10/08/2025: The restaurant's location is beautiful, but it's a shame it doubles as a bar in the evening, so the loud music from the speakers carries through to the tables. The service is a sore point; when we asked for a second course to be shared between two, we were served two dirty plates with food leftovers. The place has great potential, especially given its breathtaking location on the Romito rocks; it needs work.

09/08/2025: It wasn't just any dinner, but the perfect combination of a location with an incredible view, refined cuisine, gourmet plating, and the kindness and friendliness of the staff. Thanks guys, we'll be back!

21/07/2025: Unfortunately, the management has changed and it is no longer the original O'Munaciello, average pizza, average heat, average service, like everything and everyone, designed only for tourists, a shame

21/07/2025: I'm from Florence and have been to this restaurant several times, but now it's no longer a good pizzeria but is exclusively a tourist restaurant. The ingredients are no longer of good quality, and we had a truly awful pizza. The buffalo mozzarella, ordered raw, tasted like block mozzarella. A real shame.

18/06/2025: I've been coming here since I was little. Every time the same flavors, the same smells, the same quality of service and ingredients. A constant guarantee. For me there is no reason not to come and try it if you have never been. In the area it is definitely among the best restaurants especially for fish, for meat I would like to be a witness... But I can never resist that damned Lobster.... 😂

02/08/2025: Lo Sconciglio is a nice fish restaurant in the middle of the square in front of the old harbour in Porto Santo Stefano. At start the general waiter was a bit too pushy to let us choose from the menu and fresh whole fish. He said because otherwise our children would have to wait long for their pasta. I think it had other reasons. Later it became more relaxed and we had a lovely evening. The ambiance on the terrace is good and in mid-summer very lively with artists performing on stage very nearby. Don't mind the plastic terrace chairs that's just typical Italian. The kids had enough room to play on the field next to the terrace. They put water on the table we didn't ask for, be clear if you don't want any of it. For children there is only fanta or coca-cola to choose. We had the local Ansonica white wine, which is a darker white wine and quite heavy but delicious. The bruschetta al pomodoro wasn't really special. I think there are tomatoes with more taste. I'd recommend the spaghetti alla vongole and the gamberoni in padella. The padella is delicious (use the bread to empty the plate!). We had limoncello 🍋 and a cafe before some Gelato in the direct neighborhood. Would recommend this fish restaurant but be clear that you're not in a hurry 😎

26/04/2025: Ristorante con una vista fronte mare la più bella di Marina di Carrara e si può dire li stesso con i piatti tutto a base di pesce di alta qualità.. Numeri uno nella zona veri professionisti.

05/04/2025: Location molto bella, pulita e raffinata. La terrazza, affacciata direttamente sul mare e protetta da vetrate scorrevoli, ci ha concesso di godere di uno splendido tramonto. Personale molto gentile e premuroso. Pietanze squisite e pesce freschissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

16/07/2025: Ogni anno tornare a I 4 Gatti è come riscoprire un angolo speciale dell’Elba, dove il gusto incontra l’eleganza. Il locale si conferma un posto raffinato, curato in ogni dettaglio, con un’atmosfera ricca di storia e fascino: un ambiente unico, capace di raccontare molto più di una semplice cena. La cucina è il vero fiore all’occhiello: piatti deliziosi, preparati con grande attenzione e passione. Il fuori menù è sempre una sorpresa gradita e, in questa occasione, è stato quasi un segno del destino: speravo nella fregola di cacciucco… ed eccola lì, proprio quella sera. Semplicemente perfetta. Il servizio è impeccabile. La signora Stefania, sempre gentile e professionale, quest’anno ci ha accolti con un sorriso ancora più luminoso, reso speciale da un lieto evento familiare. E poi c’è Alessio, suo figlio: una garanzia quando si tratta di consigliare il vino giusto. Competente e attento. Un’esperienza che va ben oltre il semplice “mangiar bene”. 15/06/2025: We ate fish at the landing on the advice of a friend, we were quite dissatisfied, even though the service was very efficient we shared a spaghetti with seafood between 3 of us which was nothing special (17 €), and for main courses a slice of tuna which was definitely overcooked (18 €), a grilled squid which was very salty (17 or 18 I think) and a mixed grill (21 € I think) which in the end was the dish that was the best, chips of very low quality (like at the kebab shop) and a portion of grilled vegetables which was very miserable, the prices of the main courses in my opinion are high compared to the quality of the fish which in my opinion was low, in other restaurants for the same price you eat much fresher fish, lower the prices or raise the quality
