I sincerely thank Mrs. Rossella for her immense humanity and for understanding our needs. He followed us step by step with great patience. The environment is spectacular: very well looked after, nothing is left to chance, everything is perfect in every little detail. Excellent food! Beautiful and delicious dishes! Impeccable service, the staff is very professional. Everything happens in great harmony and with attention to the guests and their requests. Even our guests were amazed! It was one of the best days of my life and I will carry this magical place in my heart forever!

02/04/2024: Nice location, a mix of the 80s mixed with modern furniture, I liked it. The staff were super friendly, courteous and smiling. Well set and well arranged tables. We ate very very well 😋 from the appetizer to the dessert. Fresh and delicate flavours, perfect cooking of the linguine. The price is right, maybe a euro less than the sorbet (but this is my opinion 😅). We will undoubtedly return to try other and new dishes. I recommend it 🔝

21/03/2024: Excellent restaurant with pampered cuisine and exquisite flavors. The treatment of the staff at the height of the site. Reservation is recommended, it is not very big, max 25 people. The dining room does not lack details, centerpieces, lamps, etc. The food is very delicious, low quality products and the house pasta, of course.

02/04/2024: I went there for the first time at Easter: it went badly in my opinion. Very kind staff, very nice place. Apart from the welcome aperitif, the lunch did not live up to expectations: the first course of rice had a bad taste, the meat fillet was served raw, the Easter dove was dry. And above all we were seated for 3 HOURS: we waited 30-40 minutes for each course. We left exhausted. The children's menu paid half of the full Easter menu of €70, €35 was exaggerated for a few slices of cooked ham and a plate of pasta with tomato sauce.

01/04/2024: Nice place, welcoming atmosphere. Starter Mare e monti, nothing too exciting. The first was very good, casoncelli, tasty and well-made pasta. A little high, I'm lowering my rating for that. 45 euros for a starter, a first course and a dessert, a bit too much, considering that the starters and dessert had already been chosen by the restaurant. To be honest we ordered some wine. Perhaps focusing more on typical cuisine and with a slightly more modest price would certainly have increased the rating. Still a good place to eat.

19/02/2024: CLOSED I'm sorry to give 1 star because I haven't been there but it's unacceptable that they didn't inform customers of the restaurant's closure I called two weeks ago to book. Two days before, I called to ask for confirmation of the booking and was told that the restaurant was closed due to a corporate change/renovation. It would be a good idea to enter this information on Google or social networks.

09/03/2024: We had dinner at Chic'n Quick choosing the tasting menu proposal, adding a supplement to have the wine paired with each course chosen by the sommelier. Nothing to say about the dishes, beautiful and delicious, a true taste experience that will always be remembered. But the service was mind-blowing, and in a place where 4 people spend €400 it is UNACCEPTABLE. We choose the menu with the """wines selected by the sommelier""" to live a complete experience, to have someone who can recommend a wine that allows you to enjoy a dish even more. A rosé is offered with the starter, for the first and second courses the choice is left up to us, since of the wines offered it makes no difference which one to drink. But in what sense? If I had wanted to take some glasses independently I would have done so directly from the wine list with a wider margin of choice. And then we are made an unpleasant and decidedly embarrassing comment for those who have to pay for dinner: we are told that we should have avoided paying the supplement for the wine chosen by the sommelier but bought a bottle that we could have saved! Thanks for letting us know, we weren't quite there!!! Good wine in the end, absolutely, 3 people chose a red, a diner the white. But I repeat, we chose it, also because the sommelier wasn't even seen. The dishes were as good as they were poorly served. Having left the dish at the table, one could say "adios" to the waiter, who didn't even bother to explain the composition of the dish again. For every course we had to pick up the phone to find the tasting menu online and remember all the sauces and combinations designed by the chef. We always had to ask for water even though we were at less than 15 tables... how is it possible that not even once was it served to us again independently once it was finished? And I don't even want to discuss the fact that there were staff who didn't speak Italian because I personally feel sorry for the person in difficulty but it should at least be pointed out. But is it possible to have such unpleasant service in a starred chef's bistro? I repeat, if we had been for lunch at the restaurant on the main road, fixed menu 20 euros, no one would ever have complained. Bistrot does not mean tavern. With this service you have ruined an experience as well as a special occasion that deserved to be celebrated.

03/03/2024: An environment that has very little that is chic and a service that has very little that is quick. Upon arrival our table was not ready despite the reservation, but preparing it only required moving glasses and cutlery from another free table. After sitting down we waited at least 10 minutes for them to bring us the menus (on paper) and the list of wines and beers (on tablet). The only craft beer on the list was unfortunately not available. After taking our orders we were brought an entree consisting of a cream puff filled with tuna (not a typo) and a mini spritz. The first orders then arrived (now within an hour of our arrival at the restaurant). The raw fish was very good, the orecchiette were decidedly too al dente and the pepper risotto was good, even if there was a herb not listed on the menu. Among the second courses, the low cutlet is very good (less so the high cutlet) and the Luciana-style octopus is good. Among the good desserts, the chestnut semifreddo and the tiramisu in grains (even if it had very little tiramisu), the bitter chocolate soufflé with pistachio cream was disappointing: the pistachio cream was a small green lake, not creamy at all and the soufflé was dry and a bit bland. We were then offered a small glass containing a piece of Colomba dipped in custard. The Bomba Carta bitters were good, which we asked for when we saw them displayed but which were not offered to us (when we asked for a bitters we were offered the usual suspects). Environment with slightly dated furnishings and without a common thread. Service a little slow but above all polemical and pedantic from one of the waiters. Prices perhaps slightly above average.

29/03/2024: Very nice environment, as well as the cellar. Each dish has a witty name, but both the presentation and the execution are very serious. Very attentive service.

25/03/2024: A small pearl in Drezzo. From the welcome to the care of the dishes to the selection of wines, Rosso di sera is a place that surprises you. Dennis, the owner, is an extremely competent and passionate person who knows how to understand the customer's needs and guide the staff so that they feel pampered. The location is also suitable for small formal events as it has small isolated rooms. The cuisine is refined in both presentation and taste, not predictable and delicious, nothing is left to chance. Undoubtedly a place to return to many times.

30/03/2024: I had the pleasure of having lunch here recently and I must say that the experience was exceptional. The food was simply exquisite, every dish we tried was prepared to perfection, with clear attention to detail and an explosion of authentic flavours. Even more surprising was to find that, despite the high quality of the dishes, the prices were incredibly low, offering exceptional value for the quality received. It's rare to find a place that balances culinary excellence and affordability so well. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience without emptying their wallet. If you are in the area, don't miss the opportunity to stop here; I promise you won't be disappointed.
