I have been to this restaurant several times for dinner, the last time last week. Excellent quality food served to perfection, really good raw fish accompanied by excellent table service. It is certainly a high-level venue but not exclusive. I highly recommend it for a good dinner as a couple but also in company. In the summer it is also very nice for the tables outside which are located in a beautiful Piazza Aretina.

Excellent sensorial experience, a fusion-like mix between Italian and oriental cuisine Excellent spaghetti carbonara with sea urchins. Fantastic sushi and desserts Armagnac dated at the end

Ormai il Saffron è una certezza…. La cruditè migliore che abbia mai mangiato con ampia varietà di pesce e cosa molto importante, di estrema qualità. Il locale è molto bello, curato nei minimi dettagli…. C’è l’imbarazzo della scelta, fra antipasti, primi, secondi, e roll….. tuto eccellente!!

07/01/2024: Very nice and efficient waitress even though the place was very crowded. We were a table and we all ate well, from pizza to first course, second course and dessert. The price is normal. Courteous and friendly pizza chef. When we are in the area we will definitely return.
