17/08/2025: My boyfriend and I had a lovely evening at this restaurant. The dinner was perfect, the value was incredible, as a €14.50 per person menu with two typical Venetian dishes is truly rare. The spaghetti with squid ink was delicious, as was the chicken breast in white wine; there's a wide selection on the menu. We finished off with a delicious vanilla and chocolate ice cream. The owner was incredibly friendly, and even recommended a pastry shop for cannoli and a place to go for delicious cocktails (we followed his advice and were thrilled). The Sicilian man who works in the dining room was also very friendly, and the atmosphere was truly welcoming. The owner explained to us that they've been open for 15 years and opened following the bankruptcy of McDonald's. Long live traditional Venetian cuisine and Venetians! We'll be back soon!

16/08/2025: The food was out of date, it felt like supermarket food. The service wasn't great at all; one person dropped the wine, and another made a fuss about what we wanted to eat. The atmosphere felt like a rave party with the music playing.

28/08/2025: The ambiance and service were very good. However, there were a few difficulties overall: There were 10 of us, or three families. One family's appetizers came after the other two families' main courses. And those plates were almost empty. The lasagna portion was smaller than a small bowl of cereal. One appetizer didn't come with pecorino, even though it was listed on the menu. The insalata mista didn't come with balsamic vinegar, only oil, salt, and pepper. The final bills for all three families had incorrect items, for example, two extra cutlery sets (yes, here you still pay for the cutlery/dishes according to outdated Italian tradition). The drink orders also had a few errors. But the food, such as pizzas, pasta, and the asado beef, was very, very tasty and highly recommended. It was truly enjoyable to dine on.

12/08/2025: Had lunch last week. Beautiful, well-kept atmosphere, a sense of history and an important philosophy. Then, perhaps because I arrived with high expectations, I'd say I was a bit disappointed. The person serving me didn't exude any empathy or hospitality. The food, admittedly, was good, but nothing truly exceptional. I have serious doubts about the fruitiness of the cuttlefish. I'll return another time to make sure I wasn't just unlucky.

31/08/2025: I was arrested there at a wedding and a dinner. The atmosphere is welcoming, the food good, and the service very good. I recommend it!

20/07/2025: We chose this place based on the reviews for a family dinner with a majority of vegetarians; we didn't find the usual "new" plant-based fare, but the goodness and authenticity of local cuisine! Especially the first courses were top-notch and tasted like home. Even the carnivore particularly enjoyed the tagliata. The terrace is quiet and the restaurant is well-maintained, yet not cloying. The service deserves top marks above all else: truly 10/10. The prices are absolutely in line with the market and the products offered. We'll definitely be back!

01/08/2025: Beautiful outdoor garden and excellent service. The food was delicious, especially the pasta with burrata. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the portions were quite small and the complimentary bread was unfortunately stale. Still, overall a lovely dining experience and definitely worth a visit.

26/08/2025: The food is delicious and comes relatively quickly. We didn't have a reservation, so we got a tiny table for two, which barely had enough space for the food. The portions are large, very good value for money. However, after we indicated that we would pay, we had to wait a very long time, because you can only pay with one waiter and it's a fairly large restaurant, we were in a hurry, so that was annoying.

23/08/2025: The food was good, there were a lot of people (dinner on a Friday evening in August) and therefore the waiting times were very long, and the atmosphere was a bit noisy.

31/08/2025: A truly positive experience. The waiter Claudio, a true professional, offered us a selection of appetizers. There were 12 courses, both hot and cold... so good and so plentiful that we couldn't stop eating. He then offered us a taste of the superb risotto, which will have us coming back for the first courses. The service was very attentive, with plates and cutlery always being replaced, and with attention to water, wine, and bread. We'll gladly return. The price was fair for what we ate. Two real niceties... I'd add a spring-loaded lock to keep the bathroom door closed.

26/08/2025: Excellent choice for lunch! 🍴 In Isola Rossa, this restaurant offers a truly affordable fixed-price fish menu for €20: a first course, second course, side dish, and water or wine included. Alternatively, for €16, you can choose just the first course or second course, also including a side dish and a drink. Fresh, well-cooked dishes and generous portions. Fast and friendly service, perfect for those who want to eat well without wasting too much time. Excellent value, I highly recommend it!

23/08/2025: We took a class to learn how to make traditional pasta & tiramisu the right way :) It was an incredible experience and probably the highlight of our vacation period this year! The atmosphere, food and most importantly, the people, were outstanding. Of course, we returned for the delicious traditional food. Absolutely recommended, even with a baby! We will definitely be back next time we are in Italy, and shall bring more family members with us to share the experience and make memories. Grazie and until next time!

01/08/2025: A truly well-maintained and welcoming place, the garden area is fabulous. Wonderful. The staff is always helpful and courteous. The pizza is very good, with fresh, quality ingredients. I recommend it to anyone looking to spend an evening with friends or as a couple in a quiet place.

21/08/2025: So, we went last night, my wife and I and some friends. We were six people in total. This place is big, lots of space. We had booked in advance. We tried some bruschetta, they were good. For primi I ordered the Tagliolini with Amarone, cherrywood-smoked salmon, Hendrick’s Gin and mascarpone. You have the choice of ordering a regular size or a baby portion for a reduced price, which is what I took. It was very tasty. My wife shared a truffle risotto with a friend. Very good as well. For secondi I chose the Grilled beef fillet with cheese fondue and pistachio crumble. I had ordered medium, it was a bit too much on the rare side though. It was still very good. I had ordered a side of grilled vegetables. They were not grilled, but deep fried. Now, food was very good indeed. The negatives is the extremely long wait between dishes. I think we waited around 40 minutes after our primi for the secondi. I however don't think that's normal practice, because as soon as we got seated, the place got overrun with families coming in to eat. The noise level was very high as there were many kids running around, laughing and playing. If you want a quiet romantic meal, this is not the place. Are you not bothered by a loud atmosphere, here you will get some very good food for very reasonable prices. Our young waitress was a treasure. Despite very busy, was smiling and laughing.

06/08/2025: The general atmosphere in the restaurant was okay but the acoustics were pretty awful. You couldn’t talk to a person sitting across the table. The general food was ok but we also ordered some lasagna and it was horrible. The lasagna arrived almost cold like it was frozen and then microwaved. It also didn’t have any bećhamel sauce and the meat was unseasoned. Also, the tomato sauce tasted like store-bought, pre-made tomato noodle sauce and there was no Parmesan cheese on the lasagna. All in all, it wasn’t a great experience.

05/08/2025: I recommend this restaurant. We visit every year. They maintain a high standard. The fruit is fresh, the pasta is delicious, and the desserts – tiramisu and profiteroles – are incredible. The food is served quickly, clean, and delicious. I recommend it. The wine in carafes is wonderful 🤩

01/08/2025: It was quite an easy choice, both for its location and the lack of nearby competitors offering typical local cuisine. The prices are a bit high, but every single euro is well spent, both for the quality of the dishes and, above all, for the courtesy and kindness of the service. Furthermore, the location, in addition to easy parking, offers both indoor and outdoor seating. It's cool outside in the summer, but the attention to detail inside adds to a meal 🔝. I didn't take advantage of it, but what can I say about the option of staying overnight? Highly recommended. I recommend the venison carpaccio as an appetizer and the sliced beef for the main course.
