Central location and easy to reach, but the place itself is quite anonymous and is not characterized by a welcoming atmosphere. The service is not bad, but perhaps too quick, it seems like they can't wait for you to finish... The food is normal, typical Sicilian cuisine but in my opinion you don't experience the typical hospitality of the place. I took the stuffed squid and honestly I didn't like it, it was really hard to chew, it was probably a defrosted product. Finally, the bill, which in my opinion is high for the type of restaurant and the simplicity of the food they offer. I wouldn't go back.

Excellent value for money, I highly recommend the sword millefeuille; The tonnarelli with sardines are also excellent. The almond ice cream with chocolate is delicious!

07/04/2024: Extremely satisfied to celebrate our daughter's baptism at Baglio Ciachea. It was a unique and special party, from the aperitif to the dessert buffet, with attention to the smallest details and embellishment of the entire location by all the staff, in particular Antonella, Giovanni and Katia who with professionalism and courtesy made the whole day magical. High quality and freshness of raw materials. Thanks again for making this day unforgettable.
06/04/2024: Unique... what else can I add? I have traveled the world for work and I believe I know how to recognize skills and professionalism; Here I found both. Welcoming environment immersed in a rural context with the inebriating scents of our land.
