16/05/2026: We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant tonight, service was also very good, nevertheless, shift's responsible : Alex, claimed that the discount we had is not valid as he doesnt see in his screen so he disregarded that. To add more details, despite seeing in the mail confirmation that the discount is mentioned and should be valid, he first attempted to translate only the part which claims "no discount" without mentioning ".. for fixed menu" which anyhow wasn't what we ordered. Later, when i showed him the reference to the discount, he STOPPED "listening" at all and rudely continued speaking non-stop. I believe you need to choose your staff carefully avoiding giving the responsibility of customer interaction to someone lacking soft skills.

16/05/2026: Amazing Florentine steak, one of the best I've had in Florence! The restaurant has several locations around the city, so be careful where you book. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait a bit for a table, but they kindly offered us white wine while we waited. The meat was truly excellent, and the desserts were generously portioned. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable. The prices were fair, if a little high. Highly recommended!

We paid €3 per person for “coperto” and received five tiny, tasteless bread slices that felt like leftovers from a hospital tray. The “pasta with octopus” was actually six overcooked ravioli — 20€ for six pieces. That's not a portion, that's a joke. The sauce tasted like someone stopped caring halfway through. As a certified cook, I can say confidently: this wasn't a meal, it was a rip‑off. The total bill was €50, for mediocre food, and an experience I wouldn't repeat. In a room that was already too hot its still an experience. The staff was basic. The view was basic, nothing special, and the whole place felt tired. The toilet? Broken handle, no urinal, everyone forced to aim at the same tiny bowl, and the light turns off while you're sitting there. It feels like a design flaw nobody bothered to fix. And honestly, the only genuinely beautiful thing about the whole place were the waitress's eyes - Nice eyes don't save a bad restaurant. In short: Overpriced, underwhelming, uncomfortable, forgettable. The only thing you'll remember is the disappointment. If you're thinking of eating here, do yourself a favor and skip it. 16/12/2025: Beautiful and well-kept place, we can eat inside and outside, beautiful terrace from which you can see the landscape, excellent place to eat Tuscan food, very good appetizers and very good first and second courses, typical meat and fish dishes, very kind and professional both the staff and the owner as soon as you arrive to order, the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home and satisfy your requests, clean restrooms, good prices, large parking lot, that's why I gave it 4 stars, I recommend trying the pizzas and the tagliolini with lobster, they are finger-licking good, and the Cinta Senese pork loin with fried patent and fried porcini mushrooms 😋😋😀

01/06/2026: Incredible service and delicious food! We arrived at our hotel after 8hrs on a train, exhausted and starving and this restaurant was the perfect oasis. Ragu and duck were delicious, vino della casa was delicious and the cheesecake was one of the best I’ve had in my life. Highly recommend.

26/05/2026: Tiny restaurant with a single owner and chef. Easily the most authentic restaurant I have been to in Firenzie! Had the tagliatelle with squid ink and clams. Flavorful, filling, and reasonably priced! Owner does not speak much english, but is very accommodating and friendly! Will definitely come back! ☺️

19/03/2026: A beautiful, large, and well-maintained restaurant. The place is quiet, the staff very friendly and professional. We went for dinner and had a delicious 1.5 kg steak of exceptional quality and a delicious plate of roast potatoes. There's plenty of green space where you can enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors under the shade of the trees, and ample parking.
