01/09/2025: Beautiful place with a view of Gangi, excellent pizza also first and second courses, kind and helpful staff, excellent if you have a dog they accept it ❤️

24/08/2025: Excellent pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven. The dough, made with ancient grains, is truly excellent and very digestible; I believe it's made with sourdough starter. Quality ingredients, very friendly owner and staff. Fair prices. Even though the restaurant was full, the owner sat us down for a quick pizza: quick and efficient service.

04/02/2026: I tried the full menu, which included antipasti, risotto, pasta, and a slice of swordfish. Overall, the food was quite good, and the portions were adequate. I was satisfied with the antipasti and swordfish, but I found the first courses a bit too buttery for my taste, making them a bit heavy. Overall, it was a decent experience: next time I'll return to try the à la carte menu, which I believe would better showcase the restaurant's cuisine.

09/01/2026: If you love authentic seafood flavors, Al Cantastorie is a must-visit! The freshness of the seafood is incredible and evident in every dish, from the appetizers to the richly seasoned first courses. We tried the sea urchins and they were an unforgettable experience, truly delicious and flavorful. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel immediately at ease. It's the perfect place for a dinner with family or friends, and excellent value. We'll definitely be back to try other house specialties!

04/11/2025: A beautiful Sicilian trattoria with insanely delicious seafood and a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The owner is very helpful, serving, greeting, and bidding farewell to guests himself.

04/11/2025: Absolutely avoid this place, it's a tourist trap!!! What a rip-off at the end of our trip to Sicily! We were with friends and ordered four Spritz cocktails with a large plate of grilled fish as an appetizer! We had this dish several times during our week in Sicily (we usually budgeted 15 to 20 Euros each time). What a nasty surprise to find that this dish for four cost 80 Euros!! What a disgrace!! After this bad experience, we checked the reviews, which are all too common.

07/10/2025: Well...my friends reading this, my expectations were high, in the sense that when they tell you about a gourmet restaurant, you don't just expect a beautiful plating but something more. Punta Lena is a charming restaurant, nothing extraordinary, right on the sea. Perhaps the downside was that when we went for dinner, it was already dark, and we couldn't tell we were right next to the sea. In any case, the dishes were well-cooked, but like pretty much everywhere else in Stromboli. It didn't stand out compared to the rest in terms of food quality. One flaw I absolutely didn't expect was the peppered mussels, which were so salty it tasted like seawater. And we Sicilians know how to cook mussels...when we pointed this out, we were simply told: oh...strange... Anyway, my calamari was good, but it was frozen. Maybe it's because I'm used to eating fresh fish; I can tell right away. The flavor was very good, anyway. That said, I can't give more stars because, guys, it's truly impossible to mess up a Pepata... The prices are truly outrageous for the type of food.

20/09/2025: Divine cuisine, let yourself be guided by the catch of the day, you will not be disappointed! Typical, romantic setting and plunging view of the bay of Milazzo! The charming owner, behind his desk, plays us the Italian hits of the 80s! A place to discover and especially to come back 🎉

17/09/2025: A regular stop at this restaurant when we're in Milazzo. A small terrace overlooking the sea and always fresh fish. The staff are friendly and courteous.

27/07/2025: Tutto molto buono, accompagnato da una vista stupenda e da un servizio rapido e attento. Abbiamo preso antipasto le terrazze, tutto veramente buono. Le cozze molto buone e I primi spettacolari. I dolci anche non ci hanno deluso!

20/09/2025: There's nothing wrong with this place, located in the historic part of Milazzo. The very kind young waiter served us impeccably. That said, waiting an hour and a half for a plate of seafood spaghetti is unacceptable. Out of respect for the people accompanying us, I didn't leave early.

10/09/2025: We stumbled upon Il Giardino di Sicilia Milazzo while looking for a place to grab dinner. It was a perfect experience! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is absolutely amazing! We ordered many different dishes and they even gave us a tasting portion of each dish for the table so everyone could try what the other was having. It was such a pleasant experience and i am tempted to book another flight to sicily simply to come back and eat here!

17/01/2026: You can't call it a restaurant where you serve defrosted products taken out of the packaging and placed haphazardly on a plate with washing residues (see residues of abrasive sponge) without the consideration of the waitress/waiter who served us at the table in record time for a lunch that should have realized it lasted about 20 minutes, we wanted to cut it short, overpay and leave and never return, we are very sorry but it was a very bad experience

15/09/2025: The hotel has the best location in all of Scopello. It's right in the center, just steps from the main square. Beautiful views from the restaurant and some rooms. It's a shame the hotel restaurant is closed in September, we would have loved to have dinner there. We had breakfast, but it wasn't worth the price. Overall, I highly recommend it. The staff was very friendly.

06/07/2025: This restaurant was opposite our hotel and we first tried it for home made ice cream - it was delicious and staff were really helpful so we went for dinner more than once. It’s position in the cliff is great enhanced by the decor and setting - really great service and tasty food if limited menu - I have a food allergy and they cooked a separate not on menu meal for me - you cannot ask for more than that. It’s is a great place to sit and enjoy the view - thank you to the staff for helping to make a really enjoyable holiday. I see someone thought it pricey - not for this standard of food and place.

31/01/2026: I can only say that a plate of spaghetti with clams, €28.00, is a steal. If it were the last restaurant in the world, I would never go back.

29/01/2026: Terrible atmosphere. Terrible food. Non-existent waitress. Cold atmosphere. We were wearing coats and decided to get up, but out of politeness we stayed. It immediately made a bad impression on us, but at this point I don't understand the positive reviews, they're the ones I think are written by them. NEVER AGAIN! Oops. I forgot about the coffee. We asked for it after an hour, the plates had been cleared away, and dessert wasn't even offered. Put a cross on that...

23/01/2026: I used to come to this restaurant and honestly remembered good things. Honestly, last night I was very disappointed. I had an appetizer and a first course: busiate pasta with swordfish and eggplant. Let's leave aside the appetizer—two bruschettas, three cheese triangles, and some mushrooms—and talk about the pasta. The busiate pasta was overcooked, and the sauce was heavy with oil. It's true that the eggplant releases some oil, but it can also dry out, making the dish definitely lighter. I also ordered half a liter of red wine on tap: let's forget about it. I'm sorry, but aside from the waiter's kindness, I don't have a positive memory of the evening.

31/12/2025: Very kind people. Very good food. Nice place to enjoy lunch or dinner. We had fish antipasto, ravioli with Cernia and a sweet ricotta based. All fresh and very nicely presented.

08/11/2025: Excellent, quality service!! The waiter was very good and super helpful!!!

23/10/2025: Beautiful view. Average fried food. The noise from a wine cellar motor in the dining room really spoiled it 🙄 Speaking to the waiter didn't change anything. What a shame!

18/01/2026: I just waited too long for dinner. That's my only flaw. Because the pizza was fantastic, with fresh, tasty ingredients. The seafood risotto was a masterpiece of pleasure.
