22/11/2024: Very kind staff, fixed menu at an excellent price, excellent food and wine quality, super value for money. What more could you ask for? I stop every now and then when I pass by on my motorbike for an excellent lunch. I recommend it.

17/03/2025: The photos speak for themselves: the quality of the products served is truly excellent, all fresh and carefully prepared. The restaurant enjoys a truly suggestive view, being directly on the road with a splendid sea view, which makes the experience even more pleasant and relaxing. The only aspect that made me assign 4 stars instead of 5 are the slightly too long waiting times in the kitchen, especially considering the overall number of seats. A faster service would make the experience perfect from every point of view. Having said that, I would still highly recommend it: the food is excellent, the location is pleasant and the staff is friendly and helpful. Keep it up, you're on the right path to offering a high level of service!

16/03/2025: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Everything at the top. Place on the promenade. Nothing out of place. Attentive and courteous staff. Delicious food and affordable prices facing the sea. They placed us on the small veranda outside (I recommend booking because it is always full...) Special and interesting menu… I will definitely go back, without a doubt. Thank you!!!

28/08/2024: Locale che ci eravamo passati davanti tantissime volte , e qualche caffè. A questo giro abbiamo preso un paio di spritz con relativo vassoioncino di stuzzichini. Spritz ben fatto e servizio veloce (non servono al tavolo, ma ti chiamano appena pronti). Da tornarci sicuramente, e poi è sulla spiaggia, quindi tutto molto bello

26/08/2024: Locale con tavoli nel pratino antistante aperto sulle vie interne di Focette, aperto da Pasqua a fine stagione estiva, con tavoli e sedute in plastica. Situazione molto carina, rustica e inusuale Non vi è un vero e proprio menu (ce n è uno con prezzi vicino all’ingresso, unico e su piedistallo di quelli che solitamente stanno all’esterno del ristorante), il personale recita i piatti disponibili direttamente al tavolo. Disponibile la cucina senza glutine (quasi tutto il menù), con il sovrapprezzo di 1€ a piatto Le portate non sono definibili abbondanti, tutt’altro. Tempistiche di servizio assolutamente improvvisate, al solito tavolo qualcuno mangia e qualcuno può solo guardare in attesa che arrivino il resto dei piatti dell’ordine.. Spesa nella media di un ristorante con ben altra location e ben altro servizio.. prezzi visibili sul menu “esterno” non corrispondenti con quelli poi messi in conto Peccato!

09/04/2025: I have been frequenting the establishment for years both during the summer holidays, enjoying the beach and related services, umbrella, sunbeds, etc..., but also the restaurant, where I also dine during my work stops in Grosseto and the surrounding area. The owners make you feel at home. Highly recommended

12/04/2025: Very tasty food. Delicious meat and fish, non-intrusive and pleasant service. Don't pay attention to the interior, that's not the main thing here. Compliment to the cooks, the tuna steak is just the bomb👏

09/03/2025: Traditional restaurant full of choices of dishes prepared on the spot by exceptional chefs. Wonderful kitchen where you can scrutinize the mastery of the chefs and collaborators. The owner prepares simple but excellent desserts as per ancient tradition, always professional and friendly. I go there with my family as soon as possible

25/03/2025: My family walked in and the waitress was very rude, had Avery bad attitude. We asked if we could sit in another table with more space as the whole entire restaurant was empty, waiters rudely said “no you have room here, you stay here and walked away. We decided to go somewhere else as we did not want to be served by someone with an attitude. We walked out and said thank you, we changed our minds and she said ”B***h” never in my life have I been called that specially by someone I did not know. Very disappointing.

11/03/2025: The pizza was made in front of us, super fresh and the price was really good! Definitely a great place to grab dinner after a night out.

13/02/2025: READ IT ALL PLEASE: ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE ZERO. August evening, we decide to try this restaurant made famous by Alessandro Borghese's series. BAD IDEA. Let's start from the beginning: to get there you have to cross a restricted traffic zone. The restaurant is located on a cliff, prepare your shoes... the restaurant geniuses ask you to communicate your license plate to avoid fines. SORRY THAT, EVEN DESPITE THE LICENSE PLATE WAS NOTICED, THE FINE ARRIVED anyway! Why? Simple: they forgot to record it…Scandalous… And here's the fun part: we write to the restaurant and they reply that they can't do anything. Are we kidding? Why do I have to pay for their mistake? Because their word is worth more than mine, on what logical basis? €150 wasted due to their incompetence. Obviously behind it there is a municipality run by incompetents who are not capable of doing their job, because instead of thanking a consumer who contributes to the economy (since if it wasn't for us they wouldn't even have money for the streets) they give random fines... And the food? Nothing special, very normal dishes that can be found everywhere on the island, but with EXAGGERATED prices Moral of the story? An anonymous dinner, poor service and a €150 fine. SHAMEFUL. AVOID IT.

05/12/2024: the place is located in an area that you have to pass through a restricted traffic zone to access. On 08/27/2024 I received a fine of €98.00 due to the owners of the place who forgot to bring the customers' license plates to the municipal police and like me all the customers of that day were fined. Fine arrived at the end of November so I couldn't even contact the restaurant which was closed.

23/11/2024: Nothing to say about the quality of the food, but the menu is presented verbally as it says it changes every day, so would it be too much effort to print the menu of the day and put it in the brochure? Since there will be around 8/10 tables I don't see it as a big problem, even if only for a question of transparency on the prices which are not said verbally, even more serious the same thing is repeated on the wine menu and there you can make a difference on the final amount, but from what I have noticed there is a clientele of a certain level who obviously doesn't care about the price, ok but we are not all the same, if only that type of clientele is of interest that's fine, certainly not to me review, it's sad to see a place being considered for some very avoidable things. I have seen other reviews that say the same thing as me, evidently their modus operandi is and remains so. Ok goodbye

02/11/2024: Last minute dinner with the desire to eat fish. Choice of restaurant for the excellent quality of the products according to hearsay. We took 2 hot appetizers consisting of 4 generous courses and 2 lobsters. All accompanied by a €40 bottle of wine. Final 2 sorbets and 1 amaro. Excellent quality of the raw materials and I must compliment the chef. Total cost €180 and for what we ate I have to say it's a 10/10. It's been a long time since I ate so well at this price. Sore point for the environment which could use a little more love. I recommend it and we will definitely be back.

22/02/2025: Very good pizza and very good fish dishes. First courses good and plentiful. Breading Frying needs improvement but not bad overall. Really good value for money. Location with sea view. Indeed on the sea. The evening with the south-westerly wind must be spectacular.

26/03/2025: Uno degli ultimi baluardi della tipicità Fortemarmina,un must che dura nel tempo. Stessa gestione da una vita,stesso personale e qualità immutata. Il vero ristorante che ricorda il vero Forte,con ampia varietà di pesce fresco che concilia con l’eleganza del locale,da provare assolutamente gli gnocchetti agli scampi,il pacchero e il polpo. Non mollate,siete l’ultima speranza!

08/01/2025: Ristorante elegante e dall'impronta cittadina, cucina di alto livello incentrata sul pescato di stagione (si nota la passione e la grande tecnica dello chef), bella cantina con ampia scelta e servizio molto professionale. Posizione unica, proprio nel pieno centro di Forte dei Marmi. Da ritornare per provare altri piatti.

In a city where it is difficult to find good fish, Aroma consistently produces truly excellent dishes, with simple flavours and faultless technique that celebrates amazing produce. I have lived in Florence for four years and I can't recommend this place strongly enough.
