03/02/2026: Good, but more could be done. I believe customers should always be treated the same, regardless of whether they park a Maserati or an Ape! Courtesy and respect are the foundation of a restaurant! Restaurateurs, be careful who you put at the counter! They reflect the restaurant... BE CAREFUL. The breakfast is good, a bit limited... but if it's true that the wine is good... It's fine!

01/11/2025: I just had a coffee and a coffee creamer... both were good except for the girl at the counter who, as soon as she served us, stood in front of us staring at us until she finished our drinks... is this normal? What manners she received!! Watching people while they eat... this is very serious!!!

01/03/2026: The food is divine, but it's closed. The winter restaurant is open, where the food is still divine, but it's meat.

17/09/2025: The menu was very limited, with few dishes to choose from; the marinara risotto also required advance reservations. The seafood spaghetti consisted only of mussels and clams. At 9:30 PM on a Saturday, when we asked for spaghetti with clams, we were told they only had a few and it was better to choose the marinara spaghetti I mentioned above. The mixed fried fish was all fish; they didn't have scampi, calamari, or even shrimp or prawns. The prices for the few dishes available were also quite high; spaghetti with (a few) clams was €22!! Maybe we were unlucky, but we're unlikely to return.

22/03/2026: We've been customers since it opened, and we've given this restaurant a couple of chances to return, but our last dinner there last week made us say enough. The food was cold and subpar, the wok was closed, and the food was poorly cooked on the grill. We finished with hard and certainly not fresh desserts. All-you-can-eat restaurants offer free fortune cookies... but they never do. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it.

15/03/2026: A good seafood restaurant on the Romagna seafront. Friendly and courteous service, typical Palermo seafood dishes. The boiled octopus is a must. An added bonus: we had paid an extra €10 on the bill, which they promptly refunded. Go, you won't regret it.

27/12/2025: If you decide to stop at Rizzara di San Cataldo, know that it's an extremely rustic place, so keep your expectations very low from the start. Unfortunately, even if you start out unpretentious, it doesn't compare favorably with what Salento usually has to offer: the place is nothing special, and the final bill is decidedly disproportionate to the quality offered. ​The service is rather anonymous and lacks attention, but it's the food that truly leaves a bitter taste. The seafood appetizers are almost exclusively a series of fried dishes, without any real flair. A negative note goes to the seafood salad: it's warm, for no apparent reason, and tastes like a simple, characterless boiled meat. The first courses don't improve the situation either: the spaghetti with mussels and clams simply seemed like pasta drained and thrown in with the shellfish, without any connection or flavor. ​€28 per person for a meal like this is too much. In an area like this, you'd expect much more, or at least a price that reflects the (unfortunately poor) simplicity of the dishes. I wouldn't recommend it.

26/03/2026: I was here on February 28, 2026, and I don't even know where to begin to explain how this place, for me, is the definition of DEGRADATION. The area is extremely dangerous and frequented by drug users, who stared at me, making me feel very uncomfortable. The streets and sidewalks were disintegrated, with huge potholes and trash everywhere. The worst part, however, was the beach, which was covered in feces, urine, cigarette butts, garbage, and broken glass. If you think I'm exaggerating, look at the photos I posted and draw your own conclusions. A disgrace.

22/09/2025: I returned after seven years and can only confirm the positive experience. Beautiful atmosphere, quiet location just outside the center of San Vito lo Capo. Excellent and beautifully presented dishes. Good service and friendly staff. Average prices. Recommended!

16/09/2025: Bad experience; the pasta dish was full of cream and not worth the asking price. Little attention to the non-smoking customer who prefers to be outside.

01/08/2025: Terrible experience. The tomato in the Margherita was poor. Making a good Margherita is the foundation. The only positive note was the waitress (not the owner), who was kind and cheerful. I'm sorry to have to leave this review, but it's unfair to offer this type of product considering the price paid.

18/03/2026: The value for money is poor. The price is too high compared to the quality of the food. The main course was okay, but unfortunately, the desserts were frozen and hard inside.

16/02/2026: This place was a complete mess. The food was terrible. The carbonara was incredibly salty and had a strange, stale aftertaste, as if it were made with old ingredients. The tiramisu was also a disaster – it was half-frozen, as if it had just been taken out of the freezer, and it didn't resemble real tiramisu at all. Furthermore, the waiter got several items wrong in our order, and yet we were still charged for them, which is simply unfair. I recommend everyone go inside first to see what the place looks like, with its open kitchen and restroom. After that, you'll be reluctant to order anything there.

29/03/2026: The problem is, we waited an hour for our food, even though only two people arrived after us. We don't know what the owner (who is also the chef) was doing during that time. At home, I can prepare spaghetti carbonara and grilled calamari in half an hour. What kind of wait times must there be when the restaurant is full?

15/09/2025: The hotel has the best location in all of Scopello. It's right in the center, just steps from the main square. Beautiful views from the restaurant and some rooms. It's a shame the hotel restaurant is closed in September, we would have loved to have dinner there. We had breakfast, but it wasn't worth the price. Overall, I highly recommend it. The staff was very friendly.

09/12/2025: Terrible. They don't give you a menu. The only thing you could eat for a starter was pasta with mussels, which was disgusting. Rude and disorganized. They were arguing with each other, and an elderly lady was yelling at the same time. Terrible service. Poorly set table with mismatched glasses. Exorbitant prices for the terrible quality. Absolutely avoid. Cash only.
