03/08/2025: This is by far some of the best food I have had in my life, and the service was absolutely incredible. Nino is the star of the show- from serving to cooking, he does it all. We told him to bring out whatever he wanted to- and what a great decision that was!! The mussels are fantastic and the bread is fresh out the oven. We ended our (very filling) 5 course meal with homemade limoncello sorbet that was to die for. I highly highly recommend this restaurant if you want an authentic dining experience!

02/08/2025: Nino is a person who warms your heart, just like his authentic, genuine food. There are very few places in the world where you can truly feel the authenticity of the setting. Il Ministero della Brace is one of them. The fresh seafood appetizers are delicious and especially the stuffed ones are fantastic. Octopus alla Luciana and potatoes, rice, and mussels are the best ever. The grilled local fish is unique. There's a dish I'd never tried before that really struck me: the grilled mussels. Thank you, Nino, for meeting you and being your host. You're a wonderful person.

25/07/2025: While searching for a gourmet restaurant in Bari, I came across La Bul. The good reviews and, above all, the great photos convinced me. I ordered the 8-course menu with matching wine pairings. I was served a harmonious, delicious, and sophisticated menu; each course was a delight, and the accompanying wines were very well chosen. A big compliment also to the service team. They were always friendly and attentive, but never intrusive. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

11/07/2025: I had dinner in this restaurant month ago. We chosed for eight course chef’s menu, and it was delicious. Started with some bites with caviar and nice selection of local bread. Every course came as a surprise, there were first three courses of raw fish dishes, then perfectly cooked risotto in fish sauce, then pasta with red prawns and truffle, duck with foie gras and steak, ended with light tiramisu dessert. The atmosphere was nice, we dined in the garden, interior gave vibe of old soul’s presence in the restaurant. Service was excellent, waiter and sommelier were attentive and took good care of us. I truly recommend this place.

10/08/2025: I don't understand why the waiters take your plates off the table without asking. My wife and son went to the bathroom and when they came back, they had no plates left. They couldn't try anything. I don't know if it's an Italian custom or a cheap restaurant. Also, if you sit on the terrace, you get bitten by mosquitoes. They host private events with regulars. I won't be back! Overrated.

30/07/2025: Mancavo da un paio d'anni da questa storica pizzeria: l'ho trovata rimodernata, ma la qualità è quella di sempre, cioè ottima. Intanto, il sistema di prenotazione telefonica ed automatica mi ha sorpreso, perché non è qualcosa che nemmeno in città più grandi è arrivato, oppure in locali più accorsati o blasonati (leggi: "costosi")- non me ne si voglia, è un complimento, dato che questa pizzeria ha davvero una grande storia- quindi nessun problema per me, ma capisco che chi sia un po' più grande di età potrebbe incorrere in qualche difficoltà, non fosse che c'è anche la possibilità di parlare con un addetto del personale. Venendo a noi, niente antipasti, solo pizze (purtroppo niente foto) e dessert per sei, e ho avuto la sorpresa che mio figlio ha gradito il bordo della pizza, cosa che invece di solito lascia a noi il compito di finire. Birre artigianali alla spina davvero gustose, servizio molto rapido anche se, va detto, eravamo tra i pochi seduti ad inizio serata, ma dieci minuti sono comunque significativi per sei pizze oltre che per gli altri avventori nel frattempo arrivati.. La mia pizza, salsiccia +bufala + pomodori (niente funghi) aveva un delicato equilibrio e una ottima consistenza, impasto morbido e gradevole: da tempo a Bari dove ho domicilio non gustavo una pizza così buona, tant'è che vale più la pena prendere il treno e tornare a Molfetta per gustare una pizza come si deve, che non ordinarle dalle pizzerie via via sempre più costose e, qualitativamente, abbattute. Menzione speciale per il personale cortese e gentile, location climatizzata e possibilità di stare anche fuori. Che dire, spero di tornarci presto . The grass-fed meat is top-notch, the spaghetti in bianco is a fairytale worth telling... the cured meats and cheeses made by them are amazing. 22/07/2025: We had dinner at Tuccino and the food was good. The fish was fresh and cooked simply but carefully, and the raw seafood was excellent. The service was attentive and professional. Everything was very pleasant, except for the coffee, which was truly undrinkable, for which they apologized. A disappointing detail at the end of the meal, but overall, a good experience.

29/07/2025: This is the hidden restaurant to discover in Monopoli. Due to construction on the pier, you have to search a bit to find it (entrance from the sea floor or at the end of a small courtyard if you're coming from the old town). It has a very large enclosed terrace with a grassy garden, a quinguette style, away from the hustle and bustle of the street terraces. It's truly peaceful and a real pleasure to dine there. The dishes are excellent and refined (Italian cuisine, pasta, pizzas, etc.) with good fresh produce. The prices are also well-priced. We returned twice after being disappointed by other tourist-oriented restaurants on the main streets. The welcome is very friendly.
