30/11/2025: I review but I don't read reviews, in fact, I went to this place by chance. Clean, a varied menu. Food: tagliata, Gragnano paccheri, scampi, pompodorini tomatoes, and basil. The waiter didn't ask how we wanted the tagliata, no big deal, we told him, rare, and in fact it arrived well done. Meat: it wasn't a beef sirloin. It wasn't great. Pasta: overcooked (what a shame, Gragnano pasta isn't cooked well, not al dente) floating in two inches of sauce. The response: we're a tourist place, you should have asked if you wanted it al dente. THE END. P.S.: The excuse often used is that tourists don't eat pasta any other way. That's absolutely not true. Pizza isn't made raw, pasta is cooked well, cooking isn't an opinion.

16/11/2025: A truly satisfying lunch! Polenta with Asiago cheese and mushrooms, bigoli with duck ragù and Vicenza-style cod, Venetian-style liver. Everything was delicious! Very friendly and punctual service. A truly worthy spot in the center of Vicenza.

17/11/2025: We had dinner at 2 and discovered a very good restaurant with excellent cuisine, refined dishes, fresh ingredients, and friendly, professional service. A must-try. A great find!

19/10/2025: The atmosphere is welcoming and quiet. The service is attentive and friendly. The food is good and well-presented. However, I would consider the value for money.

16/11/2025: The owner was so kind! The lamb was delicious, and I was so happy that he generously gave it to me. ㅠㅠㅠ Especially, don't miss the tiramisu dessert. He was so disappointed that Korean tourists ate it too quickly and left. The owner was extremely friendly! The lamb was fantastic, and I really appreciated their generous portions. The tiramisu dessert is a must-try. The owner even mentioned being disappointed that Korean tourists often eat too fast and leave.

30/11/2025: Entering Villa Goetzen feels like stepping into another era: everything is so elegant yet welcoming. Spacious rooms and a generous, delicious breakfast! The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful.

01/11/2025: A super Roman restaurant with spectacular, well-prepared dishes, just like in Rome. The owner is from Tivoli and clearly cares. We tried the carbonara, artichoke alla Giudia, lamb chops, and fried calamari. Everything was spectacular, I highly recommend it!

30/11/2025: This is the second time I've been to this place this month. The food was very good the first time: good, large pizzas and a good tiramisu. The second time, we ordered focaccia, and it was a bread pizza base. It was tasty but very thick, with zucchini puree on top and a fried shrimp per slice. We didn't like it much. The pizza was slightly burnt. The worst part was when we ordered tiramisu and they brought it without the chocolate topping. When we told the waiter, he removed it and brought it back half a minute later with a large clump of chocolate powder on top. It was so bitter and unpleasant that it made it hard to eat. They tried to charge us for it, but in the end, we didn't have to. We understand it was just an off day and we had bad luck.

23/11/2025: After a second visit to this restaurant, I can't help but write a review. It was recommended to me by a local, and rarely has a recommendation been more appropriate. The place is cozy and quiet, the staff extremely friendly and attentive to every need, and the cuisine is excellent: from the quality of the ingredients to their preparation. I tasted eight dishes in total, all well above average (special mention for the pasta e fagioli and the pumpkin tart, excellent vegetarian options). I've already named it my "favorite place" for every time I return to Padua. I highly recommend anyone who lives nearby to try it: it's hard to be disappointed.

22/10/2025: Definitely one of the best restaurants in Sottomarina. The food was excellent, and the service was truly excellent (I assume from the owner), so it deserves 5 stars. I gave 4 stars to the atmosphere (even though it's very clean and charming) only because I like eating outside (especially in the summer), and unfortunately there's no outdoor seating. That's more than fair considering the quality of the food and wines. Congratulations!

01/09/2025: The prices don't match the quality and quantity. Dinner for three cost over 200 euros, and everyone left hungry. The mixed grilled fish was a scam. Everything smelled like grilling kindling. The staff barely spoke English. I'm giving it 3 stars only for the delicious canola and frozen torte.

28/09/2025: Nice, welcoming place. I only took one star off because it was a bit crowded, but then again, it was a Saturday night. So, it was crowded, but surprisingly, we waited very little from ordering to receiving our pizzas. 😊 Very young, very friendly staff. Pizza and à la carte restaurant, including fish. The pizzas are large and very thin, easy to digest, with a good dough. Good value for money.

10/12/2025: Fantastic food, authentic experience,and fabulous service. It was a cold, dreary winter night and my family and I were looking to warm our bodies and our bellies. Trattoria Alle Lanternine did not disappoint. Great food and reasonable prices!! Don’t hesitate to visit.

09/12/2025: We ordered a couple of pizzas, nothing special, maybe homemade, but they were kind of chewy, lots of cheese and not much else, except for the arugula, of which there was plenty. Many locals eat here, but I suppose they eat something else, not pizza. The wine I ordered, Pinot Grigio, was very good. The tiramisu was passable. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

26/11/2025: We've been to this restaurant several times and had a great time. We've tried both the food and the pizza. The pizzas are good. I really liked the service, and the staff was helpful. The prices are also on par with the restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, a little noisy, but that depends on the customers.

18/11/2025: Only the restaurant. The food quality has declined. I won't be back.
