31/12/2025: We chose Aciugheta after spotting it in our Rick Steves Venice pocket guide and stopped in for an early lunch between sightseeing—after touring the Doge’s Palace and before heading to St. Mark’s Basilica. Despite not having a reservation, we were seated promptly inside, which we appreciated on a hot July day. We ordered two pizzas, wine for the adults, soda for our child, and water for the table. The food was well prepared and genuinely enjoyable, and we decided to linger a bit longer for dessert and coffee. Service was attentive and polite throughout. Our server was initially reserved but soon warmed up, joking with us, and especially our son, like we were old friends. We were surprised afterward to see some of the negative reviews online, as our experience was entirely positive. Prices felt fair for the quality and location, and while business was picking up as we were leaving, we never felt rushed—despite being mindful of our tour schedule. We still made it to our next stop comfortably on time. While we sat in front near the entrance, a group of locals dined in the back, which feels like a reassuring sign. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, and we would happily return.

02/01/2026: We went to Peschiera with friends for a few days and ate here three times. The business menu is very reasonable, but the à la carte options are also excellent value. The pizza is also great, and the staff is courteous and friendly.

15/12/2025: Hey, this is a great restaurant. I have been coming here for years with colleagues to eat or have an aperitif. I am always greeted and served in a nice and friendly manner. Compliments to Erwin Sabine and the mother and father who always cook for us like a world champion. I can only recommend it. Great value for money. We will be back soon.😎😍

06/12/2025: Last night, six of us friends went out for pizza. I'll start by saying that when I want pizza, I go to this pizzeria. I ordered a pizza with artichokes and oregano. What a disappointment and how cheap it was! 50 cents for the extra. Do you want to know what the extra was? "The oregano." Hmph! Maria/Jesolo

08/11/2025: I experienced truly incredible hospitality there today. There's usually nothing going on in the area in November. We chose the restaurant because Google said it was open. It was, but for a private event. Nevertheless, my husband and I were welcomed and enjoyed the set menu. The food was so delicious, the service so friendly, and the atmosphere so beautiful. They're doing everything right. Hats off to them! Absolutely wonderful! Thank you!

07/01/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance, and even though it was packed, they welcomed us kindly and found us seats (for two) right away. We chose the classic cod Vicentina-style (master dish) served with polenta and mashed potatoes, homemade bread, and a glass of local red wine. Everything was delicious and, most importantly, served very quickly. Highly recommend.

22/07/2025: Vincantiamo was a truly surprising discovery. The pizza is simply amazing, made with the highest-quality ingredients and a care that is evident from the first bite. The meat is also top-notch, cooked to perfection and presented in excellent cuts: a true house specialty. The place is beautiful, with attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere that makes every moment enjoyable. A special mention goes to the staff: kind, helpful, and very professional. The service is attentive but never intrusive.

01/02/2026: I was very disappointed, I expected to eat a proper carbonara, you could only taste the pepper, the flavors were not distinguishable, it was really tasteless, furthermore the lamb was rubbery, the French fries were dry because they were cut very thin like those sold in supermarket bags... obviously made by them.

11/01/2026: Lunch was for two cuttlefish with polenta, both full of sand. They even brought me polenta instead, claiming it was polenta. Only after the owner intervened did they change my plate. Spaghetti with clams was a very small portion of pasta. €3 for a cover charge for eating on plastic placemats seems expensive. Coke was €4 off the price. I'll leave the final verdict to you.

El restaurante está en una zona más tranquila, pero a unos 5-10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren. Estábamos sentados afuera junto al canal. Parecía un lugar donde los lugareños comen también. Los servidores eran amables, la comida era genial! Tenían una buena selección de mariscos y cocina veneciana.
