12/10/2025: A very well-kept restaurant, typical of the area with its vaulted ceilings. Traditional dishes are presented in a modern and elegant way. The quality of the ingredients is very high. Everything was excellent, from appetizers to dessert. The tagliata was truly superb, the best meat I've ever eaten. Fair prices, and the staff were very polite and friendly. A truly wonderful experience, I'll definitely return.

29/09/2025: Located in the village of Coazzolo, it enjoys a view of the vineyards of the surrounding hills. The place is very suggestive, housed in a former nursery school. The furnishings are very refined in a very charming classic style. Many different rooms, including a very intimate and lovely 4-seater. Quality plates and cutlery, there are no tablecloths but paper placemats, just as the menus are in laminated paper. The service is friendly, helpful, attentive, with perfect service times. 08/11/2025: Cascina Collavini is a truly pleasant place: meticulously maintained, welcoming, and with an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The food is good quality, with beautifully presented dishes and fresh ingredients. The only downside: the portions are a bit small, leaving you wanting more. Overall, a positive experience and definitely recommended.

01/11/2025: I went for dinner. Excellent Piedmontese cuisine. The tajarin are amazing, but all the first courses are worth trying. Classic Piedmontese appetizers (rabbit rolls, peppers, veal with tuna sauce, etc.) are well-prepared. Very interesting main courses (braised beef with Barbera), and homemade desserts are very good. The wine cellar is very varied and local, so it's worth checking out. Fair prices. Worth a try.

The impeccable care with which the evening was managed is a rare quality in the restaurant world. Special praise must go to Tony, who served us traditional dishes that were nothing short of excellent! If you're looking for a venue where courtesy and good taste go hand in hand, you can't go wrong with Arbiola! For us, it remains an excellent choice!

16/09/2025: Our group of four had been in the Piedmont region for two weeks and this restaurant served each of us the best meal we have had. Delicious homemade bread, tasty homegrown veggies and superb, beautifully plated dishes. All with friendly, attentive service. What a find!

11/10/2025: A truly delightful and unusual, even courageous, idea. A wide variety of menus, high prices, but that's not necessarily the manager's fault (operating costs have become insane throughout Italy), a super central location, and a creatively decorated restaurant with a distinctive character. I ordered a carbonara but didn't find the pleasure of the famous dish. For my personal taste, the dish was too salty, and the carbocrema was very unbalanced and sticky. I also tried the braised potato, a nice idea, but again, too salty. But I emphasize: I can't call the dish salty; in all honesty, it's overkill for my personal tastes. Can I recommend this place? No. Read my review and try to decide whether you like balanced dishes or prefer robust flavors.
