04/08/2026: Key word: BE PATIENT! I've been to this restaurant several times and have always had a good experience despite the wait. The portions are generous and the menus are reasonably priced. But something has been off for a while now. I went a few nights ago and the pasta arrived with very little sauce, and the fried food was a bit too greasy. I DO NOT recommend coming on Saturdays or Sundays because the waits are incredibly long! We waited an hour and a half for four first courses! (They told us they were having kitchen problems, but they told us the same thing another time.) I'll give this place another chance during the week. If it goes badly this time too, I don't know if I'll ever return. I'll leave you with the photos...

07/02/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance. The music in the dining room was a bit loud, the waitresses were kind, and then came the surprise: the pizza, a unique experience. It's been a long time since I've smelled the scent of raw olive oil on pizza. I'm writing this review 12 hours later. I slept great, no thirst, excellent digestion, and no bloating. Then I discovered they specialize in fish, and not only that... I'll try it... It's a shame about the sparkling water; the machine broke, but it's justified by the excellent dinner. Congratulations. I'll be back.

24/06/2026: We enjoyed our lunch here. Very tasty food, highly recommended. We were there as a family with two small children… The interior was air-conditioned, very pleasant.

03/05/2026: Everything was excellent. It's not the first time we've eaten at this restaurant, and the quality is always top-notch, both in terms of the quality of the products and the service. The waiters are all very kind.

The staff tried their best, no question, but the real culprit for this mess is this old woman (owner?). I even had a brief argument with her!! We'd better not even talk about the run-down facility. Absolutely unacceptable." Italiano: Questo sfida la description... Che fregatura! Inferior quality – probabilmente also thanks to SCADUTA! The personal has a fat uno sforzo, non c'è dubbio, the persona effettivamente responsabile di this problema è questa vecchietta (proprietaria?) Con cui ho also avuto a breve scambio di parole! E' meglio non parlare neanche della struttura fatiscente. Assolutamente inaccettabile."

23/10/2025: Despite it being off-season and the restaurant being completely empty, we were seated in the far corner of the restaurant, contrary to our request. The service was pleasant but pushy. Unfortunately, the food was a complete disappointment; neither the pasta nor the meat dishes tasted anywhere near to our liking. I wouldn't recommend it.

16/07/2026: Simply the best, better than all the rest, better than anyone, anyone I ever met (with fritti misto) :) Look, we need to give 5 star reviews to counterbalance the sad people on here! Live laugh calamari baby! It's delicious rosti and tratti food, delivered by the most delicious and delightful and de-lovely people. What a place, what a team, oh what a night!

24/07/2026: Generally recommended. However, they no longer offer gluten-free pizza and pasta. Instead, for gluten-free (and other) food, I recommend L'Angolo del Gusto in Vada.

10/10/2025: Sunny atmosphere, friendly and professional staff. I love the food, especially the fish. Fresh and, above all, well-cooked. The amatriciana, carbonara gricia, etc., are all missing...a real treat!

09/10/2025: This is the best place. Cappuccino is good, pastries superb, food delicious, drinks. Have been several times and have not had a bad thing.

12/07/2026: A wonderful evening spent at this typical Livorno restaurant. The fish-based first courses are highly recommended. We also tried the delicious cacciucco, which more than met our expectations! The staff were friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be returning.

01/12/2025: Yesterday we went there to celebrate my nephew's 18th birthday and I can say that we ate very well, the fish dishes were delicious and you could feel that everything was fresh.... congratulations!!! 👍

22/07/2026: Absolutely not recommended!!!!!!!!! They make a distinction between locals/Italians and tourists. The pasta tastes good, but there's far too little for the price!!!!! Three bites... other plates were much fuller. Dishes arrived late, some not at all, or appetizers came after the main course. Disappointing!!!! Eat pizza and move on... or better yet, avoid it altogether!!!! The staff... abysmal.

27/07/2026: We elected a different restaurant, but it was full as was our 2nd choice, it was very busy on Friday night and we underestimated business. This is slightly off main area and it was only half full. I think they are making a mistake by have the 'courtyard' covered with straw walls, so you cannot see in or out. It is not very inviting. Anyway, about the food, we just had a main (secondi) with some side dishes. Two had the calamari, which were nice, and my daughter had the mixed cold sea starter. A lovely looking dish that she enjoyed. I had a steak (Vitellone) which was very disappointing. Not sure how they were able to serve that so quickly and it was tepid as well. Bit tasteless and it did not look appetising with a handful of rocket and grated Grana on top. Have to give a shout-out for the chips (or fries), they were very nice! I have a house red, which was atrocious, very flat and acidic. My daughter had the house white, which was very nice. The service was friendly and very attentive.

21/07/2026: It's a great place, we've been there several times and it has never disappointed us. It has a very beautiful and cozy terrace, everyone is very friendly, and the food was delicious. I couldn't say a single negative thing about this place. I highly recommend it to everyone!

01/07/2026: The location is stunning, the view from the restaurant is beautiful. The management is absolutely unsatisfactory. I lost the entire cost of my stay due to an unexpected illness.

01/06/2026: Simply ideal and comfortable, both in the clean, elegant rooms and in the restaurant, which serves Tuscan cuisine and offers a changing menu every day. Strategic location for reaching Tuscany's major cities. Excellent, large private parking. What more can I say? I highly recommend it! 😉!!!
