Restaurant located in the historic center of Polignano a Mare, very easy to get to, run by the third generation of the family that owns it and founded in 1926. We were served by the waiter Domenico (belonging to the family), who treated us in a friendly manner. and helpful. We ate as a starter or first course: “Strozzapreti alle Vongole” and “Cavatelli ai Frutti di Mare” and then as a second course we served a “Frittura Mista di Pesche”, all accompanied by a house white wine. Highly recommended and if we ever return to Polignano a Mare we will surely eat there. Congratulations to the entire team that makes it up.

My favorite was the stuffed squid. The service was very good, and I appreciated their lactose-free options. The desserts were also a highlight—delightfully tasty and not overly sugary.

Food prepared with skill, creating a poetry of flavours, also thanks to the freshness of the raw materials. The service was impeccable, always present and at the right times. Miriana and the staff made my daughter's eighteenth birthday as she wanted, even managing to satisfy the requests presented from time to time. A location that I will definitely visit in the summer where I will be able to appreciate the external expanse. An experience to be repeated without any doubt. Excellent quality/price ratio. Thanks for everything.

The atmosphere was already perfect: the sun caressed our table while our gaze was lost in the sea horizon, creating the ideal setting for what would prove to be an unforgettable lunch. The staff, with their impeccable kindness, were able to further elevate the experience, demonstrating a professionalism that blended perfectly with a warm and attentive welcome. But it was the kitchen that stole the show. The raw fish proved to be a symphony of marine flavours, each bite a new discovery that celebrated the freshness and quality of the raw materials. A parade of small gastronomic works of art that exceeded all expectations. The highlight of the lunch came with the burnt spaghettoni, a dish that deserves a special mention. A true culinary marvel that demonstrated how innovation and tradition can merge into an extraordinary tasting experience. This lunch proved to be much more than a simple meal: it was a complete gastronomic experience that perfectly combined location, service and haute cuisine. A place that deserves to be discovered.

26/12/2024: I ate here with my family while we were on holiday in Polignano. We went to this restaurant, primarily, because it offers gluten-free options, given that I have celiac disease. In addition to a very nice environment and kind and knowledgeable staff regarding the cuisine and service of gluten-free products, we were able to enjoy some truly excellent dishes. Recommended, absolutely.

26/12/2024: Every time a confirmation. I hadn't been to this wonderful location in Polignano for years. Amazing menu. Professional but friendly service. Great respect for the guest. What can I say? Good luck to the girls who took over the reins from their father whose humility, kindness and professionalism I had great admiration for. A round of applause to all the waiters. There will be no shortage of new opportunities to return.

18/12/2024: Qualità prezzo eccellente per un pranzo/cena gustoso e diverso dal solito,visto che offre panini ricercati e non facilmente trovabili in altre attività simili. Super consigliato

18/12/2024: Frequento spesso questo posto perchè è perfetto per assaporare deliziosi panini a base di pesce, fresche tartare e fritture di mare preparate al momento. Consiglio il panino con salmone marinato in succo d'arancia e salsa alle nocciole. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e personale competente e gentile.
