14/07/2026: Lovely setting . Staff great . More of a fine dining lunch experience . The food was sensational but just not a lot of it for the price . They did make us pasta off menu for the kids .

First of all, beautiful terrace with a nice view to the bay.
Food
We had fish crockets, tempura seafood/veggie plate and sea bass raviolis for lunch with some white wine.
Crockets and tempura were quite good, but the raviolis were kinda tasteless.
Price
Even though the dishes looked premium, the size and the taste were not in balance with the price. Three dishes, three glasses of wine and a bottle of water cost us 110€. I think its about 30% too much comparing to other restaurants we eaten during our three weeks on the coast.

09/08/2026: I've been going to Carlino for twenty years and I can say I've never been disappointed. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly and always available. I highly recommend it.
06/08/2026: Unfortunately, we ordered pasta with scampi and received a tomato and cream pasta with virtually no scampi. An unacceptable tourist trap.

27/06/2026: We came in with a group of 9 people and were seated quite fast. When we sat down several of the glasses were dirty. After mentioning this to the staff the glasses were changed for somewhat cleaner glasses. We ordered and the staff friendly explained what the items on the menu were. After ordering, all the items came separate and it took very long until the pizza’s arrived. The other non pizza items were already eaten when the pizza’s arrived which made the seating longer. The pizza’s were good but nothing special. At the end the machine also broke and took more time to finally pay the bill.
This review still gets two stars due to an unnecessary remark made by the owner/staff. (Something about wine not being vodka)
27/06/2026: There were 9 of us and we waited a very long time for our food. Some ate it, others waited. The calamari pizza had plastic wrap on it, but the chef said it wasn't plastic wrap... the drinking glasses were dirty, too bad we didn't take pictures. By the way, we're Polish, not Russian!

02/06/2026: Terrible as served, two out of four ate and rudely when asked for the two missing dishes they responded rudely and on the bill they had charged two uneaten vegetables, very terrible

09/05/2026: We had dinner at this beautiful establishment just this evening and we can't help but write a five-star review! Super light pizza, with quality toppings, and above all, very digestible. The atmosphere is familiar, clean, tidy, and welcoming. The menu is extensive, and in addition to the pizzas (both white and red), we also recommend the appetizers and focaccias—there's something for everyone! The cherry on the cake is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the beach... priceless ❤️ Thanks Nicoletta!

28/01/2026: The restaurant is also open on non-holidays... and that's an added bonus in a town that's purely seasonal... the manager is friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The food is good and well-prepared. The atmosphere is small in winter, but... dare I say "homely."

02/07/2026: The first course was very good even if the second course was not very abundant for the price and then I had a four cheese course that tasted like Margherita with some parmesan on top.
30/06/2026: Pizzeria with a wood-fired oven, with indoor and outdoor tables, a quiet and familiar location, an extensive menu, truly excellent pizzas, their take-away service is also excellent, fast and friendly, the pizza always arrives piping hot, excellent quality/price, definitely an experience to repeat

11/05/2026: We've been eating here at least once a year since 2015. The food has always been delicious and the staff very friendly. The bread has always been fresh, too.

12/12/2025: A young man who's worked hard (as we Tuscans say) and has turned his passion into a landmark restaurant. Ask him to explain the dishes and you'll be thrilled with his preparation; you can tell he really cares.
For those who complain about the high prices, I'll give you an example: "In Marina di Vecchiano, two take-out beers are 12 euros."
Are you on Elba in a fantastic seaside location and want to spend a fortune? Wouldn't it be better to stay home?
Service, location, staff, food quality, and amenities all come at a price.
Whether it's lunch, an aperitif, a snack, or dinner, you're in the right place; try it and believe it.
Well done, Thomas (and all the staff, of course), keep it up.

09/08/2026: Negative experience. I find it absurd that only men are required to wear a shirt to be in the club, while women aren't required to do so. If there is a dress code, it should apply equally to everyone. A truly unjustified disparity in treatment.

18/01/2026: A very good restaurant. Their salmon is unlimited, and my friends and I ate a lot. The only downside is that the service can be a bit slow when it's crowded; the service speed could be improved.
Overall, it's quite good.
I recommend everyone to try it.
26/12/2025: LINGER ON SUSHI located in Fucecchio in Piazza Dina Boncristiani... with ample free parking around the restaurant... There is both indoor and outdoor seating in the heated veranda..... very clean environment even the restrooms..... and the very efficient and fast table service are excellent..... the food both fish and meat and vegetables are excellent quality, fresh and very tasty....

12/08/2026: Beautiful beach, changing facilities, showers and toilets. Unfortunately, the sun loungers don't have headrests and the parasols are rather small and quite see-through. The biggest plus is the really good beach bar!
10/08/2026: The umbrellas are too close to each other and broken. The loungers have holes and are stained. It all needs to be redone. On days when the sea was rough, the staff did little to keep the beach clean.

17/05/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant today. The kindness and friendliness of the young woman and Mrs. Silvia made it a very pleasant experience! Excellent food, especially the way they serve it... seeing is believing! We'll definitely be back! And I'll say it again to Mrs. Silvia... you're fantastic!
