03/02/2025: We had a great experience at Il Ministero della Braccia in the Old Town of Mola di Bari. The seafood was delicious, especially the grilled clams which really showed the chef's mastery of the grill - they were incredibly tasty with a perfect balance of flavours. The chef's ability to deliver such a fantastic grilled flavor even on mussels convinces us that he could serve an equally memorable piece of meat to those in the party who feel up to it. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, even though we didn't speak Italian. They also handled all allergies with great professionalism, which allowed us to enjoy the food in peace. We tried a large part of their seafood selection, and everything felt genuine, prepared with care and of the highest quality. We really look forward to coming back and can warmly recommend Il Ministero della Braccia to anyone who appreciates really good food in a pleasant environment.

04/01/2025: Very nice place with a welcome equal to a lunch at a friends house. We ate very well and despite being demanding guests and with different intolerances/eating styles, we were all largely satisfied with our requests. Entrée complimentary. Excellent vegetarian choice but could be improved with at least a second course. Portions more than adequate. Impeccable service with great attention to the change of cutlery and delivery times of the dishes. Cute retro style environment. We will definitely be back!

02/02/2025: 5 star service. Everyone puts a lot of effort into their work. The food is good and quality. You can choose different tasting plans where you can try a little bit of everything. The price is reasonable for a seafood restaurant. Location is cozy, plates and glasses are very nice. From the outside (from the street) however, it does not look like a restaurant, so don't let that confuse you.

27/01/2025: Locale Spazioso, pulto e raffinato con ottimo servizio al tavolo. Ho pranzato domenica scorsa e posso dire che ho sentito la freschezza e bontà degli ingredienti a base di pesce negli antipasti. Anche se troppo elaborati con quel sapore agrodolce stile nordico, che a mio avviso non fa parte della cucina italiana del pesce. Ho preso 2 primi chiamati melanina che consistevano nel proporre lo spaghetto fatto in casa con il nero di seppia (con seppioline e simili) e una burratina di contorno del piatto. Si sentiva la pasta ben cucinata e fresca, ma non mi è assolutamente piaciuto ed ho lasciato metà piatto. Ho sbagliato a chiedere quel piatto perchè altro sicuramente l'avrei gradito. Abbiamo ordinato il sorbetto di agrumi che conferma la professionalità del ristorante. Posso dire di aver fatto una buona esperienza e che ci tornerei ordinando altri primi tranne quello suddetto.

10/12/2024: Excellent food and very familiar atmosphere. Restaurant located in the historic center of Polignano a Mare, very easy to get to, run by the third generation of the family that owns it and founded in 1926. We were served by the waiter Domenico (belonging to the family), who treated us in a friendly manner. and helpful. We ate as a starter or first course: “Strozzapreti alle Vongole” and “Cavatelli ai Frutti di Mare” and then as a second course we served a “Frittura Mista di Pesche”, all accompanied by a house white wine. Highly recommended and if we ever return to Polignano a Mare we will surely eat there. Congratulations to the entire team that makes it up.

Starter, 2 first courses and a second course (all fish, although the second course is not exceptional) accompanied by a bottle of wine and water, €70. Recommended for the quality/price ratio

09/02/2025: Share your experience...yes, let's call it experience that...because eating well is out of the question...I have so many negative things to write that I don't know where to start...in fact, I'll start with the only positive thing, the waiter who SERVED us AND I UNDERSTAND SERVED, not the one who took the order...so I said the waiter who served us, polite, professional...now let's get to the many sore points...oyster gone bad...Very salty risotto sent back by the 3 diners who took it after tasting just one forkful...not replaced and included in the bill! Octopus with courgette flowers but the courgette flowers were not there and with stracciatella but there was ricotta but come on everything is fine 🤣 Returning to the waiter of the order he takes us to the FRESH COUNTER and offers us an excellent frozen squid... and a very fresh scorpion fish from the catch of the day or rather the week before since he too, poor thing, was a sheet of ice... but there is a reason for everything madam... for my wife... it is frozen because you see we put it on the ice... Ahhh well if that is the reason you eat it!!! Having said that we got up without even finishing... bill 350 euros for 6 people including spoiled oysters 3 risottos sent back and a second never ordered... Sorry for the length but when after all this the Madam and I write madam because I am polite unlike her.... bursts out laughing in your face when you point out that in the bill there are things not consumed because they are terrible... I would say that the review ends here... please you who read do not go!!!

01/11/2024: I really enjoyed my visit to this restaurant! I sampled various dishes, and each was a delight. They offer excellent wines that pair perfectly with their seafood and fish dishes. My favorite was the stuffed squid. The service was very good, and I appreciated their lactose-free options. The desserts were also a highlight—delightfully tasty and not overly sugary.

10/02/2025: Non torneremo mai più. Ristorante con pretese da ristorante stellato, con sedie e tavoli in plastica all'interno di un patio protetto da cellophan... Nessuna pietanza degna di nota, anzi! Veniamo al dolce: immangiabile. Prezzo decisamente alto, da ristorante stellato appunto, il doppio di quanto meritasse. VERGOGNA.

09/01/2025: This restaurant is located between an apartment complex. This is a good choice in Molfetta, where restaurants are hard to find. Clean and decent size. The staff are friendly. The shrimp sandwich and fried mussels are fresh, crispy, and delicious. Panzerottino Salmon is not recommended. Since the fried bread gets soggy when it comes in contact with the seafood, we recommend the regular sandwich menu.

28/01/2025: Seguivo da tempo questo locale su fb, apprezzando il menu rappresentato attraverso la presentazione dei piatti in foto. Ho notato da subito che si trattava di una cucina attenta alla qualità della materia prima e della qualità....e così è stato, ovvero un pranzo sublime !!!! Complimenti 👏 👏 👏
