22/08/2025: We were there on August 15th, the service and food were exceptional, fresh and of excellent quality.

17/08/2025: The best restaurant in Montecatini and in the top ten in Tuscany: Da Lorenzo remains a must-visit, beyond trends and time. The dishes vary according to seasonality and freshness, some remain because they are simply perfect. Beyond the menu: thanks to Elena's recommendations, we enjoyed spaghetti with lupin clams. My passions: scallops and cod. Everything was balanced, delicate, and full of character. A dinner that is both relaxing and enjoyable, with nothing in particular to recommend, but everything worth trying.

24/09/2025: We went there twice to try the fish dishes. The first time we ate on the veranda and was served by a very attentive, helpful, and nice waitress. The second time wasn't so good: the waitress forgot things and even responded a little resentfully because I repeated the order and then she got it wrong. Anyway, we'll be back! We even saw some great pizzerias passing by the tables!

22/09/2025: We came for pizzas and we were not disappointed. Really tasty with thin bases and great value for money. The owner/staff were really friendly and extremely accommodating to our two small children.

20/07/2025: Ristorante a conduzione famigliare a Viareggio. Io e i miei amici ci siamo venuti due sere di fila perché ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo praticamente provato tutto il menù. Niente da dire, tutto ottimo. Qualità della materia prima alta, cucinata bene e i gestori del locale sono gentilissimi e sempre con il sorriso. Il conto è giusto. Qualità prezzo imbattibile.

27/06/2025: Ho appena cenato qui e mi sono innamorata della cucina e di chi lo gestisce. Il mio menù condiviso con mia figlia: lasagna al branzino fresco (fenomenale!!!!!), fritto misto ( non unto, abbondante e gustoso), pepata di cozze (mia figlia le ha divorate) e patate fritte con buccia ( croccanti e gustosissime). Non sono riuscita a mangiare il dolce ma la lista proposta era davvero molto attraente. Anche il vinello della casa era fresco e adatto ai piatti mangiati

20/09/2025: This beach club is definitely a 5-star establishment, boasting several advantages over its competitors, including impeccable cleanliness, cabanas with hot showers included, and a seafood restaurant serving excellent, fresh, and carefully prepared seafood. Kudos to Mr. Bruno and his entire staff, who manage this Marina Massa beach resort with professionalism and courtesy.

05/09/2025: Despite the bad weather in the late afternoon, our family of four had a lovely stay at Bagno Malu. We had our own cabin with a shower, a gazebo with a table, three loungers, two daybeds, and a director's chair, along with three towels and a pillow. Both the beach and pool were accessible. The facility was very well-maintained and clean. The food (at lunch) was excellent. Very friendly service. It was a great value for money. We highly recommend it.

20/08/2025: I've been going there for a long time over the years, and it's always a pleasure to see Mr. Luciano welcoming you with warmth and friendliness. The food is always excellent, the service is quick but not rushed, and the atmosphere is relaxing, almost like being at home. The location on the seafront is also excellent. It's a place I'm fond of and would recommend to anyone in the area—it's worth it!

30/07/2025: A terrible evening (unfortunately, in almost every way). Three friends and I booked dinner at this restaurant in Cecina, known for its renowned pinsa al metro. Before moving on to the many negatives, I can confirm that the product is high-quality, digestible, and very good. However... the "buts" are too many, too serious, and they'll make me never return. First, when booking, I made sure to ask if there was air conditioning, and to my great disappointment, I found the place rather stuffy (light air conditioning, almost nonexistent). That said, they seat us, and the waitress shows up to take our order only 15 minutes later (imagine 15 minutes in 35°C weather without even a glass of water). We order a total of 3.5 meters of pinsa, of which 1 meter is reserved exclusively for one of the lactose-intolerant diners. I make sure to ask that he arrive at the same time (or before) the first pizzas, as otherwise he wouldn't have been able to "taste" a slice of ours. Of course, his pizza arrives, not only 45 minutes after the others, but one side of it has mozzarella. That should be enough, right? And instead, the beer (14 euros for Menabrea) is presented in a very sad carafe and clearly and heavily watered down: undrinkable. Finally, when it was time for coffee, the waitress decided to bring not 4 (as requested), but only 1. The other 3 arrived only after another 10 minutes. Overall result: 2 hours of dinner in unbearably hot weather 1 diner hungry, or almost 30 euros per person, without even the courtesy of removing the portion of pizza the lactose-intolerant customer hadn't touched. Never, never, never again (despite the pinsa, alas, excellent).

