Absolutely amazing. I chose a dish with a pistachio sauce, gamberi and salmon, which I am not used to, but I absolutely loved it. They also managed to do an extraordinary limoncello spritz!

We chose the All You Can Eat menu and were truly satisfied! We were served by Alex, who was very professional, kind, and attentive. He recommended the pasta with amberjack, which was delicious, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The pasta with mussels was also truly delicious, as was the one with broccoli, which pleasantly surprised us: all were fabulous! Overall, we ate wonderfully, with excellent quality dishes. Furthermore, the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from start to finish. It was an absolutely positive experience; we'll definitely be back! Congratulations to the entire team, and a special thanks to Alex for the excellent recommendations.

What can I say... everything was perfect. Central location, peaceful atmosphere, far from the chaos of the city... traditional and delicious food. Highly recommended! The waiters were very kind and the desserts were enchanting! The cassata was one of the best in Palermo.

Very good, generous portions. Very reasonable prices. I absolutely recommend it. I also had a delicious Sicilian cassata for dessert! We discovered this trattoria after visiting a small wine and regional products shop owned by the same family. The manager gave us a card offering 20% ​​off our bill at the trattoria! Perfect!

The food was so good, I almost asked for it again right after finishing. The day I went, a group of students came by to have lunch, and it was a bit noisy. But that's okay; the food was the perfect distraction.

01/08/2026: We went to La Mattanza for a family Sunday lunch. The place was packed, and to make things easier for the kitchen, given the large crowd, we all opted for the tasting menu (€40 per person). ​As for the food, the ingredients were excellent: the fish was fresh, and the dishes were generally good. Unfortunately, however, the experience was marred by the management of the day. ​Service was extremely slow: we arrived at 1:00 PM, and the appetizer was served after 45 minutes, the main course another hour later, and the main course another 45 minutes later. To make matters worse, the air conditioning on the enclosed terrace wasn't fully functioning, turning the room into a veritable greenhouse and making the wait very tiring due to the excessive heat.

18/07/2026: Congratulations on everything! Exceptional location, well-organized and welcoming, the staff 🔝 were super helpful and fast, even though the place was packed and full of events! The food was excellent, not to mention the excellent and varied appetizers 😋 We had a blast during the evening, thanks also to a great DJ. In short, it was truly a wonderful evening, we will definitely be back.
