20/02/2025: Cozy, clean place with excellent varied choices of fish, meat and vegetable dishes... in short, the customer is completely satisfied. Mrs. Laura, the landlady and her staff take care of the customer by advising him in the choice of dishes and in the association of wines (diversified in the choice and from excellent Sicilian and non-Sicilian wineries) to taste during the meal. An experience to be repeated and certainly to be recommended.

20/02/2025: Excellent lunch, abundant and tasty dishes prepared with excellent raw materials. Courtesy and kindness on the part of the staff, attentive to the needs and requests of the customer.

07/11/2024: Ristorante bello, curato ed accogliente. Piatti interessanti e di ottima qualità. Particolare la tartare di tonno, ottimi i paccheri con gamberi e finocchietto selvatico, buonissima la ricciola. Personale molto gentile ed attento. Prezzi in linea con la qualità delle materie prime.

06/10/2024: Le Antiche Mura è sempre una conferma di bontà, qualità, eccellenza. Location incantevole e piatti super curati. Gestore, come sempre, ospitale ed attento alle esigenze del cliente. Esperienza culinaria assolutamente da provare e riprovare!

16/03/2025: We were there in the evening during "Carnival 2025", already surprised to find space but even less so than to find quality on our plates. Succulent dishes and well served! The owner takes great care of her customers (it's March, we have to see July). It's a shame that this restaurant doesn't open during the winter. We will come back for sure!

15/03/2025: A few times that I have come I must say that I have eaten well and there is no arguing with the food. The flaw of this place is the bad organization since with a reservation at 8.30pm we have been waiting for 30 minutes, and I add that we showed up 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Once we highlighted this detail of the reservation, the staff ignored us and when they managed to find a table they literally deceived us, seating other people immediately after telling us it was free. In essence it is a nice place, perhaps the space has narrow spaces, but if you have to come it is better to come at times like 7.30pm and I suggest not coming on days like "late" Saturday evenings (even if 8.30pm is a common time for dinner) because they don't serve you and they even make you wait!!!!!! (reading the other recent reviews of a week perhaps I regret having given three stars to this place, in my experience they are definitely too many!)

10/03/2025: I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant in Palermo. The food quality was poor, and the dishes didn’t match what we were told. We were promised a specific type of fish, but when the plastic plate arrived, it was completely different. We also ordered calamari, but instead, they brought small octopus. When the waitress asked about our experience, I gave honest feedback, but she didn’t seem to appreciate it and immediately dismissed me. Overall, the food was subpar, and the service felt like they were trying to take advantage of tourists. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

05/01/2025: Cercavamo un posto dove pranzare. Scartati quelli suggeriti dal proprietario del B&B (e abbiamo fatto bene) ci siamo fidati dell'intuito verificando di presenza le condizioni fisiche dei posti. Così abbiamo evitato i posti con il terrazzo sul mare (4 mq di spazio con 10 tavoli a mo' di strapuntino) o quelli dai prezzi esosi. In questo ristorante la sensazione è stata positiva e quindi ci siamo accomodati. Non è andata male (antipasto di polipo che la mia signora ha gradito, pasta con le sarde solo un po' scotta ma ottima, 2 orate alla griglia delle quali una in crosta di pistacchio ottime, ananas come dessert). Locale accogliente, tavoli degni di tale nome, buona pulizia e servizio puntuale e preciso. Totale 80€. Non poco ma meglio di tanti altri posti vicini...

21/12/2024: Un bel endroit pour prendre un moment de relaxation après avoir visité la ville. Les pizzas étaient bien garnies. Le service est assuré par des gens agréables.

20/02/2025: Pretentious staff, club closes at 2AM and they kick you out. They don’t know how to make a vodka soda (?) - they put a shot of vodka and still water in a plastic cup with ice - and you pay 10 eur for this drink. This is all you need to know about this club, unfortunately it is the only normal somewhat classy club in Palermo. All in all a “lukewarm” experience. No words

17/02/2025: Pizza sempre buona ( NON piú eccezionale ) ma a nostro modesto parere, dopo aver frequentato il locale numerosissime volte negli ultimi anni, nel complesso il livello è ormai sceso, e di molto, al contrario dei prezzi, ormai quasi inaccessibili: si paga da un minimo di 25 euro a persona bevendo …acqua ( non minerale ma depurata e che viene fatta comunque pagare 2,50 a bottiglia riciclata…) e con coperto a eur 3,50… fino ad almeno una quarantina di euro laddove si osasse ordinare una birra… . Rapporto qualità prezzo non piú giustificabile: ormai in città pizze della stessa qualità si trovano molto piú facilmente di un tempo e a prezzi decisamente inferiori. Servizio di qualità media, anch’esso in deciso calo in quanto a disponibilità, accoglienza, atmosfera ed attenzione al cliente che decisamente non sono piú quelle di una volta. E’ come se il locale si fosse perso in un delirio di auto-referenzialità. Peccato. Era un riferimento ma ormai in giro onestamente parlando c’è di molto meglio.

28/01/2025: Mi trovavo in vacanza a Palermo e sotto consiglio di numerosi palermitani decidiamo di provare “la pizza più buona della Sicilia e non solo” Arrivati alle 20:00 con prenotazione online, ci accoglie subito uno staff professionale e disponibile. Menù con QRCode ben fatto e pizze di alto livello. Attenzione particolare anche ai vini. Dopo 10 min, arrivano subito le pizze, belle da vedere ma soprattutto meravigliose da mangiare. Mai assaggiato un impasto e degli ingredienti così buoni, a partire dal pomodoro fino all’olio presente nel cornicione. Le aspettative erano alte ma sono state più che soddisfatte. Unico neo un solo bagno, anche se era pulito ed ordinato. Torneremo sicuramente !

25/01/2025: Pizza di buona qualità. Servizio lento. La musica dal vivo però è troppo alta e non ci è stato possibile nemmeno comunicare tra noi al tavolo se non urlando.

08/12/2024: Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante giorno 8 dicembre 2024. Siamo stati bene sia per l’atmosfera accogliente del posto sia per il menù eccellente. Consiglio a tutti di andarci. Avevo mangiato tempo fa anche la pizza ed è ottima anche quella. Buon appetito. Georgia

08/10/2024: The waitress was very stressed and unreliable, while the cashier sat aloof at the counter. The waiting time was over an hour and at the same time an entire meal was forgotten.

05/10/2024: Highly recommended. Much cheaper than other beach venues closer to the town and less crowded too. Friendly helpful staff. Delicious lunch at very reasonable price. Good WiFi signal. Clean facilities. Close to beachfront hotels and the town's main supermarket. There's also a place next door to hire canoes surfboards etc. Best lido in Cefalu