13/07/2025: Serata terribile (purtroppo, sotto tutti i punti di vista o quasi) Io ed altri tre amici prenotiamo per cena in questo locale di Cecina noto per la sua rinomata pinsa al metro. Prima di passare alle molteplici note dolenti, confermo che il prodotto sia di alta qualità, digeribile e molto buono. Però... i però sono troppi, troppo gravi e mi spingono a non tornarvi più. In primo luogo, al momento della prenotazione mi sono premurato di chiedere se vi fosse l'aria condizionata e, con mia somma delusione, ho trovato un locale piuttosto afoso (aria condizionata leggera quasi inesistente). Ciò detto, ci fanno accomodare e la cameriera si presenta a prendere l'ordine solo dopo 15' (immaginate 15' con 35° senza nemmeno un bicchiere d'acqua) Ordiniamo, complessivamente 3 mt e mezzo di pinsa, di cui 1 destinato esclusivamente ad uno solo dei commensali intollerante al lattosio, alché mi premuro di chiedere che quest'ultimo giunga contemporaneamente (ovvero antecedentemente) alle prime pizze in uscita, in quanto, in difetto, egli non avrebbe potuto 'assaggiare' una fetta delle nostre. Ovviamente, la sua pizza giunge, non solo dopo 45' dall'arrivo delle altre, ma una parte della stessa presenta della mozzarella. Basterebbe questo, no? E, invece, la birra (14 euro di menabrea) viene presentata in una tristissima caraffa e palesemente e pesantemente annacquata: imbevibile. Infine, al momento del caffè, la cameriera decide apoditticamente di portarne non già 4 (come richiesto), bensì solo 1. Gli altri 3 arriveranno solo dopo ulteriori 10'. Risultato complessivo: 2 ore di cena con un'afa insopportabile 1 commensale digiuno o quasi 30 euro a persona senza nemmeno la cortesia di espungere la parte di pizza nemmeno toccata dal cliente intollerante al lattosio. Mai, mai, mai più (nonostante la pinsa, ahimè, eccellente)

17/10/2025: Perfect express fish soup! Don't complain about the 40-minute wait... or make a reservation! Thanks to the staff who start working at 7:00 AM to prepare the homemade bread you can enjoy at dinner ❤️

10/10/2025: What can I say? The chef, with whom we personally reserved a table yesterday, has learned his craft. The "fish soup" is top-notch. The tomato sauce "soup" has a truly perfect balance between the acidity of the tomatoes and the sugar, which brings them to life. Simply brilliant. Mama Sita, in a nutshell. It couldn't be better. It was just as delicious from bite to bite as you couldn't achieve it yourself. The recommended wine complemented the taste experience positively. We had the soup for one person and shared it because we wanted a second dish. We had the homemade ravioli. That was the crowning glory. The homemade sauce, too, was a gourmet's dream. A Michelin-starred restaurant could add this chef to its menu once a month. Provided the best fresh produce is used. He buys fresh produce every morning, as he told me. So make a reservation and enjoy—it's worth every cent. And to top it all off, there was a lemon sorbet. For the lady at the table, it's normal, and for me, it's vodka and a cafe doppio. Unfortunately, it's not in the picture.

13/10/2025: The place is wonderful, but as soon as we arrived we immediately had the unpleasant surprise that the massages we booked had not been noted so there was no room and we had to do them the next day at staggered times. The professional massage therapists were excellent, very nice and helpful! The breakfast was meager, despite being served until 10 at 9:00, the sandwiches and croissants were sold out, the latter brought back after quite a while in too few compared to the people waiting! The outdoor pool is not heated, the indoor whirlpool is nice but small for the people who were there, they also welcome external guests! The sauna is also small. Dinner was good, refined dishes but gourmet portions! To top it off, the bathrobes from the day before were wet because they had not dried in the room, when we asked for a replacement they made us pay an extra €5 each. Overall, a bit of a disappointment, given the prices of the package!

13/10/2025: The location is very beautiful, but the rooms are dated and need renovation. The restaurant is very good. As for the spa, everything needs renovation here too, but the staff is very good, a lot of work needs to be done.

11/10/2025: For me, it's always top-notch, but I recommend not going on Saturday nights... because if they want to have multiple shifts, the service gets slow... and the wait times are long! Not recommended if you have children...
