18/01/2026: It's a shame I can't give more stars, because this restaurant deserves them. We ate there on Sunday for lunch and it was a wonderful discovery. For our first course, we had braised octopus with creamed cannellini beans, sautéed chard and olives, and mullet tartare with cardoncelli mushrooms, black truffle, and crispy fregola cream. For our second course, we had baby squid with artichokes and fresh risotto-style pasta with fish broth, bottarga, and shrimp tartare. To finish, a delicious tiramisu to share. Everything was delicious and made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The kitchen is open to the public, and it's lovely to watch the chef assemble the dishes. The menu changes weekly, depending on the season. If you come to Alghero, don't miss it!

The walls exude history, and in such a historic setting, the modern furnishings fit perfectly. The open kitchen and expertly prepared food with fresh, local ingredients, a touch of innovation, and the dishes become art... Highly recommended!

06/11/2025: A beautiful restaurant with delicious food, and the staff are excellent at explaining things and making recommendations. The only thing the service could improve is this: We ordered a low-priced wine that wasn't available. The alternative wine offered was almost twice as expensive; perhaps this could have been mentioned. However, it tasted good, and that's what matters most.

The culurgiones were simply unforgettable: soft, fragrant, full of flavor—a true spectacle. The hand-sliced ​​prosciutto is fabulous, and the surprisingly good house wine pairs everything perfectly. The owner is kind and passionate, managing to create an unforgettable atmosphere: as you begin to eat, he passes by the walls, touching the bells and making them ring, instilling smiles and lightness. A simple and authentic gesture that remains in your heart. The place is a little discovery: pipes, knives, bells, and Sardinian handicrafts speak of tradition, the land, and skilled hands. You look around and you really feel Sardinia.
