophisticated way, but the substance isn't worth the price. I wouldn't go back.

23/06/2025: Sono stato per la prima volta in concomitanza con il raduno vespa Del 22 giugno a calosso ,cibo ottimo e abbondante servizio impeccabile ,durante il pranzo non e mai mancato acqua e vino prezzo buono ..ci tornerò sicuramente, bravi!!!

22/06/2025: Posto incantevole.. abbiamo pranzato in terrazza con vista sulle vigne accompagnata da un venticello estivo piacevole.. “Elodie” è stata molto professionale e simpatica.. abbiamo preso menu degustazione.. buonissimo, 35 euro a persona. Complimenti, continuate così!

10/05/2025: Simple and welcoming location, which reminds you of your grandmother's house when you were a child. The cook is a young girl who knows her stuff in terms of cooking and taste: she manages to range from a simple appetizer of Vitello Tonnato (absolutely worth trying), to an agnolotti in roast sauce with a very thin pasta that seems almost non-existent, to a burger with chips and noteworthy local meat. The wines are zero km thanks to the delicious bottles of the Goggiano winery located a few meters from the restaurant. I have yet to taste the pizza, but if this is the premise, I will definitely return 1000 more times:
