19/11/2025: A truly beautiful restaurant, we had a truly wonderful time. We had lunch here for our anniversary, and everything was excellent. We spent €160 for two, but it was worth it. The tartare was delicious, and the pasta was excellent. I would definitely try something else. A must-try.
14/11/2025: We came for lunch during the off-season to this beautiful seaside location with direct beach access.
The welcome was warm, and the decor tasteful.
As for the food, the seafood was excellent, and the pizzas delicious.
The service was impeccable.
The wine list deserves special mention. As lovers of Burgundy wines, it offers an impressive selection that will delight connoisseurs of fine wines.

19/09/2025: Excellent restaurant and therefore a great discovery that I recommend. The Michelin guide is right to recommend it as well. Warm welcome and good service. The room does not open to the outside but we still had a good time. As for the food: everything is excellent and fresh. They specialize in fresh fish. Great wine list. We ate very well.

13/09/2025: Great value for money (everything is a bit dated, but absolutely fine), great pool, beautiful view. There's a tennis court, a soccer field, a playground, two pools, and a restaurant. The pool bar is also very good. All in all, it's simply fantastic, especially with children.
26/08/2025: I only used the pool, the on-site restaurant, and the bar. The location is beautiful, green, quiet, and relaxing.

09/11/2025: Nice place, good service, and very good food. A few issues with the dinner lowered my rating: halfway through the meal, I was told they were out of mussels. My €15 mussel platter had a lot of empty shells and about eight mussels. When I pointed this out, I was told, "That seems strange." No apology, no discount, nothing. They described the dessert of the day as off-menu, so we ordered it, and then they told us right afterward that it was gone from lunch (a clear sign of poor communication between the kitchen and the dining room).
I liked the place, and if they had handled it differently, I would have returned, but I fear that won't be the case.
A bit high in value for money, but average.

01/11/2025: Refined place and excellent service. Everything was truly delicious and well-prepared. We booked a night with dinner at the restaurant, and the maître d' showed you to your table at the entrance. As soon as you're seated, they bring you bread (including the delicious whole wheat schiacciata) and water. We ordered a Florentine appetizer, which was generous, including four crostini with various flavors, a rustica, and a mix of cured meats. For our main course, we had grilled salmon, which included two sausages, and short ribs, both cooked and flavorful to perfection. The service and restaurant were excellent.

I would have liked a better description of the dishes prepared by the waiters. Even the desserts. You're ordering a bit by chance...
Overall, it was enjoyable. I wouldn't return.

30/11/2025: Historic restaurant in Pisa, always very crowded, with ample parking. Large but very noisy, almost impossible to talk. Efficient service, good food. Prices are moderately high.
30/11/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant last Saturday and I must say we had a wonderful time!
Good dishes, fabulous tartare, and rich, delicious appetizers.
Attentive service and a pleasant atmosphere.
The convenient automated reservation system is also excellent.

09/10/2025: We had a quick lunch at this osteria, opting for the €15 menu (appetizer and first course). Excellent cured meats and a memorable ragù, impeccable service. The owner, Cesare, knows his stuff and comes out often to check on the meal. The place is truly beautiful, both inside and out. What can I say? It looks promising, and we'll try the à la carte menu later.

16/09/2025: I visited the place on a weekday in September, it was moderately busy. Great food, service was okay, but the 3 euros for bread and water surprised me on the bill.
02/09/2025: Everything was delicious and high-quality, and the price was right if you're looking to satiate your craving for fish. The staff was kind and courteous.
Add to this the charming view of the harbor at night.
If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back.
I returned again six years later, this time on a Monday lunchtime in late August. Same management.
I can confirm the overall positive experience.
Personally, I recommend trying the Caciucco, one of Livorno's typical dishes that I really enjoyed at this restaurant.

08/11/2025: Just a beautiful view isn't enough. The service was poor; we stayed five minutes longer to take photos and were called back to pay the bill because the restaurant was closing. And we weren't even the last ones, as a table had left literally two minutes before us. Therefore, the food wasn't even fresh.
03/11/2025: A wonderful place!
We stopped in on the road not expecting anything amazing. The pizza was so delicious that we didn't eat anything that topped the taste of this place for the rest of our several-day trip!
Fingers crossed we'll be back!

21/09/2025: We've been for both lunch and dinner; it's been a regular stop for years every time we come to Vada. Marco Vallini and the entire staff are incredibly kind and helpful, efficient, professional, and passionate about their work. I highly recommend it.
