25/07/2024: Manuela la titolare è molto disponibile e gentile il locale è semplice come il quartiere popolare di San Giusto a Scandicci , Firenze dove è ubicato. Gli antipasti buoni ed abbondanti presentati su taglieri di legno quali coccoli,salumi, formaggi in quantità abbondanti. La pizza è molto buona,l'impasto digeribile è fragrante sia la pala che le tonde very good. I dolci della casa discreti da rivedere la cheesecake troppo alta ma, nel complesso soddisfacenti. 15/08/2024: We stayed at this hotel for one night to see San Gimignano. The location of the hotel is very good and there is a small parking lot right in front of the house. This is where the positive things end for us. We booked a deluxe double room, which turned out to be a very simple room. The bathroom is really in need of renovation, very small and not very clean. Shower dimensions 60x60 cm. The cistern hangs under the ceiling and takes about 30 minutes to fill up again. The air conditioning is absolutely not sufficient for the room. We wouldn't book here again.

20/07/2024: Passare da Torrita di Siena vale sempre la pena e, questa volta, la sosta di mezzodì è toccata al ristorante pizzeria Piccolo. Gentili ad accogliere, il ragazzo che lo fa è professionale e aggiunge quel pizzico di empatia che fa scattare la differenza. Il locale porta in sè un'impronta pugliese e il menù ne contrassegna l'identità. Scegliamo melanzane fritte con pomodoro e mozzarella, pici al sugo bianco e un calice di prosecco per non eccedere: fa caldo e poi la prudenza è d'obbligo. Buoni i piatti scelti, interessante il menù che comprende pesce, impeccabile il servizio. Locale pulito, così come i servizi. Rapporto qualità prezzo onesto. E, per non tralasciare niente, il pane fatto in proprio, anzi, i pani e i grissini. Bravi, consiglio di provarlo. E viva, insieme alla nostra Torrita, anche la Puglia. Maurizio Guccione - Lucca

17/07/2024: una bellissima terrazza esterna coperta per cenare al fresco con vista sulla Valdichiana. il menù contiene piatti molto particolari, cibo buonissimo e di qualità. i ravioli ripieni di pesce e conditi con salsa agli agrumi sono favolosi. i prezzi assolutamente onesti, i titolari estremamente cortesi e disponibili a venire incontro a tutte le esigenze, il cuoco molto bravo e creativo. Anche la pizza, che ho mangiato in una precedente occasione, è buonissima. Assolutamente consigliato.

08/08/2024: We visited this restaurant with high expectations, because - unique location, dress code, tables covered with linen, etc. However, the reception was already unpleasant, the waiter arrogantly scanned our clothes. And that is very different from discreetly checking to see if someone walks in wearing swimwear. Anyway, we were neatly dressed (although with wet hair). As a tourist, I tried to have a friendly chat with the waiter, but this was impossible. He was arrogant and grumpy and didn't waste a word with us. Bizarre. The famous 'catch of the day' turned out to be the biggest pig in a poke because this delicacy sold per kilo. Ultimately opted for 'tapas', 22 euros - this was a small bite of fish (mackerel?) with sliced ​​tomato and 'shrimp carpaccio' - a very small amount of shrimp with little taste - cost around 25 euros. We were not asked if we enjoyed it. We pinned our hopes on the main course (the waiter was beyond saving and I hope he will one day do a job he likes). We both ordered octopus as a main course (30 euros per dish) - unfortunately. Octopus may be meaty and have a bite, but it was tough and overpriced, just like the starters. It was a pathetic pile of polpa with burnt tentacles topped with a few potato wedges. The waiter took it out without asking how it had tasted, even with the starter, and that irritated me immensely. In short, I gave friendly feedback at checkout and even though 10 euros was deducted, we still paid way too much for this 'gastronomy', especially the total lack of hospitality was shocking. Sanitary facilities not clean - if you act pretentious, make sure you have a neat toilet area. Positive and good price-quality ratio: delicious espresso for 3 euros, served by a grumpy waiter, but in a unique location, which means that the coffee gets a passing grade. But that's all. What you can do: bring swimwear and towels and go swimming in this unique bay where you can take beautiful photos and have a wonderful swim! Bring water shoes because of stones!

05/08/2024: We had dinner at the Le Viste Restaurant and were absolutely not disappointed. The location of the restaurant is priceless and the food is no different. We ordered two appetizers, two second courses, a dessert, two glasses of wine and spent €73 each. A little higher than the local average but absolutely worth it for a dinner. Be careful to carefully look at the instructions on their website to reach the restaurant by car :)

27/08/2024: A cena in famiglia un martedì di fine agosto: cibo ottimo, pesce fresco e piatti curati, pizze varie ben cotte e saporite, dolci eccezionali. Nonostante siano solo in due persone a gestire la sala e chiaramente ci sia un po' di attesa, vale davvero la pena!

18/08/2024: 0comes out very fresh and prepared in a simple but good way. Excellent first courses. Few choices but good ones. I would say the service was flash 😅.. when you finished one dish they would bring you the second straight away. Low prices considering the fresh raw material. If you dine at sunset there is a wonderful view. If you don't expect a starred restaurant, it's worth a stop here.

31/08/2024: I'm very pleased with the dishes. Very creative, well balanced , and the portion size are acceptable . The wife ( chef) and her husband are very friendly and hospitable. I ordered my tuna and was cooked perfect ( medium rare) and the sauce was subtle and light and not too overwhelming heavy. Pasta ( pici) with the Guanciale and fig sauce is well balanced. I highly recommend this place and will be a regular customer

29/07/2024: A culinary experience...as a first course linguine with courgette cream and red prawn tartare, which gave off the scent of the sea when it arrived at the table, a small fry at the center of the table to share this second course with joy, because a fry like this is difficult to equalize. 27/07/2024: We often go to eat there, most of the time the food is good but at least 3 times we were disappointed. The pizzas are now very good but for today the tasteless sautéed mussels are full of oil, arriving 20 minutes after the pizzas. Service a little botched. They forgot to bring us a beer. I understand that it's Saturday but so the desire to go back goes away.
