17/10/2025: The restaurant is in the slightly higher price range, but the quality of the food certainly justifies this. My spaghetti with shrimp was, to say the least, very tasty. Drinks (glass of red wine, espresso, and grappa) were also reasonably priced. The small, atmospheric dining room and friendly staff make it a must-visit.

21/02/2026: "A fantastic experience! If you're looking for substance and true quality, this is the place. We found a pleasantly simple atmosphere, just how we like it: no frills but with a real soul.
The real added value, however, is the welcome. The owner, Ivan, is a wonderful person, capable of making you feel immediately at home with his kindness and helpfulness. But the highlight remains the product: the quality of the ingredients is excellent and you can taste it in every bite. The food here is truly good. We'll definitely be back! Giuliano

07/03/2026: I wish I could actually give a review of the food, but unfortunately, having waited 80 minutes for an appetizer, I'll limit myself to one star. It could be the perfect place to accompany a game of Risk; 5-6 hours of play should be enough to enjoy a full dinner.
The only positive note: the waitress tried to apologize for the situation, an attitude that absolutely didn't come across at the cashier, without even a single €1 of shame.

11/02/2026: We went for dinner to try the paella. It's a nice, quiet place, and the lady serving was friendly enough, but nothing more. The atmosphere isn't Spanish at all, aside from a few decorations hanging on the walls, but the paella was good. Nothing like the original Spanish paella, an "Italian" paella (more like a risotto), but not bad. The prices were fair, we had a good time, and we'll definitely be back for the risotto ;-)

26/12/2025: Just one word?! WOW...but obviously my opinion wouldn't be perfect, so I'll explain it this way:
Service like no other, remarkable customer care and passion, have added a fun and lively touch to the entire experience.
Fresh, high-quality, refined, and at the same time, as natural as possible food, without too many frills but adding that "spicy" kick that fish in tomato sauce deserves!
The house wine and liqueurs are TOP!
The setting is impeccable and clean, noticeable wherever you look, the smell of cleanliness blending with the unmistakable aroma of good food!!!
Many, many, MANY compliments to EVERYONE!
Come, we'll definitely be back!
19/12/2025: The staff were arrogant and know-it-all. I called to make a reservation and everything was fine until we showed up and our reservation was put aside for larger tables without even being notified. The staff didn't even apologize, telling us that a table for 4 wasn't worth it compared to a larger one. They were very rude and boorish. You might eat well, but with these people it's not worth it. Rating: 0

23/02/2026: 5 stars!! I've tried several sushi à la carte, and I prefer to eat well rather than too much. This one, in terms of flavor and size of each piece, is absolutely the best.
Totoro and Dream are mind-blowing!! 😍
Impeccable service and a very welcoming atmosphere!
The price is fair for the quality.
The only downside? It's too far from where I live, so I can only come when I'm on a day trip. Otherwise, I'd come much more often 🤣
01/02/2026: Every time I eat at Deba, I automatically feel happy. The best à la carte sushi in Perugia and excellent value for money. I also recommend trusting the chef and taking a tasting menu—you'll be amazed. The staff is truly friendly and helpful; they make you feel welcome and look after you throughout the dinner. The quality of the fish is indescribable, and pairing flavors like that is something only they know how to do. After trying Deba, you'll never set foot in any other mid-to-low-end sushi restaurant again. Don't be put off by the à la carte option; you can still spend less than €50 and still be full. It's like going to Ayce twice, but it's worth it, every penny.

17/11/2025: We love this bar/restaurant. It is ‘alive’ and friendly. A great antmosphere. All the staff welcome you like friends and make you feel ‘at home’.
They take a pride in everything they serve. Even a cappuccino is made perfectly to
your liking and served with love.
We ordered a Gnocchi Di Zucca last week and it was absolutely delicious. A feast for the senses.
