21/08/2025: We're located in the city center, not far from the port and parking lots. Modern decor with nautical accents. Indoor dining rooms, a covered veranda, and outdoor seating. Quality ingredients; the freshest fish, mollusks, and crustaceans. Traditional Sardinian and Gallura cuisine. A good wine list. Courteous and professional staff.

08/08/2025: We had dinner here, and the Sardinian suckling pig was delicious, and so much more! Everything was excellent! Recommended for anyone who wants to try typical Sardinian dishes.

02/08/2025: We had dinner at this typical Sardinian farmhouse. We had a great time! The menu is extensive and varied, with overall average prices. The dishes are delicious! They also serve Sardinian suckling pig, but you must reserve when you book. The property's parking is available free of charge. It's in an area with poor cell phone coverage. The road to get there is unpaved, but it's worth it!

31/08/2025: It's a place that knows how to win you over with the deliciousness and quality of its dishes. The pasta with orziadas is excellent, and I recommend it. It will keep me coming back to try the rest of the menu.

12/08/2025: We waited... Constantly. 15 minutes for a table, even though there were many free tables. 20 minutes for the menu, 10 minutes to order, 40 for a pizza, which my son described as being the quality of the stand in the subway.. And another 30 minutes waiting for the bill. Never here!!!!!

12/09/2025: I’d highly recommend this restaurant. The area can be a bit challenging to work out where to eat with all the spread out beach clubs etc but plenty of easy parking, lovely setting on the edge of the beach. Welcomed with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and overall attentive, welcoming service. The pizzas were very nice with good quality ingredients and if you’re looking for a nice informal & relaxing meal after a day on the beach, this is the perfect spot.

11/09/2025: We had a wonderful dinner here with my wife. We started with seafood appetizers and then enjoyed beautifully prepared fish dishes. Everything was absolutely delicious, fresh, and perfectly cooked. What made the evening even more special was the warm and charming service from our waitress, Alicia – she added so much to the experience with her kindness and smile. Highly recommended!

30/08/2025: There were six of us dining. The food was good and arrived quickly, after about 10 minutes, which was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, this positive impression was seriously tarnished: When we went to pay, a service charge was added to the bill. I was okay with that. The waiter then brought the change without saying a word. When we counted, we realized that 10 euros were simply missing. This isn't a customary tip, but rather a blatant scam. A tip is given voluntarily for good service; it's not something that's simply kept silently. Of course, it was our fault for not complaining immediately... We felt ripped off and cheated. That's not how you win regular customers. It's a real shame about the otherwise good food.

30/08/2025: A restaurant that needs no introduction. Dinner with friends. We ordered raw seafood appetizers, sea bream carpaccio, and gratinated mussels, and for our first course, we ordered paccheri with fresh fish. Our request was granted by the waiter, who, five minutes later, showed up at the table with two beautiful grouper fish. The paccheri were out of this world and incredibly generous. The service was professional; Gianni served us and recommended us. The fresh fish, drinks, service, and quality of the food served at this dinner were perfectly in line with the final bill for the evening. I've been frequenting this restaurant for years, and it's always a guarantee. P.S.: One negative aspect of the evening was the heat; more air conditioning would be needed to cool the slightly more covered areas of the restaurant.

01/09/2025: We visited Ristorante Carbonara for the first time yesterday and were very satisfied. The dinner exceeded our expectations. For our main course, we had two grilled fish, which we were able to choose in advance. After the appetizer, the fish was expertly prepared by a very experienced waiter. We enjoyed the fish very much. The ambiance (inside and out) is very appealing and cozy. Finally, we enjoyed a delicious dessert. We felt very comfortable, the service was friendly, and the owner was very attentive. We enjoyed it so much that we immediately made another reservation and are looking forward to a wonderful end to our vacation at Ristorante Carbonara in Villasimius. 04/09/2025: Highly recommended Sardinian restaurant. They don't serve pizza at lunch, but the menu is very appealing. It offers Sardinian specialties, including desserts. The staff is truly friendly and attentive.

06/09/2025: Rude and unhelpful staff, especially the guy at the counter. Probably because they're coming back from August tourism (which doesn't justify their behavior in the slightest). Very disappointed. Nothing to do with the food. I was hoping for a bit of a warm welcome, since that's what they make their living from...

06/09/2025: Good, fresh food. You certainly don't expect to walk into a restaurant and find a young man who, through no fault of his own (I would recommend some training on customer service and interpersonal skills), acts as if customers are bothering him, and for every request he can refer to an equally rude team that obviously supports such behavior. I won't return to this restaurant and I don't recommend it. We held back on responding because we are polite and hardworking people.

29/08/2025: The atmosphere and service were perfect! A waiter (I don't know his name, but he's about 50 years old, has curly hair, and is super friendly) gave us great advice! We ate well (3.5 stars). The 5 stars go to the staff and the atmosphere.

23/08/2025: Found it on Instagram, and it was a great find! Friendly and fast staff, excellent pizza with fresh ingredients, fair price, and away from the chaos of Alghero! It's a perfect alternative to many of the more well-known pizzerias in Alghero! We'll be back!

22/08/2025: Nice place and friendly staff, but it's a shame about the general confusion, even over the little things. In my opinion, the pizzas are disgusting, charred or raw, not to mention the pescatora pizza with the toppings cooking alongside the pizza. The charred mussel shells shattered, so we ended up eating pizza with pieces of shell. The other pizzas aren't great either, given the high price they're offered. I can't comment on the rest. It's a shame.
