I went to this restaurant for the first time on the occasion of a graduation and I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious environment both external and internal. The menu that we had the opportunity to taste was also excellent and the owners were very attentive to the many food intolerances and allergies that we have in the family. Abbiamo scelto Baglio Ciachea per festeggiare il compleanno di nostro figlio che ha compiuto 1 anno. Grande professionalità della titolare che insieme a noi ha organizzato l’evento in ogni minimo particolare, location molto suggestiva ed accogliente, tavola bandita in maniera molto raffinata, camerieri preparati e molto disponibili con tutti gli invitati, abbiamo optato per un giro pizza con vari antipasti , tutte le portate sono state molto equilibrate e le pizze sono state eccezionali con ingredienti di qualità ed un impasto molto leggero. In definitiva , abbiamo passato una bellissima serata e tutti hanno fatto mi complimenti per la bella festa e per come si sono trovati. Locale assolutamente consigliato.

We just finished our lunch. Sunday 10 March. It was a very interesting emotional journey. Everything is good, from the tasty variety of starters, to the sweetest way to spend Sunday with imperious first courses followed by tender and tasty first choice meat. Lunch accompanied by a good red and concluded with the ultimate dessert of happiness, coffee and bitters. Everything as faithfully reported on the menu. We liked the combination of dishes brought ad personam and not in baking dishes and, above all, we really appreciated the service, professionalism and humanity of the staff: Katia and her colleague who if I had a place I would hire them instantly. The price combines perfectly with the advanced cuisine proposals. In short, it was a delicious and tasty Sunday surrounded by the aromas, the taste and the atmosphere, inside and out, of Baglio Ciachea in Carini. It was a great experience that we hope to be able to repeat as soon as possible. Thanks to them who have demonstrated that they have a culture of catering and hospitality. The food was excellent both in terms of quality and quantity which allowed the various specialties served at the tables to be enjoyed without "hassle". The service, professionally impeccable, has demonstrated the necessary quality that most places lack: ATTENTION towards customers who don't even need to call for any need. Finally, a big "applause" to the "Most beautiful couple in the world": Giovanni & Katia, maitre d', assistant maitre, her, practically PERFECT.
