06/04/2026: Returned to the restaurant, about ten years after my last visit. The fish menu was perfect, from the appetizers to the stew, the first and second courses, and a beautifully plump and flavorful sea bream fillet unlike anything I'd tasted in a long time.
The location has a superb view, overlooking a hilltop olive grove and Lake Massaciuccoli. The price was fair; elsewhere you pay more for much, much less.
Promise kept, I'll be back.
01/04/2026: I had dinner at this restaurant a few months ago with one of my most important clients; we were celebrating a major event.
The appetizers were neither good nor bad, and the lobster linguine was completely different from what it should be. It was more like a flavorless "Americana"; the only flavor you could taste was a mix of contrasting spices. The food is stuck in the '80s, poorly prepared.
Not recommended.

Still 5 stars, very good value for the money.
(2017) A rather casual restaurant, known mostly for their pizzas. We tried a traditional dish instead (tortelli di erbetta) and it was one of the best we tasted in the region. Moreover - although not characteristic of the Parma area - the riso nero con salmone was also super delicious. The desserts were OK but nothing special. Average prices. Highly recommended.

05/07/2026: An extraordinary experience. The service was impeccable, and to make matters worse, the staff also entertained us. The food was worth the price; getting the full seafood dinner is the best option if you want to try a wide variety of the restaurant's dishes. Everything was perfect. 👍🏻

14/11/2025: The A.T.F. Service store is located adjacent to the central Piazza Togliatti, home to Scandicci's weekly market.
The store offers expert repairs or replacement parts for Folletto and Thermomix appliances in a reasonable timeframe.
I had several parts replaced on my Vorwerk Thermomix because they were worn.
They ordered the missing parts and then completed the complete assembly.
The organization was excellent, and the staff was very helpful and generous with advice on any repairs or replacement parts.
The store staff was very kind and professional.

Prices are average for Forte dei Marmi.
Portions aren't particularly generous, but the quality of the dishes is good.

Service was satisfactory, with friendly staff and short wait times.
Overall, a recommended place for a pleasant dinner in a relaxed atmosphere.

Classic Neapolitan pizza, consistently moist center and thick crust.
We ordered takeout pizzas, asking for three pizzas: a Margherita with burrata, which was missing and, more importantly, completely burned and had acquired the flavor of burrata; a pizza with thick-cut zucchini.
Medium-high prices, definitely a quality pizzeria, but they need to be careful with the cooking given the price.
