29/04/2026: Beautiful location, excellent food, friendly and efficient staff.

24/04/2026: We went with high expectations, but everything was tempered by the first courses. We chose the highest menu (it was a special occasion): good but not excellent appetizers, two bland first courses (we didn't know what fish the sauce was made of), home-style fried food, decent desserts. Anyway, it's no longer the restaurant with the same reputation. I hope it was a coincidence. 😞

10/10/2025: Sunny atmosphere, friendly and professional staff. I love the food, especially the fish. Fresh and, above all, well-cooked. The amatriciana, carbonara gricia, etc., are all missing...a real treat!

09/10/2025: This is the best place. Cappuccino is good, pastries superb, food delicious, drinks. Have been several times and have not had a bad thing.

10/01/2026: The pizza was raw and was inedible and tasteless (it didn't taste like pizza) I ordered a Napoli and it had three capers and anchovies in it!!! If you have to come DO NOT GET THE PIZZA 🍕

01/06/2026: The staff is rude; a waiter should be welcoming and friendly, not put off by the desire to sit in their restaurant. The food is average to poor quality, regardless of price. I don't recommend it. There are much better places in Castiglione.

15/03/2026: An excellent option for a seafood lunch. The pink shrimp tartare and gnocchi with octopus ragù are recommended.

04/05/2026: Good food and a nice atmosphere. The dishes are average; perhaps with a few more offerings, it could earn a few more points.

27/04/2026: It was a big birthday, the same fork for all the dishes, the food was excellent but very poor. There was no wine for dessert. I don't recommend it.

02/06/2026: We had dinner. But I don't think we'll be back. The service was very slow and the staff was so inattentive that I had to get up from the table to call a waitress. The prices were EXTREMELY HIGH for the poor quality of the food, and we even got a nasty joke about food happiness... A BIG NO!

01/06/2026: We went to dinner with a friend of mine, and we had a great time. The owner and waiter were really nice. I had the delicious spaghetti with clams! For the main course, the fried food was very good. It could have been more filling, but it was just a little, really tasty.

03/09/2025: Not recommended. We were at the beach today, September 3rd, and wanted to rent a parasol for the afternoon (including two sun loungers). First, there was no rate for just the afternoon (we arrived at 2 pm), and second, the "attendant" wanted a flat rate of €25 for the parasol (even though it's the off-season). In the lovely Morcone beach next door, a parasol costs €15! Then we paid with Visa, and we had brought small beach chairs for our two kids, which we weren't allowed to use. Then I wanted to cancel, and strangely enough, cancellation isn't possible when paying by credit card. In short: the worst service on the entire island, too expensive, parasols placed too close together, constantly monitored… Better to choose a different beach resort (next door) or even a different beach altogether. A huge disappointment for us, and our first and last time there.

31/12/2025: Honestly the pizza is good, nothing to complain about, but the place needs a good clean and a coat of paint.

22/11/2025: German: This defies description... What a rip-off! Inferior quality – probably even EXPIRED merchandise! The staff tried their best, no question, but the real culprit for this mess is this old woman (owner?). I even had a brief argument with her!! We'd better not even talk about the run-down facility. Absolutely unacceptable." Italiano: Questo sfida la description... Che fregatura! Inferior quality – probabilmente also thanks to SCADUTA! The personal has a fat uno sforzo, non c'è dubbio, the persona effettivamente responsabile di this problema è questa vecchietta (proprietaria?) Con cui ho also avuto a breve scambio di parole! E' meglio non parlare neanche della struttura fatiscente. Assolutamente inaccettabile."

23/10/2025: Despite it being off-season and the restaurant being completely empty, we were seated in the far corner of the restaurant, contrary to our request. The service was pleasant but pushy. Unfortunately, the food was a complete disappointment; neither the pasta nor the meat dishes tasted anywhere near to our liking. I wouldn't recommend it.

10/05/2026: I stayed at Chianti Village Morrocco in an apartment, and unfortunately, I wasn't particularly pleased with the room's maintenance and upkeep. There are several areas that could be improved: exposed television wires, the bathroom showerhead was very unstable and precariously positioned, and other small things that suggest a bit of neglect. I won't list them all because I'm not there to play inspector, but I think the apartments could use a little more attention and care. I really enjoyed breakfast, but above all, I want to compliment the breakfast room staff: everyone I interacted with was cheerful, helpful, and professional. It was definitely the highlight of my stay. I would have expected a little more attention from reception based on some of the information I received, but nothing particularly serious. Overall, I give it 3 stars: a middle ground between a room that I personally wasn't satisfied with and the breakfast staff that I found truly excellent. With a little more care in the rooms it would be a place I would recommend and where I would gladly return.
