Breakfast was another sore point: the staff did not have a uniform, were not very attentive in replenishing missing foods, many products and drinks were not labeled or distinguishable, forcing us to continually ask for information. Furthermore, the toaster has been out of order for at least a month, even though we had already reported the problem in the past. The service at the reception was disappointing, during opening hours it was even absent. After 15 minutes of waiting and several attempts to contact him by telephone, we were forced to look for him, finding him in the kitchen intent on preparing a snack. Serious security problems: during times when there is no reception staff present, the entrance door remains open, allowing access to anyone. This situation is unacceptable and puts the safety of guests at risk. A real shame, because the structure has potential, but the management and customer care must improve considerably, especially to guarantee a safe and comfortable stay.

The service is impeccable and offered by young waitresses, kind and polite, who approach the tables respecting the customer's privacy; Among the dining room staff, Mrs. Anita is a rare example of professionalism. All gastronomic proposals are pleasing to the palate and well presented; the pizza is really excellent. The relationship between quality and price is excellent.

09/04/2025: La location è davvero da incanto forse una delle migliori d'Italia (e non sto esagerando), la cucina è elaborata ma manca di sapore e non ci sono piatti veramente speciali tipo crudité di pesce o fiorentine o simili, insomma niente di particolare, servizio letteralmente "da pizzeria, camerieri giovani e poco esperti, eleganti e anche cortesi ma in un posto così ci vuole ben altro, non presentano il piatto e sembra quasi che abbiano paura di te. Peccato perché una location così andrebbe sfruttata decisamente meglio!
