20/05/2025: Locale che da il meglio di sé in estate perché ha una bella vista sul mare. L'interno è grande e spazioso arredato con gusto. Il servizio è preciso, professionale e molto cortese. Disponibile pane e pasta senza glutine. Menù interessante prevalentemente di pesce. I dolci squisiti, ma il prezzo è decisamente elevato. Il conto non è economico, ma considerata l'esperienza nella sua totalità direi adeguato.

02/01/2025: The staff is very kind and helpful. The toilets are not suitable for disabled people. The à la carte menu is sufficiently varied, with fish and meat dishes. The wine by the glass is the house wine, the white is a little lively, but then they serve me a local white, Baia del sole. We start with a warm seafood salad, €13, good and rich; let's start well! I move on to a plate of pici with clams, bottarga, lemon scent (€14), too bad the pici were way, way behind cooking (confirmed by the kitchen) and I don't finish them. A grilled sea bream €17 (which has dried out a bit, to be generous...) with grilled vegetables €5 (courgettes a little less than raw). Finished the dinner with a good creme brulee €6. Unfortunately, the homemade bread was chewy. Cover charge €2, water €2, glass of wine €4. In the end the €65 pre-bill arrives, but the receipt arrives only upon express request. Gluten-free: a rosette with cover, then they can serve gluten-free pasta (standard formats) and fried fish, with corn flour.

30/11/2024: Personale molto gentile. Servizi igienici non idonei per disabili. Il menù alla carta è sufficientemente vario, con piatti di pesce e di carne. Il vino al calice è quello della casa, il bianco un po' mosso, ma poi mi servono un bianco del territorio, Baia del sole. Iniziamo con un'insalata di mare tiepida, 13€, buona e ricca; cominciamo bene! Passo a un piatto di pici con vongole, bottarga, profumo di limone (14€), peccato che i pici erano moooolto indietro di cottura (confermato dalla cucina) e non li finisco. Un'orata alla griglia 17€ (che si è un po' asciugata, per essere generosi...) con verdure alla griglia 5€ (zucchini poco meno che crudi). Chiuso la cena con una buona crema catalana 6€. Il pane fatto in casa purtroppo risultava gommoso. Coperto 2€, acqua 2€, calice di vino 4€. Alla fine arriva il pre-conto 65€, ma lo scontrino arriva solo su espressa richiesta. Senza glutine: una rosetta con il coperto, poi possono servire la pasta senza glutine (formati standard) e il fritto di pesce, con farina di mais.

28/05/2025: We were a group of 14 people. Gianluca was very flexible when booking, offering solutions to accommodate our group in the best conditions. We had a table in the courtyard at the back of the restaurant, quieter than in the main square. The staff was very friendly and efficient despite the size of the group and the dishes were delicious with quality products! I recommend without hesitation!!

01/05/2025: Very cozy place. I have read the review re small portions and had low expectations, but …. Portions were totally normal - after sharing one antipasti with my husband, having one prima pati and sharing second I was so full! Could not even entertain the idea of some additional food…. The food was very homelike - which I like a lot (nothing fancy, pure taste, good fresh ingredients). Totally recommend for tasty meal

05/02/2025: Sono andato a cena forse con troppe aspettative dovute alle buone recensioni anche di amici, ma alcuni piatti mi hanno un po' deluso tipo il pasticcio di lepre che era freddo quasi come appena uscito di frigo e che secondo me se servito caldo sarebbe stato un gran piatto oppure il cannellone ripieno di anatra la cui sfoglia risultava troppo dura e poco delicata, dessert nella norma. Comunque per il resto sapori buoni e materie prime buone. Altro aspetto negativo tavola senza tovaglia e poco elegante per un ristorante che cerca di essere di livello

26/01/2025: Ristorante molto carino vicinissimo al centro storico di Grosseto. Piatti particolari e veramente buoni. Ristorante romantico perfetto per occasioni speciali in coppia o in famiglia, ma anche per cene di lavoro. Personale disponibile e simpatico.

26/03/2025: Ottimo ristorante, all’interno dell’Hotel Ranieri di Pisa. Piatti di qualità, gustosi, con ingredienti di prim’ordine e ben impiattati. Porzioni giuste. Servizio molto professionale e gentile. Tempi di servizio assolutamente adeguati: rapidi ma non pressanti. In estate bello anche il dehors (sia per ristorante sia per il bar, che prepara ottimi cocktail). Sicuramente ritornerò quando mi troverò di nuovo a Pisa. ❤️

What distinguishes this "restaurant" is the friendliness and conviviality of the owners and staff upon our arrival and the high quality of the food offered expertly prepared and presented. The quality of the dishes can be seen by the touch of the palate, from the aperitif with bruschetta with herbs and locally produced oil combined with a flavored white wine. A heavenly seafood appetizer, two shared first courses, one from land and one from sea, and a second course from sea. Delicate flavors combined with an Elban Vermentino. The Elban dessert "torta briaca" expertly prepared, combined with an Elban Aleatico sealed the end of the meal. The dinner was enlivened by a quality and delicate Jazz duo that accompanied the degustibus. An experience to try if you are a guest on Elba. And .... the icing on the cake, a fabulous location for the sunset over the sea....
