16/01/2026: Restaurant in the Isola area of ​​Milan, terrible value for money, inedible spaghetti with clams, soft and black mixed fried food, definitely fried with overused oil. Paella clearly reheated, and overheated; the rice was burnt. We had dinner with a group and everyone left really angry. We spent a lot and ate terribly. Never again.

11/11/2025: Review made when the place was called Chic and Quick. The atmosphere was anything but chic, and the service was anything but quick. Upon arrival, our table wasn't ready despite our reservation, but setting it up only required moving glasses and cutlery from another free table. After being seated, we waited at least 10 minutes for the menus (paper) and the wine and beer list (on a tablet). Unfortunately, the only craft beer on the list wasn't available. After taking our orders, we were brought an entree consisting of a cream puff filled with tuna tuna sauce (not a typo) and a mini spritz. Then the first orders arrived (already an hour after we arrived). The raw fish dishes were very good, the orecchiette were decidedly too al dente, and the pepper risotto was good, even though it included a herb not listed on the menu. Among the main courses, the cutlet was excellent (less so the cutlet), and the octopus alla Luciana was good. Among the good desserts, the chestnut parfait and the tiramisu (though it had very little of the tiramisu aspect), were delicious. The dark chocolate soufflé with pistachio cream was disappointing: the pistachio cream was a small green pond, not at all creamy, and the soufflé was dry and a bit bland. We were then offered a small glass containing a piece of Colomba cake dipped in the custard. The Bomba Carta bitters were good; we asked for them when we saw them on display, but they didn't offer them (when we asked for a bitter, we were offered the usual ones). The decor was a bit dated and lacking in cohesion. Service was a bit slow, and above all, one of the waiters was argumentative and pedantic. Prices were perhaps slightly above average.

16/10/2025: Incontri by Sadler is the evolution of the Chic n Quick bistro by Michelin-starred chef Claudio Sadler. It's a contemporary venue, starting with the ambiance. A symphony of cream and beige tones with understated yet trendy furnishings, like the tables set with impeccable matching placemats and the comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing. Large windows let in generous amounts of light. This venue is now open for private events, cooking classes by the Michelin-starred chef, and themed evenings (such as the one on white truffles, a four-handed sake evening with sommelier Mario Ippoliti and Marius Dumitru...) every evening, accompanied by dishes perfectly prepared by Claudio and his right-hand man Andrea Giannella. My wife and I decided to cook in this beautiful venue on a Saturday evening to entertain about twenty friends. The evening was one of the most beautiful we've ever spent (thanks to the wonderful people we met and the impeccable service provided by Francesca and the entire staff). Highly recommended venue.

11/03/2026: The bar managers, under the guise of scammers, had us buy a bottle of gin to get in, promising that closing time was 3:00 AM, and when they let us in, it was 1:50 AM. The evening ended 10 minutes later, at 2:00 AM.

08/03/2026: We arrived around 11 pm to have a drink upstairs while waiting for the downstairs dance floor to open at midnight. The manager with the moustache upstairs was extremely kind and professional — a great example of how hospitality should be done. At midnight, when the downstairs dance floor opened, we were told that entry was allowed only for “couples”. Since we were three of us - myself, a man and a woman, we decided to leave. Before going, I simply wanted to make a civil remark to the manager with moustache, thanking him for his professionalism and noting that perhaps in 2026 it might be worth reconsidering what is meant by “couple”, as reality today is a bit more nuanced. Unfortunately, I didn’t even have the chance to finish the sentence. Another staff member — as corpulent as he was rude — abruptly interrupted and escorted me toward the exit with a rushed “good evening”. A pity, because the place itself has potential. But episodes like this leave the impression that interactions with customers are sometimes entrusted to people who may not be particularly suited to this kind of work.

08/03/2026: The pizzas arrived burned on the bottom, all black. We spent €50 for two pizzas, two beers, and a coffee. A classic tourist trap, poor quality and high prices, avoid it.

24/02/2026: Truly excellent seafood platter, excellent pasta with sardines and busiate, delicate and abundant fried fish, superb swordfish parmigiana, and homemade desserts made to order. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

Your answer is completely wrong...the information I included refers to the question of whether the place is suitable for groups of 9 people, not that we were a group of 9. Since you think this review is false, I'll tell you that I was too kind in not writing that we were forced to witness a loud argument between the owner's son and the bartender, and that it being a Friday, there were only three tables occupied. How sad!!! So, I repeat, not recommended!!!

21/02/2026: Delicious pizza. Nice place. Super reasonable price. For dessert, try the warm sfoglu with cream and berries. The only downside is that some of the waiters are a bit rude.

We were sat for 25 mins before being approached to take order. Will visit again as the food and prices where great and in fairness they where extremely busy

16/01/2026: 1st this is an expensive spot. Food was nice but the mains portions really are small. Got the sirloin steak (39 quid) came with a small scoop of mash and half a massive tomato. Its just not good value. I doubt I would go back.
