13/09/2025: We happened upon Porto Ercole by chance and had lunch at Gambero Rosso. Nice place with a sea view. Two first courses and two desserts with half a liter of wine. €90, too expensive in my opinion.

06/03/2026: My first experience at La Furba restaurant was very, very pleasant! Parking is on the street adjacent to the entrance, so it's very convenient. We were escorted to our reserved table very courteously, as was the service throughout the dinner. Ten of us ate in a large, clean and well-appointed room. The dishes were almost all fish-based, all good and very tasty...with the exception of a first course with ragù, which was very good, and a delicious pizza! The desserts were also delicious!! Finally, the bill, which I didn't think about, but I'm sure whoever paid was happy because we ate really well...so much so that we'll be back! Congratulations, La Furba Restaurant, keep up the good work 🍽️🍤🍕🥂🍻😋

19/09/2025: We went with colleagues for a quick lunch. Excellent fried squid and shrimp with fries! Friendly and helpful staff, simple but charming restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

28/08/2025: I was with some friends, and we all raved about the dishes they served. I had FABULOUS spaghetti with clams, and a pistachio dessert that was equally delicious. We'll be back from Pisa.

23/02/2026: We went in for an aperitif, approached the bar and asked if we could order, and the bartender told us to sit down and say his colleague would be there. Meanwhile, both my boyfriend and I took turns using the bathroom, returning to the table that hadn't been served yet. I looked around for the guy, who was meanwhile accompanying and serving other guys who had just entered. The situation repeated itself twice, so we got up and left. The service was nonexistent and poorly organized. The girls behind the bar were using their cell phones (I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that it was for work reasons), and when I reported that the women's bathroom was not only dirty but also out of toilet paper, I was told, "I know, we're waiting for the cleaning lady," when simply putting out some paper would have helped reduce the wait time, given that both before and after me, there were girls who used the men's bathroom.

22/02/2026: Excellent breakfasts and a beautiful location. Prices are reasonable.

12/02/2026: Atrocious attitude.. we walked in, sat down and were waiting for over 20 minutes to be served, only to realize, everybody else will be served ahead of us. We got up and walked out. The woman owner simply doesn't care much for foreigners, so she rather serve all the Italians first. Worse attitude we ever got in Italy.

29/09/2025: A restaurant inside a campsite. I booked using the TheFork app, but even though it was still summer, they gave me a table inside. The food was good but nothing special, especially considering the amount ordered (an appetizer for two, a first course, a fried dish, water, and house wine) and the 20% discount. Honestly, I wouldn't go back.

05/10/2025: Excellent restaurant, affordable prices and very pleasant and friendly staff. If I come to Montecatini again, I will go there immediately for lunch or dinner.

03/09/2025: The fish is incredibly fresh and of the highest quality, probably among the best I've ever tasted. The sushi is also excellent. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxed, ideal for a romantic dinner.

15/08/2025: Let's start with the positives: the restaurant is tastefully decorated. The fish quality is high. Moving on to the negatives: the service is inattentive, slow, and at times rude. I've been to this restaurant three times (some invited, some on my own) because I like sushi. However, despite the excellent fish, the rolls aren't good at all: they're large and fall apart between chopsticks, and the rice, in my opinion, is poorly flavored (and clashes with the filling). The real downside is that you spend a lot of money on dinner, which you then eat, and sitting outside, the chairs are uncomfortable! But above all, I ordered a plate of raw fish (LA CRUDITÀ) and only when I got home, looking at the menu again, did I realize THERE WERE NO OYSTERS. We weren't told, we were so caught up in our dinner that we didn't notice; they were NOT replaced, and the price (€50!) wasn't changed. A major dip in style, so for me, 1 star is already too much.

31/12/2025: Honestly the pizza is good, nothing to complain about, but the place needs a good clean and a coat of paint.

26/12/2025: We went for Christmas Day, precisely because it had changed management. Congratulations to the new managers, excellent food both seafood and meat, excellent staff, excellent venue. They make you feel right at home with their friendliness, cordiality and above all so much availability... I highly recommend it. Thanks for everything guys.

23/12/2025: A typical Livorno place. Typical and very tasty cuisine. Good value. Appetizers, first courses, and second courses, all between 10 and 12 euros. Dog-friendly.

14/09/2025: The staff is super friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The cleanliness is top-notch. It's a 3-star hotel, a bit dated...but the cleanliness of the bathroom, the breakfast (rich: homemade sweets and savory, fresh fruit), and the location are the strong points of this hotel.
