26/05/2025: Servicio amable y eficiente. No hacen esperar más de lo justo. La comida un primor. Un cous cous de pece muy sabroso y una pasta a la norma de las mejores que he probado. Además, con vino de garaffa bien rico. Si puedo, repetire. La terraza estaba llena y no me extraña.

08/04/2025: Ho festeggiato qui il mio compleanno e non potevo scegliere posto migliore a Palermo! Dall'antipasto fino alla pizza, ogni piatto è stato una vera delizia. L’impasto della pizza è leggero, ben lievitato e cotto alla perfezione: croccante fuori, morbido e saporito dentro. Il personale si è dimostrato attento, cordiale e sempre disponibile, contribuendo a rendere l’atmosfera ancora più piacevole. I prezzi sono sopra la media, ma l’esperienza e la qualità del cibo ripagano ampiamente. Tornerò presto!

The staff were inattentive and quite rude , not welcoming at all - it was our first time going and nothing was pointed out we had no idea how anything even worked , left after an hour - was a waste of money in our eyes

The house's location is spectacular, overlooking the city, about 20 km away.
The food is indeed as bad as most reviews warn... (spilled maître d' on wilted lettuce...horrible...
There's no other restaurant here with a view...and we had a bed and breakfast nearby and were hungry... ;-)).
The next day, we brought bread, wine, and olives from town...

24/07/2025: Increíble experiencia en La Tabernetta!!!! Primero tengo que mencionar el lugar, frente al mar con barcos amarrados, el sol bajando sobre el horizonte.... De película. La atención impecable, dedicada de todo el personal y los dueños acercándose a ver si todo estaba perfecto. Gracias!!!!!! Y la comida exquisita, con productos regionales de excelencia.Excelente relación precio calidad, y una extensa carta de vinos y postres hacen de la cena una experiencia especial. Gracias a todos!!!! Los Argentinos Marce y Marce los saludan!!!!!

21/10/2025: Unfortunately, we were ignored by the waitress in the restaurant, which has never happened to me before. We had to wait 30 minutes before we could place our order. After 1.5 hours, we still didn't have our pizza, so we left.

Appetizers: fish, seafood salad, mussels
First courses: all seafood, spaghetti with clams, risotto. Second courses: fresh fish and fried foods. Wine, water, coffee, liqueurs. Excellent lunch, excellent location and service.

01/11/2025: I wanted to get takeout... what a disaster. No prices displayed, I asked for eggplant in tomato sauce, the woman showed me a container and said 5 euros. The container was small, but it held enough, so I said okay. Then she literally put two thin slices of eggplant in it and wanted to charge 5 euros for that! I was stunned. My partner asked about the octopus anyway, and when I heard 10 euros (for a tiny container that would only be filled to the bottom, of course), I realized it was a complete rip-off, so I said no to everything and left. The woman tried to force me, yelling at me, to take her container with two measly slices of eggplant, claiming I had to (??!!) because she had taken them from her dish, even though no one had touched it (she had it the whole time). Needless to say, I left. Abusive, deceitful, and aggressive tactics—it's simply shameful, run away!!!!

21/04/2025: È stato il ristorante di riferimento durante la nostra vacanza. Abbiamo più volte scelto di pranzare/cenare, non solo per la qualità e bontà del cibo, ma anche per la cordialità e disponibilità del Sig. Mimmo e dei suoi familiari.
Abbiamo apprezzato le tagliatelle allo scrigno, i secondi a base di pesce e gli antipasti tipici siciliani.
Porzioni abbondanti e gustose. Torneremo sicuramente
