An environment that has very little that is chic and a service that has very little that is quick. Upon arrival our table was not ready despite the reservation, but preparing it only required moving glasses and cutlery from another free table. After sitting down we waited at least 10 minutes for them to bring us the menus (on paper) and the list of wines and beers (on tablet). The only craft beer on the list was unfortunately not available. After taking our orders we were brought an entree consisting of a cream puff filled with tuna (not a typo) and a mini spritz. The first orders then arrived (now within an hour of our arrival at the restaurant). The raw fish was very good, the orecchiette were decidedly too al dente and the pepper risotto was good, even if there was a herb not listed on the menu. Among the second courses, the low cutlet is very good (less so the high cutlet) and the Luciana-style octopus is good. Among the good desserts, the chestnut semifreddo and the tiramisu in grains (even if it had very little tiramisu), the bitter chocolate soufflé with pistachio cream was disappointing: the pistachio cream was a small green lake, not creamy at all and the soufflé was dry and a bit bland. We were then offered a small glass containing a piece of Colomba dipped in custard. The Bomba Carta bitters were good, which we asked for when we saw them displayed but which were not offered to us (when we asked for a bitters we were offered the usual suspects). Environment with slightly dated furnishings and without a common thread. Service a little slow but above all polemical and pedantic from one of the waiters. Prices perhaps slightly above average.

We went for lunch. For less than 30 euros each you can have 3 courses designed by Sadler, a starred chef, and made to perfection by his right-hand man (he used to work with him in the starred restaurant and now he manages the kitchen of the bistro).
Interesting wine selection.

Tornerei sempre in questo ristorante perché la qualità delle materie prime, l’abilità in cucina, la scelta mai banale dell’abbinamento di sapori, la proposta nel piatto, i vini, il servizio gentile e di alto livello, ti regalano un’esperienza eccellente. Per me imperdibili le ostriche con granita di mojito o il crudo di pesce tra gli antipasti; il riso al salto o i gnocchetti alla carbonara di mare tra i primi - il riso al salto lo classifico tra i migliori assaggiati; i secondi sono da scoprire così come i dolci. Notevoli gelati e sorbetti. Da provare!

Ristorante leggermente lontano profilo rispetto al pluristellato Sadler. Ambiente accogliente ed informale, tavoli ravvicinati e apparecchiato bene senza sfarzo.

Nonostante una location da ritoccare un pochino, la cucina è di livello altissimo e non c'è portata che per impiattamento e bontà non riveli la mano di un grande chef. Tutto eccellente e ad un prezzo equo. Locale da consigliare e in cui tornare. Esperienza molto positiva.

Il locale ci ha dato l'impressione del "vorrei ma non posso", ma nel complesso l'atmosfera é molto gradevole. Personale gentile, molto a modo e per nulla invadente. Portate ok, molto buona la cotoletta e buono il pesce (anche se purtroppo non fresco).
Una buona soluzione per quando non si sa che fare a cena.
