21/08/2024: We went to this restaurant for a birthday, the environment is very quiet despite the restaurant being in one of the busiest areas, the service was fast and friendly, the food was excellent, the fried foods were done to perfection, good and not greasy. If you are in the Marghera area, stop by, the prices are in line with those in Milan

15/08/2024: We stumbled across the hidden gem in a great section of Milan. First visit was fabulous so we wanted to see if a 2nd visit within 3 days would live up to our expectations. Well it definitely did! Again we had Marco as our host/waiter, who continued to guide us through their extensive menu. They do offer an online English menu that you can access via their QR code as well as other languages. We altered our food selections this visit but stayed with our fantastic sparkling waters and meatballs in sauce for our appetizers. This time we ordered a calzone stuffed with ricotta & ham and also ordered a bit of a spicy pizza. We were truly happy campers. The pizza portions were huge for one person so we had them packed to take home. We wanted to make sure to have room to try their cannoli and tiramisu. Both were absolutely to die for. To top off our eating experience we tried two different “cello” drinks- one was a pistachio and the other a licorice- quite different from our previous “cello” drinks.There is definitely a reason why they’re served in tiny frozen shot glasses! Try them, they’re great!

15/08/2024: I ordered an excellent sushi via WhatsApp to celebrate my birthday. The staff is very kind, helpful and smiling. The place has some seating but mainly operates as a takeaway. I will be back for sure!!

19/06/2024: I would have given everything five stars, except that the pulled pork with ricotta is no longer available 😭 The pizza was good, the cockerel was good although I would have preferred it crunchier.

24/07/2024: I was looking for a place a bit away from the touristic areas and boy did I find it! The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious, we received a plate of focaccia that I cleaned off with the delicious oils left over from the pasta. The aperol spritz was better than what we got in the navigli and even the house wine paired very well.

07/08/2024: era da tempo che volevo provare questo ristorante, mi incuriosivano le descrizioni che ne avevo ricevuto, ero in zona e mi sono fermato. locale elegante con un bel giardino dove mangiare, atmosfera piacevole personale presente, gentile e attento (forse perchè sono stato tra i primi a presentarmi) per quanto riguarda il cibo, beh, mi aspettavo di più : materie prime buone ma non eccezionali, mix di sapori non innovativi, impiattamento "normale", poca scelta di vini al calice insoma si paga la location. per lo stesso prezzo (non propriamente "cheap") ho mangiato molto meglio da altre parti

05/07/2024: Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo ristorante molto carino e accogliente a Cinisello. L'atmosfera è intima e ben curata, perfetta per una serata rilassante. Il cibo era molto buono, con materie prime freschissime che si sentivano in ogni piatto. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più piacevole.

25/08/2024: Not too large restaurant located on the first floor of the small shopping center, here you can breathe a relaxed atmosphere and the service is quick and professional. Cuisine inspired by Italian cuisine, well-prepared dishes and sufficiently generous portions. Prices normal for Dublin. Availability of ample parking, to get to the restaurant entrance you need to climb a couple of small flights of stairs. Overall, absolutely recommended place.

21/08/2024: Well, what can I say, the “La Barca” restaurant is precisely suited to the term “experience”. At the Virgilio brothers you will not only be able to taste and not only eat dishes cooked with skill and knowledge of a generations-old Apulian culinary tradition, but thanks to Andrea you can spend hours happily feeling teleported into an Apulian reality (in particular old Bari 😉) with everything the warmth that the people of those places know how to give. A wonderful experience, already tried several times and which we will continue to try. Big compliments for the passion you know how to use in your profession.

18/08/2024: Il proprietario molto simpatico, ci ha raccontato la storia del locale e ci ha offerto come antipasto un’impepata di cozze veramente ottima. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto di gamberoni davvero incredibile anche se poco abbondante. Visto che sono intollerante al lattosio e nel primo piatto di pesce che volevo mangiare c’erano dei latticini mi ha fatto preparare un fuori menu di spaghetti allo scoglio davvero eccezionali. Anche il tonno ottimo. Si sono dimenticati due volte il contorno (che quindi non è mai arrivato) ma il proprietario ha rimediato alla grande offrendoci amaro e caffè. Super consigliato
