31/08/2025: To celebrate my birthday, I chose Il Bel Paese in Mola, a restaurant I already knew for its excellent seafood, and I wanted to introduce my family to it, having come all the way from Matera. My expectations were not disappointed: generous portions, high-quality ingredients, and dishes with attention to detail, from the table setting to the plating. Thanks to chef Vito, always attentive to the customer's needs, and to Mariangela, a kind and helpful waitress who looked after us with professionalism. Everyone was satisfied, and even though we're a bit far away, we'll definitely be back. If you want fresh, expertly prepared seafood, this is truly the place to be!

The fish is simply delicious, incredibly fresh, and perfectly cooked—a true pleasure. The service is attentive and impeccable. 25/07/2025: While searching for a gourmet restaurant in Bari, I came across La Bul. The good reviews and, above all, the great photos convinced me. I ordered the 8-course menu with matching wine pairings. I was served a harmonious, delicious, and sophisticated menu; each course was a delight, and the accompanying wines were very well chosen. A big compliment also to the service team. They were always friendly and attentive, but never intrusive. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

11/07/2025: I had dinner in this restaurant month ago. We chosed for eight course chef’s menu, and it was delicious. Started with some bites with caviar and nice selection of local bread. Every course came as a surprise, there were first three courses of raw fish dishes, then perfectly cooked risotto in fish sauce, then pasta with red prawns and truffle, duck with foie gras and steak, ended with light tiramisu dessert. The atmosphere was nice, we dined in the garden, interior gave vibe of old soul’s presence in the restaurant. Service was excellent, waiter and sommelier were attentive and took good care of us. I truly recommend this place.

The fish was tasty, but nothing more. The service was excellent – ​​they'll even debone the fish for you. A glass of delicious wine upon entry. The pasta with shrimp was very good. If it weren't for the price of the fish, it would have been fine, but it's really, really overpriced.

25/08/2025: The Gallo Nero restaurant really surprised me. It's located near the beaches. The quality/price ratio is excellent. I had the opportunity to eat there twice during my stay in Monopoli and I noticed that this restaurant has fair prices, unlike the high prices of most restaurants here. They offer traditional dishes and more! The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The speed of the service is perfect; you don't have to wait hours and enjoy your dinner. The restaurant is also well-maintained, tidy, clean, accessible, quiet, and very romantic. I will recommend the restaurant to anyone visiting Monopoli!
