A very good restaurant. Their salmon is unlimited, and my friends and I ate a lot. The only downside is that the service can be a bit slow when it's crowded; the service speed could be improved. Overall, it's quite good. I recommend everyone to try it.

LINGER ON SUSHI located in Fucecchio in Piazza Dina Boncristiani... with ample free parking around the restaurant... There is both indoor and outdoor seating in the heated veranda..... very clean environment even the restrooms..... and the very efficient and fast table service are excellent..... the food both fish and meat and vegetables are excellent quality, fresh and very tasty....

The place is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. The portions are excellent and plentiful. My favorites: the tempura and salmon.

They make 15 year olds spend more than they should, the price for students is €14.90 and instead they spend €20 to €25, it's a disgrace....

07/09/2025: We found it by chance on our way back from a weekend in Orvieto. We ordered the mixed crostini, tagliatelle with rabbit ragù and crème brulee. The food was homemade and delicious, and I'd definitely return. The service was neither excellent nor infamous.
06/09/2025: It's a great idea to get off the highway and eat here instead of at a rest stop. It's a small place, but perfect for a quick stop and some typical dishes without breaking the bank.

24/11/2025: Spent a wonderful evening here. The staff were friendly and allowed us to watch an EPL game (Up the Villa!!). Young man serving (Didn’t get his name) spoke perfect English and took the time to talk to us, thanks
